Basketball is a ball game in groups. Consisting of two teams consisting of five people who competed each other scored points by inserting an opponent's ball. The movement consists of a combination of elements that are coordinated neatly so as to play the ball well. In basketball training at KlubAngsapura Sania Medan, there are several things that are done to determine the player that is dribbling, shooting, passing, agility. The activity is done regularly and recorded manually on a notebook, either by coach or assistant coach. Problems arise when many players have to be selected, making it difficult for the coach to determine the player's election. Because it requires a decision support application so that the coach can evaluate the team's performance and make decisions so that the bias applies the appropriate strategy. This application is capable of giving statistic of player development. The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method compares the best aspect with existing player aspect.

Cellphone technology (handphone) as a means of communication at this time has changed the way people perceive communication. Communication is conveyed in various ways to interpret it, namely in the form of digital images, sound and text. Therefore, we need an application that can assist users in dealing with many people, namely the Short Message Service. This is an input to make things easier for people in a positive way. Short Message Service (SMS) is a basic service that allows the exchange of short text messages between subscribers. SMS at this time is outdated compared to other messenger applications. But there are still some people who still use SMS, especially those who live in rural areas or remote areas because of their limited internet network. Because the cost of sending a single sms is relatively expensive, it is necessary to compress the sms. Compression is the process of minimizing the size of data or files by reducing repetitive data without reducing the quality of the data. Where in this compression it will be linked into an Algorithm, namely the Punctured Elias Code Algorithm. Punctured Elias Code algorithm is an algorithm that consists of the original data plus a number of check bits. If several check bits are omitted, to shorten the series of code, the resulting code is designated punctured.

Decision Support System is a system that can help management in making the right decision, which is needed at a management level. Likewise at the Lubuk Pakam Sub-District Office in selecting the best village head. So far, the Camat Office has never determined the best village head in Lubuk Pakam Subdistrict, so that it encounters obstacles in choosing the village head election. SPK is able to provide alternative solutions to semi / unstructured problems for individuals or groups and in a variety of decision making processes and styles, SPK uses data, databases and analyzes of decision models. Seeing this, researchers are interested in conducting research by applying the Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) method to elect the best village head in a decision support system. Penelitian implementasi metode Branstroming untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMKS Prayatna Medan berbasis google meet bertujuan untuk memacu minat dan kolaborasi pembelajaran antara siswa dan guru. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua siklus yakni perencanaan dan refleksi. Data di kumpulkan dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penerapan metode Brainstroming dengan menggunakan aplikasi google meet menunjukkkan bahwa di hasilkan peningkatan minat belajar siswa berbasis daring dengan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 sebesar 15,75% dengan kategori cukup aktif, sedangkan pada siklus kedua dihasilkan 18,75% dengan kategori cukup. Metode Brainstroming dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata pada siklus 1 sebesar 72,13% sedangkan pada kategori kedua naik menjadi 81,37%.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Braistorming, google meet

Sumatera Utara saat ini dengan giatnya berbenah diri untuk menggalakkan destinasi wisata sesuai dengan kearifan lokal. Pariwisata merupakan industri yang berdampak kepada pergerakan ekonomi untuk menambah devisa negara pada umumnya terutama Sumatera Utara pada khususnya. Industri pariwisata berdampak kepada pergerakan ekonomi yang membantu pendapatan masyarakat dan juga akan menambah pemasukan kepada Negara. Perkembangan destinasi wisata di Sumater Utara ditandai dengan dibangunnya infrastruktur ke lokasi-lokasi wisata untuk menarik wisatawan baik lokal maupun dari Luar Negeri. Travel Recommended adalah suatu aplikasi yang merekomendasikan agar dapat memberi saran maupun informasi yang dapat memfasilitasi proses dalam sebuah keputusan. Destinasi Wisata dibutuhkan suatu strategi-strategi cara memasarkan lokasi wisata sesuai dengan kriteri yang di pilih untuk meningkatkan pengunjung khususnya di Sumatera Utara. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah Lokasi, Harga Tiket, Lama Perjalanan, Rute, Fasilitas. Dalam hal ini untuk mendapatkan sebuah informasi cukup menggunakan aplikasi online yang hasilnya cepat murah dan akurat. Fasilitas informasi yang digunakan untuk merekomendasikan destinasi wisata kepada wisatawan digunakan WAP (Wireless Application Protocol). Implementasi yang digunakan dengan metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem ini dapat bekerja dengan kriteria masukan dari user kemudian untuk mendapatkan saran traveling dan informasi-informasi wisata. Penerapan aplikasi rekomendasi ini menggunakan android untuk mencari lokasi wisata sesui dengan kriteri yang diingini. Dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi perjalanan ke tempat wisata sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kata Kunci : Destinasi Wisata, Rekomendasi, SAW

A tertiary institution certainly wants to have students who are successful in their education but there are very many student failures which have quite a bad impact on the image of the name of the Budidarma University campus, students who fail certainly make many parties feel concerned and other impacts occur in the accumulation of data on students who fail and can reduce the existence of a university. It is necessary to predict the failure rate of students at Budi Darma University to enable the campus to carry out strategies and anticipate even greater student failures. Data mining is a branch of computer science that can help predict the tendency of student data to cause failure rates to make it easier to design and anticipate students so that failure rates in the future do not increase. With the use of predictions using a computer in the form of the RapidMiner application with the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes algorithms, it can make it easier to speed up the process of solving problems correctly.

Aek Kanopan Muhammadiyah-24 Private Junior High School is known as MUHADAPAT with the Motto "Islamic, Intelligent, Superior, Achievement". This Tahfizd class is one of the classes with the highest number of registrants increasing every year, seen from previous years. In this case the selection of students entering the tahfizd class of Private Junior High School Muhammadiyah-24 Aek Kanopan However, there are obstacles in selecting students to enter the tahfizd class, because determining the selection results is still manually. So it is necessary to develop a system that can provide recommendations based on the ranking of student selection by applying the MFEP method. The method used in this study is the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP). This method can guarantee to make it easier to determine the selection of students to enter the tahfizd class.

Community service program is an important thing in Higher Education which aims to implement knowledge for the community. In this case, Budidarma University is working with FKPT (Private Higher Education Cooperation Forum in North Sumatra to try to apply existing knowledge through the PKM program by holding Graphic Design Training for MSMEs. MSMEs apart from playing a role in development and economic growth, they also have a significant contribution This training program focuses on aspects of graphic design and creative branding to help improve the business image of Sekar Handicraft Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan Tuntungan. The research method used is to analyze the needs of Sekar Handycraft by identifying the challenges faced by Sekar Handycraft SMEs related to graphic design and branding. Furthermore, designing creative branding training programs that suit your needs with graphic design, use of design software, logo development and branding strategies. Furthermore, it provides an in-depth understanding of how good design and strong branding can enhance the MSME business image. Furthermore, an evaluation was carried out to measure the impact on Sekar Handycraft MSMEs. includes improving product design, business image and increasing sales. The results of the evaluation show that this training program has succeeded in improving the business image of the Sekar Handycraft MSMEs. Thus, this training program not only benefits Sekar Handycraft MSMEs, but also contributes positively to the development of MSMEs in Medan Tuntungan as a whole and is a step in supporting local economic growth and improving the quality of MSME products in this area.

Labuhanbatu memiliki banyak potensi dan produk yang dihasilkan masyarakatnya. Pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran produknya secara konvensional dan belum melakukan pemasaran produk melalui digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk : 1) memberikan wawasan tentang konsep digital marketing dan produk-produk teknologi yang digunakan untuk pemasaran produk, 2) memberikan pelatihan dan simulasi tentang penggunaan media digital dalam pemasaran produk, 3) menyusun pesan persuasif efektif, dan 4) memberikan solusi untuk mewujudkan pelaku UMKM untuk mempromosikan produk melalui media digital. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode FGD, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Secara umum, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dari nilai ratarata 7 menjadi 9 atau meningkat 23,26%. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini sangat baik dan tepat sasaran. Dari kegiatan ini, masyarakat mulai 1) memahami konsep digital marketing dan produk-produk teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk pemasaran produk UMKM, 2) melatih dan mensimulasikan pemasaran produk UMKM dengan menggunakan media digital seperti facebook ads.
