Abstract

Kemajuan teknlogi berdampak positif pada perubahan perilaku konsumen. Saat ini pembelian dilakukan dengan online. Niat beli online konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat yang didapatkan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran dari kemudahan dan manfaat pada niat beli online tiket bioskop. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden yang didapatkan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan pengguna berperan signifikan pada niat beli online secara parsial. Naik turunnya niat beli online juga mendapatkan pengaruh dari manfaat yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Kedua variabel bebas penelitian menunjukkan memberikan dampak positif signifikan pada naik turunnya niat beli online secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

A Currently the development of construction work is increasingly complex and sophisticated. The nature of the production process in the construction industry makes construction work dangerous and full of risks with high complexity that can lead to stress. Project managers are demanded in terms of mastery of new technologies, tighter time limits or, changing demands on work results, and changes in work regulations can create stressful situations. However, they are required to remain productive and optimal as a form of professionalism. This study will exаmine the relаtionship between job stress аnd project manager performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the direction and significance of the relаtionship between the two variаbles. The population in this study were construction project managers in the Surabaya area with a sample of 23 respondents using purposive sampling. The test was carried out using SPSS 26 software. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity, reliability, and correlation analysis. The results of the study show that stress and project manager performance have a strong negative relationship. Efforts to improve the performаnce of project managers is to pаy attention to the work stress they experience.

Abstract

Sistem hidrolik adalah sistem yang menggunakan fluida sebagai media untuk memindahkannya. Untuk mengembangkan teknologi di bidang hidrolika, diperlukan suatu analisis yang berkaitan dengan sistem tersebut. Diantaranya dengan menggunakan sistem hidrolik yang dapat menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas terbaik dan untuk mendapatkan efektifitas kerja dalam memenuhi kualitas produksi. Sistem hidrolik ini dibuat melalui beberapa tahapan antara lain. Cari tahu lebih lanjut tentang semua komponen hidrolik yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan mesin uji kuat tekan beton dengan sistem hidrolik, untuk memudahkan merancang model sesuai dengan fungsi dari masing-masing komponen tersebut. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mewujudkan desain menjadi objek nyata. Tahap terakhir adalah menganalisis cara kerja mesin. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji cara kerja mesin uji kuat tekan beton dengan sistem hidrolik. Dalam menganalisa cara kerja mesin hydraulic beton tester kekuatan dengan pengujian mesin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembuatan paving menggunakan mesin hidrolik. Mesin ini dapat menghasilkan kualitas penekanan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembuatan manual.

Abstract

The progress of development in Indonesia is very rapid, building materials are demanded to have very good quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of the compressive strength of red brick and lightweight brick as it should be in the field of development that affects economic development, in this study it is very useful for the community when buying materials. This type of research is qualitative. The data was obtained by conducting research on data analysis techniques. used is to use a formula to determine the value of compressive strength. The results showed that red bricks and light bricks had different compressive strength values. Lightweight bricks which are heated in the sun for 7 days have a compressive strength value of 58.916 kg/cm², while those that are soaked in water for 4 days have a compressive strength value of 36.256 kg/cm² and those which are blown in the wind for 28 days have a compressive strength value of 45.32 kg/cm². cm². for red bricks that are dried for 5 days and then burned for 1 day. after the red bricks are ripe and then heated in the sun for 7 days has a compressive strength value of 33,709 kg/cm² while those that are soaked for 4 days have a compressive strength value of 29,495 kg/cm² and those that are ventilated for 28 days have a compressive strength value of 25,281 kg/cm².

Abstract

In general, the construction project development process contains anelement of danger in every operational activity. One of the focuses of the contractorcompany is to create good occupational health and safety conditions on the project.The performance of construction service companies can be improved by identifyingthe factors that influence the performance improvement and analyzing how muchinfluence these factors have on the company's performance. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze and determine the effect of work supervision and theimplementation of occupational safety and health programs on the productivity ofconstruction project workers. The population is workers who work in constructionservice companies that are carrying out 18 construction projects, especiallyfacilities and infrastructure by a General Contractor, a company in Surabaya.Samples were taken as many as 100 workers. The results of the study prove to betrue that work supervision and the implementation of occupational safety andhealth programs determine the productivity of construction project workers.

Abstract

Technological developments have an impact on business development. Almost all business functions must make changes to anticipate them. This fact becomes a challenge for business practitioners and academics who study management science. A concrete example that shows the impact of technological advances on the business world is the development of VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol). In response to this, business transformation is an urgent thing to do. Advances in information technology have an impact on changing business organizations from a hierarchical business organization to a leaner business organization. The transformation of the HRM role has led to several new concepts in contemporary HRM practice. The repositioning of the HRM function is also an anticipation of changes in the global business environment. The repositioning of the HRM function from an academic point of view should trigger more comprehensive research in analyzing this process.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is faced with the problem of being able to recruit employees who have the appropriate abilities for organizational goals and increase the desires of these employees. Management will prepare HR to achieve company goals starting from recruitment, selection, maintenance and development of each individual. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of job demands, psychological capital and social maturity on employee professionalism and the most dominant factor among the three. this study used 142 respondents as a sample. the results obtained by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, several results were found which were stated as follows: job demands, psychological capital and social maturity had a partial significant effect on employee professionalism and job demands were the dominant variables on employee professionalism. Keywords: job demands, psychological capital, social maturity, employee professionalism.
