Abstract

This study discusses the work of Rahmah El Yunusiyyah in the field of politics, therefore the purpose of this research is to describe the background of Rahmah El Yunusiyyah joining the political field, the work of Rahmah El Yunusiyyah in the field of politics, and how politics influences the education of Diniyyah Puteri. This research method is Library Research using a philosophical approach and a historical approach. The results of this study are to explain how Rahmah El Yunusiyyah's background joined the political field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya media yang digunakan pada pembelajaran Sosiologi di SMAN 1 Bayang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk. (1). Membahas rancangan pembelajaran Sosiologi dengan menggunakan media Wordwall untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterlibatkan perserta didik. (2), Mengetahui cara yang tepat dalam menggunakan media Wordwall dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi (3). Menemukan faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mendukung pembelajaran Sosiologi dengan menggunakan media Wordwall. memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang implementasi media ini. Metode penelitian ini yang dipakai kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang di lakukan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data ini reduksi data, penyajian data penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Wordwall dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi. Hasil menujukan bahwa terdapat 8 tahap dalam merancang pengunaan media wordwall (1). Masuk ke akun wordwall (2). Buat akun (3),Buat aktifitas(4).Buat judul materinya (5).Templet (6).Soal (7).Tema (8). Tautan link. Tahap cara mengunakan media Wordwall ada 4 tahap (1).Menampilkan apliasi wordwall (2).Memberikan intruksi kepada perserta didik (3).Memastikan siswa tidak ada yang mengang handphone (4). Guru menampilkan medi. Faktor Pendukung ada 3 (1). Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of civic awareness among students at SMAN 1 Suliki and the continued use of conventional teaching methods that do not actively involve students. This situation poses a challenge in realizing the Pancasila Student Profile, which emphasizes values such as collaboration, critical thinking, and social responsibility. The research aims to optimize project-based learning as a contextual and participatory approach to civic education. This qualitative research employed a descriptive method through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving Civics teachers and Grade X students. Data were analyzed using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that: (1) project-based learning was systematically designed by integrating values of the Pancasila Student Profile, including collaboration, independence, and critical reasoning; (2) its implementation showed fairly good results, marked by active student participation in school-based social campaigns, although some aspects were not yet optimal due to limited teacher readiness and students’ need for more guidance; (3) supporting factors included school and teacher support, available learning media, and student collaboration, while inhibiting factors involved limited teacher training, time constraints, and lack of student experience in independent and group work. In conclusion, project-based learning contributed significantly to improving students’ civic awareness, though continuous improvement is needed in teacher training, time management, and student mentoring to ensure more effective and comprehensive implementation.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning motivation among students at SMA Dar El Iman Islamic Boarding School Padang. The objectives of this research are to describe 1) the strategies employed by Sociology teachers to enhance students' learning motivation 2) the implementation of these strategies and 3) the obstacles faced by Sociology teachers in improving student motivation. The theoretical framework of this study is based on constructivist theory, and the research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document studies, with a total of eight informants consisting of Sociology teachers, students, and the school principal. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman (1992: 20) technique, with individuals serving as the unit of analysis.The findings indicate that the teachers apply learning strategies and methods using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Inquiry-Based Learning approaches, creating an active and enjoyable learning environment that prevents student boredom. Additionally, the use of learning media such as educational videos and game quizzes through the Quizizz website enhances student enthusiasm and motivation. However, challenges identified include the lack of digital learning tools like projectors and insufficient textbooks.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low interest and learning motivation of students in Civic Education (PKn) at MTsN 5 Agam, which has mostly relied on lecture methods with minimal use of technology. The objectives of this research are: (1) to design Civic Education learning using Canva-based animated video media, (2) to describe the implementation of this media in the learning process, and (3) to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in its use. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving Civic Education teachers and seventh-grade students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the use of Canva-based animated video media creates a more engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere and helps students better understand the material on religious diversity in Indonesia. Supporting factors include the availability of internet access, supporting devices such as laptops and projectors, and active student participation. However, challenges were found in limited facilities, particularly the number of projectors, classroom lighting, and video duration management that sometimes exceeded the allocated time. Overall, Canva-based animated video media is effective in increasing students’ interest and understanding in Civic Education learning. Keywords: Learning Media, Animated Video, Canva, Civic Education
