Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between creative thinking and entrepreneurial learning achievement, a significant relationship between soft skills and entrepreneurial learning achievement, a significant relationship between creative thinking and soft skills on entrepreneurial learning achievement. The research method used is descriptive correlational method. The number of samples taken randomly from the whole population is 2 classes consisting of 80 people. Data collection of creative and soft thinking variables using a closed questionnaire, while entrepreneurial learning achievement of students using multiple choice tests. Questionnaires and tests are given to the sample, after the instrument is first tested, then analyzed. In testing statistical analysis for the validity of hypothesis testing obtained for creative thinking and entrepreneurial learning achievement Lhitung = 0.0947, for soft skills and learning achievement entrepreneurship in Lhitung = 0.0981. After comparing with Ltabel which is 0.0991 then obtained Lhitung <Ltabel which means that all three data come from populations that are normally distributed. The results of the analysis using regression analysis and multiple correlation techniques indicate that there is a relationship between creative and soft skills with entrepreneurial learning achievement with a correlation coefficient of 0.746 with R2 determination index of 0.5565 which means 55.65% of entrepreneurial learning achievement is influenced by creative thinking and soft skill. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara berpikir kreatif dengan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan, hubungan yang signifikan antara softskill dengan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan, hubungan yang signifikan antara berpikir kreatif dan softskill terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil secara acak dari keseluruhan populasi adalah sebanyak 2 kelas yang terdiri dari 80 orang. Pengumpulan data variabel berpikir kreatif dan softskill menggunakan angket tertutup, sedangkan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan siswa menggunakan tes pilihan berganda. Angket dan tes diberikan kepada sampel, setelah terlebih dahulu dilakukan ujicoba instrumen, kemudian dianalisis. Dalam pengujian analisis statistik untuk keabsahan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh untuk berpikir kreatif dan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan Lhitung = 0,0947, untuk softskill dan prestasi belajar kewiruasahaan Lhitung = 0,0981. Setelah dibandingkan dengan Ltabel yang besarnya 0,0991 maka didapat Lhitung < Ltabel yang berarti bahwa ketiga data berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi ganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan berpikir kreatif dan softskill dengan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,746 dengan indeks determinasi R2 sebesar 0,5565 yang berarti 55,65% dari prestasi belajar kewirausahaan dipengaruhi oleh berpikir kreatif dan softskill. Abstract

This research is included into development research type. This research uses a 4-D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) Thiagarajan (1974). This research is organized by learning media and instruments, namely: the students handbook, the teachers handbook, lesson plan, the students exercise sheet, the students mathematical problem-solving ability test and self-efficacy questionnaires. Tests conducted on grade X as many as 26 people in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah (MAM) 1 Medan. The results of this research indicate that: Improvement of students' self efficacy after learning produces an average value of 84.5.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect Of Drill Method On The Student Result of Mathematics Learning In Pertiwi Junior High School Medan. This research was conducted in VIII-2 class and VIII-7 class Pertiwi Junior High School Medan. The method which is used in this research is quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest control group research design. The sample was determined by using purposive sample technique. This research sample are 50 students, with 25 students for experimental class and 25 students for control class. The instrument used in this reserach is a test instrument of multiple choices questions. Data from the test instrument’s result were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the analysis, the average score of students learning result in experiment class is 74,24, and 69,28 for the control class students. It is based on hypotesis test result by using t test to the posttest data with n = 25 and α = 5%. The result is the value of tcount = 2,80 while ttable = 2,20. It shows that t count > t table, so it can be concluded that there are effects of drill method to the student result of mathematics learning in algebra factorization.
