Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif bagi produk teh kelor UMKM "Keloruma" melalui pendekatan kombinatif bauran pemasaran 7P dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi marketing mix 7P meliputi pengembangan produk teh kelor seduh dan celup dengan kemasan menarik, penetapan harga kompetitif yang mempertimbangkan biaya produksi dan nilai tambah produk, distribusi lokal berbasis efisiensi logistik, promosi melalui media sosial dan event offline, pengelolaan proses bisnis terintegrasi oleh mahasiswa, serta penggunaan kemasan sebagai bukti fisik untuk memperkuat citra produk. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan berupa ketersediaan bahan baku dan manfaat kesehatan daun kelor, serta peluang dari tren gaya hidup sehat dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap UMKM. Sementara itu, kelemahan utama terletak pada keterbatasan modal dan skala produksi, serta ancaman berupa rendahnya edukasi pasar dan persaingan produk herbal sejenis. Strategi SO dan WO menjadi prioritas, dengan fokus pada promosi berbasis media sosial dan ekspansi distribusi melalui marketplace digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis kekuatan internal dan peluang eksternal mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk Keloruma dan mendukung pemberdayaan mahasiswa dan pengembangan UMKM lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perilaku kriminal mencerminkan tindakan yang bertentangan dengan nilai kemanusiaan serta melanggar ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Keberadaan kejahatan berdampak pada menurunnya rasa aman masyarakat, terganggunya stabilitas sosial–politik, dan terhambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keterkaitan antara rata-rata lama sekolah, tingkat pengangguran terbuka, jumlah penduduk miskin, serta produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) per kapita terhadap tingkat kriminalitas di Pulau Jawa selama periode 2018–2023. Penelitian memanfaatkan data sekunder dan menerapkan metode kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi data panel yang mengombinasikan dimensi waktu (2018–2023) dan wilayah enam provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Hasil pengujian Chow dan Hausman menunjukkan bahwa model efek tetap (fixed effect model) merupakan model yang paling sesuai. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat pengangguran terbuka dan jumlah penduduk miskin berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat kejahatan, sementara PDRB per kapita berpengaruh positif. Di sisi lain, variabel rata-rata lama sekolah tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Berdasarkan uji simultan, seluruh variabel independen secara bersama-sama terbukti memengaruhi tingkat kejahatan di Pulau Jawa.

Abstract

UKM Javabara is one of the processing products of charcoal briquettes from coconut shell as the main ingredient. Marketing is the main problem faced in product development, therefore marketing strategies can solve this problem. The analytical tool used as a support is implemented in the "SWOT" matrix to determine the marketing strategy for SME Javabara. These efforts can produce a "SWOT" analysis of the strengths of UKM Javabara in the form of a competent workforce, product assortment with a variety of shape dimensions and products that have high hardness resistance. Weaknesses are limited promotional channel facilities and low public knowledge about charcoal briquette products. Opportunities for rapid technological development, population growth in the surrounding area and as an alternative fuel. Threats of location proximity to competitors and price competition with competitors. So several marketing strategy efforts can be found, namely maintaining the quality of charcoal briquette products, increasing efforts to promote products through social media, websites, etc. and increasing public knowledge about charcoal briquette products through promotional activities, such as holding events, workshops or social campaigns.

Abstract

The use of fossil fuels as an energy source is depleting due to the increasing need for use. Alternative solutions such as renewable energy sources are implemented to minimize dependence on fossil fuels. Coconut shell waste is biomass that can be used as a renewable energy source. Coconut shell waste produced from coconut plants can be converted into charcoal briquettes. The production process involves steps such as getting raw materials on the market, drying raw materials, burning, grinding, mixing with adhesive, molding, and drying briquettes. Efforts to process coconut shell waste as a sustainable renewable energy source by producing charcoal briquettes from this waste can produce an alternative energy source that is both economical and environmentally friendly. Apart from that, using coconut shell waste for energy can help reduce negative impacts such as environmental pollution due to the use of fossil fuels.

Abstract

Utilization of coconut shell waste as one of the raw materials for making charcoal briquettes is an innovative step in overcoming environmental and natural resource problems. This study aims to develop an effective and environmentally friendly method in converting coconut shells into charcoal briquettes that produce high quality. Briquettes made from coconut shells have a high calorific value among other biomass briquettes, namely 5780 cal / gr. The process of making charcoal briquettes begins with the collection of coconut shells as the main ingredient. Coconut shells are then processed through a series of stages, including drying, grinding, and mixing with additional materials as adhesives. This mixture is then pressed into briquette form using a briquette molding machine. From this study, the method of testing the manufacture of briquettes from coconut shells was carried out. Then in the collection of secondary data, it was done by comparing literature on relevant research. Making charcoal briquettes from coconut shells can have a positive impact economically and environmentally. In addition to reducing the amount of coconut shell waste that is disposed of, the use of charcoal briquettes can also support forest conservation efforts and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With this method, it is expected to contribute positively to the management of natural resources and maintain environmental sustainability.

Abstract

One food that is well known throughout Indonesia which is made from soybeans is called tofu. The public saw the prospects for the processed tofu business, which resulted in many competitors selling various processed tofu. As a result, it is very difficult to sustain this business. Sellers of processed products must realize that they must use marketing strategies to defend themselves and attract new customers in order to compete. SWOT analysis was used to determine marketing strategies so it was found that the "Mau Tahu Banget" product had many advantages, including quality and safety, abundant raw materials and affordable prices. On the other hand, products do not last long, and lack of promotion is a weakness. Changing products, working with restaurants and cafes, into opportunities for "Want to Know" products. The particular threat of the "I Want to Know" product in terms of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities is intense competition. Pricing, product, promotion, and distribution strategies are all part of increasing sales through reliance on key customers, consumer trends, and changes in the prices of expensive raw materials. It is very important to implement all these strategies because building trust between business actors and consumers is very important because with consumer trust and loyalty, businesses can survive.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of population, gross regional domestic product (GRDP), harvested area and corn prices on corn production in the Central Java Province Region. The data source uses secondary data taken from BPS data for 2020 - 2021. And the data model is panel data consisting of 29 districts or cities in Central Java with the times series for 2020 - 2021. The analysis method is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression models and analysis tools with Eviews. The analysis technique is testing the best model with the Chow and Hausman test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test) and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that population size and corn prices do not have a significant effect on corn production, while gross regional domestic product (GRDP) has a significant positive effect on corn production, and harvest area has a significant negative effect on corn production.

Abstract

Tote Bag Lurik (BAGRIK) is a tote bag product and its derivatives made from lurik patchwork. The use of lurik patchwork is a form of regional cultural preservation and waste utilization efforts in creating and developing innovative and creative potential products. The products produced from the management of lurik patchwork are so diverse that marketing efforts are not easy. The marketing process is one of the important parts that must be considered, in the marketing process determining the right strategy must be done so that the company is able to maintain and develop its business. SWOT analysis is used as a form of effort in identifying existing problems so that the company's goals can achieve the expected targets. Limitations in promotional facilities and the lack of public interest in products made from lurik are weaknesses for BAGRIK. The large number of competitors and price competition between producers is a threat to BAGRIK. So that a marketing strategy can be found that can be applied in an effort to maintain its business by always maintaining and improving product quality, not lowering the standards of the products produced, establishing good interactions with consumers, making good use of technological developments, increasing public interest in products made from lurik by conducting more education about lurik and the products produced.

Abstract

Vending machine sales is a system designed to replace human labor, from product offerings, order processing, to payment transactions. This study is to create an easily accessible sales platform, customers can make purchases on this website at any time because it can be accessed from various devices such as computers, laptops, tablet PCs, and smartphones. Website creation includes the process of designing, developing and maintaining a website that functions as an online platform. This website involves a variety of skills ranging from graphic design to programming. The results of this study indicate that the creation of a website that can be accessed at any time, without time limits and allows customers to make purchases according to their needs without having to be tied to certain operating hours. This is in line with the growing need for digitalization and automation of food and beverage product purchasing services.

Abstract

Net Asset Value (NAV) of sharia mutual funds is an indicator of sharia mutual fund growth. This study analyzes the influence of macroeconomic variables, namely inflation, exchange rates, Bank Indonesia interest rates (BI rate), and money supply, on the Net Asset Value (NAV) of sharia mutual funds in Indonesia from January 2018 to September 2024. This study uses time series data and the Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) method in multiple linear regression analysis. The selection of PAM is based on the assumption that the adjustment of NAV to changes in macroeconomic variables is gradual towards long-term equilibrium. The results show that inflation, exchange rates, and money supply significantly affect the NAV of sharia mutual funds. Inflation and exchange rates show a negative influence, while the money supply has a positive influence. Exchange rate stability and controlled inflation are crucial for NAV growth. Conversely, increased liquidity, indicated by a larger money supply, can stimulate investment in sharia mutual funds. The BI rate does not show a significant influence on NAV influence investment decisions in the sharia capital market. These findings have important implications for regulators and market players to maintain macroeconomic stability to support the sustainable growth of the sharia mutual fund sector in Indonesia.
