Abstract

Vending machine sales is a system designed to replace human labor, from product offerings, order processing, to payment transactions. This study is to create an easily accessible sales platform, customers can make purchases on this website at any time because it can be accessed from various devices such as computers, laptops, tablet PCs, and smartphones. Website creation includes the process of designing, developing and maintaining a website that functions as an online platform. This website involves a variety of skills ranging from graphic design to programming. The results of this study indicate that the creation of a website that can be accessed at any time, without time limits and allows customers to make purchases according to their needs without having to be tied to certain operating hours. This is in line with the growing need for digitalization and automation of food and beverage product purchasing services.

Abstract

UKM Javabara is one of the processing products of charcoal briquettes from coconut shell as the main ingredient. Marketing is the main problem faced in product development, therefore marketing strategies can solve this problem. The analytical tool used as a support is implemented in the "SWOT" matrix to determine the marketing strategy for SME Javabara. These efforts can produce a "SWOT" analysis of the strengths of UKM Javabara in the form of a competent workforce, product assortment with a variety of shape dimensions and products that have high hardness resistance. Weaknesses are limited promotional channel facilities and low public knowledge about charcoal briquette products. Opportunities for rapid technological development, population growth in the surrounding area and as an alternative fuel. Threats of location proximity to competitors and price competition with competitors. So several marketing strategy efforts can be found, namely maintaining the quality of charcoal briquette products, increasing efforts to promote products through social media, websites, etc. and increasing public knowledge about charcoal briquette products through promotional activities, such as holding events, workshops or social campaigns.

Abstract

The use of fossil fuels as an energy source is depleting due to the increasing need for use. Alternative solutions such as renewable energy sources are implemented to minimize dependence on fossil fuels. Coconut shell waste is biomass that can be used as a renewable energy source. Coconut shell waste produced from coconut plants can be converted into charcoal briquettes. The production process involves steps such as getting raw materials on the market, drying raw materials, burning, grinding, mixing with adhesive, molding, and drying briquettes. Efforts to process coconut shell waste as a sustainable renewable energy source by producing charcoal briquettes from this waste can produce an alternative energy source that is both economical and environmentally friendly. Apart from that, using coconut shell waste for energy can help reduce negative impacts such as environmental pollution due to the use of fossil fuels.

Abstract

Utilization of coconut shell waste as one of the raw materials for making charcoal briquettes is an innovative step in overcoming environmental and natural resource problems. This study aims to develop an effective and environmentally friendly method in converting coconut shells into charcoal briquettes that produce high quality. Briquettes made from coconut shells have a high calorific value among other biomass briquettes, namely 5780 cal / gr. The process of making charcoal briquettes begins with the collection of coconut shells as the main ingredient. Coconut shells are then processed through a series of stages, including drying, grinding, and mixing with additional materials as adhesives. This mixture is then pressed into briquette form using a briquette molding machine. From this study, the method of testing the manufacture of briquettes from coconut shells was carried out. Then in the collection of secondary data, it was done by comparing literature on relevant research. Making charcoal briquettes from coconut shells can have a positive impact economically and environmentally. In addition to reducing the amount of coconut shell waste that is disposed of, the use of charcoal briquettes can also support forest conservation efforts and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With this method, it is expected to contribute positively to the management of natural resources and maintain environmental sustainability.

Abstract

One food that is well known throughout Indonesia which is made from soybeans is called tofu. The public saw the prospects for the processed tofu business, which resulted in many competitors selling various processed tofu. As a result, it is very difficult to sustain this business. Sellers of processed products must realize that they must use marketing strategies to defend themselves and attract new customers in order to compete. SWOT analysis was used to determine marketing strategies so it was found that the "Mau Tahu Banget" product had many advantages, including quality and safety, abundant raw materials and affordable prices. On the other hand, products do not last long, and lack of promotion is a weakness. Changing products, working with restaurants and cafes, into opportunities for "Want to Know" products. The particular threat of the "I Want to Know" product in terms of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities is intense competition. Pricing, product, promotion, and distribution strategies are all part of increasing sales through reliance on key customers, consumer trends, and changes in the prices of expensive raw materials. It is very important to implement all these strategies because building trust between business actors and consumers is very important because with consumer trust and loyalty, businesses can survive.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of population, gross regional domestic product (GRDP), harvested area and corn prices on corn production in the Central Java Province Region. The data source uses secondary data taken from BPS data for 2020 - 2021. And the data model is panel data consisting of 29 districts or cities in Central Java with the times series for 2020 - 2021. The analysis method is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression models and analysis tools with Eviews. The analysis technique is testing the best model with the Chow and Hausman test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test) and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that population size and corn prices do not have a significant effect on corn production, while gross regional domestic product (GRDP) has a significant positive effect on corn production, and harvest area has a significant negative effect on corn production.

Abstract

Jati Mandiri adalah usaha rumahan yang berfokus pada produksi dan penjualan mebel serta furniture rumah tangga.Dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan serta peluang guna untuk menjalankan bisnisnya.Dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) adalah alat anlisis guna mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh usaha jati mandiri.Diuangkapkan bahwa kekuatan utama Usaha Jati Mandiri terletak pada kualitas bahan baku dan keahlian pembuatan mebel yang memiliki kualitas yang baik.Namun, kelemahan seperti keterbatasan dalam pemasaran dan kurangnya inovasi produk menjadi hambatan.Peluang yang signifikan meliputi meningkatnya permintaan pasar untuk mebel berkualitas dan tren desain interior yang mengedepankan bahan dasar yang awet.Adanya ancaman yang datang dari persaingan ketat dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku sering kali menghambat proses produksi usaha rumahan ini.Hasil dari pembahasan,menyarankan kepada pemilik usaha untuk perlu memperkuat daya saing melalui peningkatan strategi pemasaran, termasuk pemanfaatan media digital guna untuk mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas lagi.Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas produk melalui inovasi desain dan penguatan kontrol kualitas menjadi kunci untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan posisi di pasar. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, Usaha Jati Mandiri diharapkan dapat mengatasi tantangan yang ada dan memanfaatkan peluang untuk pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit termasuk komoditas pokok subsektor perkebunan Indonesia yang berperan penting dalam kebutuhan domestik dan ekspor, terutama sebagai bahan baku minyak goreng. Peningkatan produktivitasnya dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan lahan secara optimal dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja, curah hujan, dan pupuk bersubsidi kepada produksi kelapa sawit di Kalimantan kurun waktu 2018-2023. Kalimantan terpilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena faktor geografisnya yang mendukung. Metode analisisnya mempergunakan regresi data panel, yang mengombinasikan data time series (kurun waktu 2018-2023) serta data cross-section (lima provinsi yang terdapat di pulau Kalimantan, yakni Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur serta Kalimantan Utara). Data sekundernya didapat melalui Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementerian Perkebunan dan Kementerian Sarana Prasarana. Berdasarkan pengujian Chow dan Hausman, Fixed Effects Model (FEM) menjadi model estimasi terbaik. Temuannya mengindikasikan, tenaga kerja memengaruhi positif dan signifikan kepada produksi kelapa sawit, sementara luas lahan, curah hujan, dan pupuk bersubsidi tak memengaruhi produksi kelapa sawit. Perolehan uji F menjelaskan, luas lahan, tenaga kerja, curah hujan dan pupuk bersubsidi secara bersamaan memengaruhi produksi kelapa sawit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran untuk produk hiasan dinding rotan dari Wickercane dengan menggunakan analisis bauran pemasaran 7P dan analisis SWOT. Ditemukan bahwa Wickercane memiliki kekuatan yang signifikan, seperti produk unik dan ramah lingkungan, serta peluang besar di pasar yang semakin peduli terhadap keinginan. Namun, tantangan seperti persaingan ketat dan perubahan selera konsumen juga harus dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, termasuk inovasi produk, kolaborasi dengan influencer, dan peningkatan efisiensi produk, menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Dengan mengimplementasikan strategi Grizzly, diharapkan Wickercane dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan dan peluang yang tersedia, serta mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman yang dihadapi. Melalui pendekatan ini, produk hiasan dinding rotan Wickercane diharapkan dapat dikenal luas dan menjadi pilihan utama bagi konsumen yang mencari keindahan dan keinginan dalam dekorasi rumah. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran di industri kerajinan rotan dan menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha lainnya. Diperkirakan, dengan strategi yang tepat, Wickercane dapat terus berkembang dan berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya serta lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran Buket Bloom and Grace di Surakarta dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis florist yang semakin ketat. Strategi pemasaran ditentukan melalui bauran pemasaran 7P dan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi keunggulan, tantangan, serta peluang bisnis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Bloom and Grace memiliki keunggulan dalam kualitas bahan baku, inovasi produk, dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Namun, tantangan seperti persaingan harga dan keterbatasan jangkauan pasar masih perlu diatasi. Untuk itu, strategi yang diterapkan mencakup pemanfaatan e-commerce dan media sosial guna memperluas pasar serta menonjolkan desain bunga yang kreatif. Selain itu, Bloom and Grace melakukan diversifikasi produk dengan menawarkan opsi yang lebih terjangkau, seperti buket kecil dan bunga dalam pot, guna menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. Inovasi ramah lingkungan juga diterapkan melalui penggunaan bahan biodegradable dan kemasan eco-friendly untuk menarik konsumen yang peduli lingkungan. Implementasi strategi ini berhasil meningkatkan penjualan, dengan total 100 produk terjual melalui offline dan online.
