Abstract

Pests that attack coffee plants can have an impact on decreasing productivity and quality of coffee harvests in the area. This study aims to identify coffee plant pests in the Brenggolo area plantation, Jatiroto sub-district, Wonogiri district. This study was conducted for 2 months, from January 2025 to February 2025, at the Brenggolo village coffee plantation, Jatiroto sub-district, Wonogiri district. Data obtained from observations of plant samples and coffee berries attacked by pests, as well as interviews with managers and owners to obtain information on the types of pests and environmental conditions of the plantation land. The results of the study found several pests that attack coffee plants, including Hypothenemeus hampei (Coffee Berry Borer Pest), Xylosandrus compactus (coffee branch borer pest), Ferrisia virgate (Whitefly), Coccus viridis (green aphid pest), Pratylechus coffeae Nematodes (Root Wound Nematodes), and Sanurus indecora jacobi (Planthopper). Pest life is greatly influenced by environmental factors such as altitude, temperature and humidity. The geographical conditions of the Brenggolo plantation, which is at an altitude of 920 meters above sea level, with temperatures ranging between 20°C - 28°C and humidity of 81%, are an environment that supports the development of various types of coffee pests. Identification of pest types and environmental characteristics in the Brenggolo Plantation is expected to be the basis for the formation of an effective pest control strategy. With location-specific pest management, it is expected to increase the productivity and quality of coffee in the area.

Abstract

Pengetahuan merupakan suatu hasil dari tahu yang terjadi setelah seseorang melakukan penginderaan terhadap suatu objek tertentu, melalui indera penglihatan, pendengaran, penciuman, perasaan dan perabaan. Pengetahuan seorang ibu dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran ibu. Kesadaran seorang ibu dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan dalam pemberian imunisasi pada anak di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Kepatuhan ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi pada anaknya akan sangat mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi pada balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas babelan II. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analitik cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak balita yaitu anak usia 0-60 bulan berjumlah 873 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 274 ibu yang memiliki anak balita. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Probability Sampling dengan jenis sampel Simple Random Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui analisis univariat dan uji chie square untuk mengetahui analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwadengan tingkat signifikan 95% atau α 5% (0,05) diperoleh hasil p-value (0,000) < nilai α 5% (0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi pada balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas babelan II Tahun 2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjembatani riset gap guna memberikan solusi terhadap pertanyaan pennelitian bagaimana menyelaraskan antara aktivitas manusia tanpa merusak lingkungan hijau. Fenomena ditemukan bahwa adanya urbanisasi kota yang menyebabkan kepadatan diberbagai lini sehingga peningkatan jumlah kendaraan semakin meningkat pula. Tingginya tingkat kemacetan menjadi peluang lahirnya faktor negatif pengguna kendaraan. Aktivitas manusia pergi menuju kantor, pulang menuju rumah diharapkan tidak merusak kondisi lingkungan hijau. Penelitian ini akan mengisi ruang gap riset yang ditemukan dari empiris matematika dengan lingkungan sosial. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan sebanyak 8 tahapan dengan menggali berbagai teori dan literasi terpilih berdasarkan relevansi, kualitas, dan kontribusi mereka terhadap pemahaman tentang potensi Harmonic Oscillations dan Enviromental Green dalam mengatasi tantangan lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil sintesa dari dua teori yaitu Theory of Mathematics Education dan Theory of Social-Ecological Systems maka lahirnya konsep baru yaitu konsep Green Oscillations. Konsep ini memberikan makna keteraturan yang seimbang dalam mobilitas dengan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi lingkungan yang tentunya berdampak positif bagi kehidupan saat ini dan berkelanjutan dalam bahasa yang umum Green Oscillations adalah pola gerak kesimbangan yang dapat berperan dalam pengedalian lingkungan hidup berkelanjutan sehingga dengan efisiennya mobilitas yang terjadi dan memiliki dampak yang baik terhadap lingkungan hidup menciptakan kenaikan produktivitas masyarakat. Penelitian ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya bahwa semakin lama waktu dan Panjangan jarak kemacetan berimplikasi pada semakin meningkat biaya dan waktu yang dikeluarkan dampaknya akan berpengaruh pada psikologis guru. Konsep ini menawarkan pola gerak untuk meminimalkan waktu kemacetan guna mengalihkan pola gerak pada aktivitas guru yang produktif tanpa menghabiskan waktu dan energi selama perjalanan menuju tempat aktivitas. Guru akan lebih produktif mengahasilkan karya-karya yang terkait profesinya dan mencerdaskan peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif pada materi operasi hitung penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan bulat. Studi ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIA di SDN Muncul 01, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator sekaligus pelaksana, sementara guru lain bertindak sebagai pengamat. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 27 siswa. Data hasil belajar siswa dikumpulkan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai siswa mencapai 74,4, dan meningkat menjadi 87,03 pada siklus II, dengan peningkatan sebesar 16,97%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif pada materi bilangan bulat secara efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis media pembelajaran dapat dijadikan strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika dasar. Abstract This study aims to optimize students' learning outcomes through the use of innovative instructional media in the teaching of addition and subtraction of integers. The study was conducted with VIA grade students at SDN Muncul 01, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented over two cycles. The teacher acted as both the facilitator and the main instructor, while other teachers served as observers. The research subjects consisted of 27 students. Data on student learning outcomes were collected and analyzed descriptively, then presented in tables. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes. In Cycle I, the average student score was 74.4, which increased to 87.03 in Cycle II, reflecting an improvement of 16.97%. These findings indicate that the use of innovative instructional media in teaching integer operations effectively enhances student engagement and learning outcomes. The implications suggest that media-based teaching strategies can serve as an effective method to improve the quality of basic mathematics education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze or obtain a comprehensive overview of fairness in independent campus programs in open and distance education by looking at the conformity of the concept of assessment fairness themes in the practice of assessment on the program. This research was conducted using a qualitative research design, and the data obtained were analyzed descriptively. Data collection was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews with seven sources with competencies related to independent campus programs and their policies at the Universitas Terbuka as organizers of open and distance education systems, using interview guides and documentation studies. Data were transcribed and encoded according to their category. The results show that the conformity of the concept of assessment fairness in assessment practices on independent campus programs in open and distance education has largely been met. The theme of transparency, consistency, and justification, doing no harm to and constructive classroom environment, and avoiding score pollution is the most prominent in the fulfillment of indicators.

Abstract

This research is driven by Indonesia's comparatively low performance in the 2023 PISA assessment, which indicates a significant deficiency in students' capacity to solve literacy-based mathematical problems, largely attributable to the absence of comprehensive, structured guidance. This consequently gives rise to low levels of mathematical literacy, thereby underscoring the necessity for enhanced learning methodologies. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model in enhancing students' mathematical literacy abilities in comparison to the traditional learning approach. This study employed a quasi-experimental methodology with an unequal control group design. The research subjects were 72 grade VIII students at SMPN 1 Baleendah, comprising 36 experimental group students (grade VIII K) and 36 control group students (grade VIII L). The data were obtained through mathematical literacy tests and subsequently analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the assistance of IBM SPSS 24.0 software. The results of the n-gain analysis indicated that the data were normally distributed with homogeneous variances. The results of the independent sample t-test indicated a statistically significant difference in the improvement of mathematical literacy skills between the two groups, with the BBL group exhibiting a greater degree of improvement than the conventional method. These findings contribute to the scientific literature on the effectiveness of the Brain-Based Learning (BBL) model in addressing low mathematical literacy in Indonesia, with statistically significant improvements. This research provides new insights into the application of brain-based learning models in the Indonesian educational context.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to analyze the difference of emotional intelligence, social maturity, self-esteem, and academic achievement on Islamic dan nonIslamic boarding graduate students; the correlation between research variables; and influence of graduate students and family’s characteristics, emotional intelligence, social maturity, and self-esteem toward academic achievement. This research involved 100 college students that were selected systematic randomly. Data were collected by interview and self report with questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive, different test, correlation test, and regression test. The results showed that there were no significant differences between emotional intelligence, social maturity, self-esteem, and academic achievement between Islamic boarding and nonIslamic boarding graduate students. Emotional intelligence and social maturity had significant and positive correlation with self-esteem. Academic achievement of Islamic boarding graduate students was influenced by emotional intelligence and social maturity. While in the nonIslamic boarding graduate students, academic achievement was influenced by student activities.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia Pendidikan menghadapi berbagai tantangan diantaranya tantangan literasi digital dan literasi media. Guru yang memiliki keterampilan literasi yang baik memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada pembelajaran siswa. Siswa SD mengalami perkembangan dari aspek kognitif, emosional, afektif, psikomotor dan social melalui kegiatan bermain dan belajar. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan perkembangan para siswa. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan bagian dari program desa Binaan Universitas Terbuka. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini untuk memberikan pelatihan perancangan e-game for learning untuk meningkatkan literasi media guru SD Desa Situ Udik Cibungbulang. Fokus pengembangan yang dilakukan adalah peningkatan kapasitas SDM guru-guru tingkat sekolah dasar sebanyak 18 orang untuk merancang elektonik game dalam pembelajaran. Peserta pelatihan dipilih berdasarkan kriteria dengan rincian diantaranya: tingkat pengalaman mengajar, keahlian teknologi, dan minat terhadap integrasi game dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan daring dilaksanakan melalui platform MOOCs yang interaktif dan melalui zoom. Proses evaluasi dilakukan secara formatif dan sumatif. Peserta dinilai melalui tugas daring, partisipasi dalam sesi luring, dan proyek pengembangan game dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan PKM dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan electronic-game dalam pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut dapat meningkatkan literasi media peserta pelatihan. Pelatihan dalam merancang electronic games memberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi guru yang mencakup pemahaman tentang platform game, perangkat lunak desain game, dan penggunaan elemen-elemen teknologi dalam konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

Most of the women who are members of the Santa Teresa Calcuta community work as housewives who need to acquire skills that can increase their family income. They have never received counseling or training on making Aromatherapy Candles from universities or other institutions. From the results of interviews, several residents wanted counseling and training on making aromatherapy candles which could be used as an alternative to therapeutic medicine and could also increase income. For this reason, the Biology Education Study Program Abdimas Team will provide training to the Santa Teresa Calcuta Mipitan Women's Association, Mojo Village, Pasar Kliwon District on making Aromatherapy Candles. They want counseling on this theme because most people don't understand how to make Aromatherapy Candles. The objectives of the community service are; To provide education on how to make Aromatherapy Candles. Training is carried out once. The method used is lecture and question and answer, as well as practical guidance on how to make Aromatherapy Candles. The target of this counseling and training is to increase understanding of how to make Aromatherapy Candles among mothers who are members of the Santa Teresa Calcuta Mipitan Community by 20%. From the results of the training on making Aromatherapy Candles for mothers who are members of the Santa Teresa Calcuta Mipitan Community, Mojo Village, Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in understanding of the process of making Aromatherapy Lilins from an average score of 41.81 to 81.34, meaning there was an increase in understanding by 39.45 (101.94%). The results of Aromatherapy Candles can be used by mothers as health therapy medicines for their own needs or can also be sold to increase family income.
