Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to conduct a business feasibility study related to the development of an organic deodorant product under the brand Roast Relief. The product is targeted to meet the increasing consumer demand for environmentally friendly and chemical-free personal care products. The research methodology involves market, technical, financial, and management analyses to evaluate the potential success of this product in the market. The market analysis includes market segmentation, consumer trend analysis, and competitor assessment. The results indicate a favorable opportunity for the Roast Relief organic deodorant product in the growing personal care segment. Technical analysis considers production aspects, distribution, and the availability of organic raw materials, with a focus on sustainability and product quality. The research findings indicate that the development of Roast Relief organic deodorant product has positive business potential. By capitalizing on consumer trends supporting eco-friendly products and enhancing quality of life, this product can be an attractive choice for consumers. Abstrak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi kelayakan bisnis terkait pengembangan produk deodoran organik dengan merek Roast Relief. Produk ini diarahkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang semakin meningkat terhadap produk perawatan pribadi yang ramah lingkungan dan bebas bahan kimia berbahaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan analisis pasar, teknis, keuangan, dan manajemen untuk mengevaluasi potensi keberhasilan produk ini di pasar. Analisis pasar mencakup identifikasi segmentasi pasar, analisis tren konsumen, dan penilaian pesaing. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peluang yang baik bagi produk deodoran organik Roast Relief di segmen pasar perawatan pribadi yang berkembang. Analisis teknis mempertimbangkan aspek produksi, distribusi, dan ketersediaan bahan baku organik. Keberlanjutan dan kualitas produk menjadi fokus utama dalam aspek ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan produk deodoran organik Roast Relief memiliki potensi bisnis yang positif. Dengan memanfaatkan tren konsumen yang mendukung produk ramah lingkungan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup, produk ini dapat menjadi pilihan yang menarik bagi konsumen.

Abstract

The widespread development of the internet network today has created new trends and lifestyles in society, indirectly triggering impulse buying behavior. Several factors influencing this behavior involve sales promotion, financial literacy, hedonic browsing, and utilitarian browsing. Shopee, as one of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has captured the attention of Generation Z, achieving a market share of 69.9%. West Java leads in the number of users and e-commerce transactions nationally. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of sales promotion, financial literacy, hedonic browsing, and utilitarian browsing on the tendency of impulse buying among Generation Z Shopee users in West Java. Using a quantitative approach and collecting data through Likert scale questionnaires, a sample of 100 Generation Z respondents who are e-commerce users in West Java was taken. Analysis using SmartPLS software indicates that sales promotion and hedonic browsing have a significant impact on impulse buying, while financial literacy and utilitarian browsing do not significantly influence impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

The swift and progressive technological progress in Indonesia has resulted in notable advancements, namely in the financial sector, with the rise of financial technology (fintech). The objective of this study is to examine how the user experience and trust in fintech services impact word-of-mouth recommendations, with user stickiness serving as a mediating element. The utilized research methodology is a quantitative approach. The researcher distributed a questionnaire to collect data, employing a Likert scale for measurement. The study's sample was selected from the community of digital wallet application users in Indonesia. The researcher managed to gather responses from 103 participants, and the data was analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The research findings suggest that Fintech User Experience does not exert a substantial influence on Fintech User Stickiness. Nevertheless, the impact of Fintech User Experience on Word of Mouth is substantial. User trust in fintech has an enormous effect on both user stickiness and word of mouth in the fintech industry. The characteristic of Fintech User Stickiness has a substantial influence on Word of Mouth. Fintech User Stickiness does not act as a mediating variable in the link between Fintech User Experience and Word of Mouth. In contrast, Fintech User Stickiness plays a crucial role in influencing the connection between Fintech User Trust and Word of Mouth.

Abstract

At the time of nisab, every Muslim is required to pay zakat, which is one of their religious duties. It may be seen as a transgression of Islamic principles to fail to pay zakat. Islam, property ownership, nisab and haul fulfillment, and zakat payment capability are the pillars and criteria of zakat. According to the Quran, there are eight distinct classes that are eligible to receive zakat. The author used a literature review approach to gather references on zakat, its concepts, its distribution, its types, and difficulties in Indonesia, as well as potential remedies to those concerns. More extensive zakat education and outreach, improved zakat institution transparency and accountability, tech-enabled zakat process, party collaboration, and new, sustainable zakat programmes to address social issues are all part of Indonesia's zakat selection.

Abstract

TELKOM's strategic initiative, referred to as 5BM, acknowledges the company's considerable assets but notes that it has not yielded substantial profits. To address this, TELKOM has devised this strategy to improve its firm value. This study seeks to contribute to this goal by conducting research focused on analyzing the company's financial structure and evaluating the effects of financial structure, considering macroeconomic factors like interest rates, to enhance its overall value. The research employs a quantitative approach, using TELKOM’s financial data from 2014 to 2024, with variables such as firm size, liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, investment opportunity, efficiency level, profitability, and interest rates. The study applies multiple linear regression to assess the relationships between these independent variables and firm value, using Tobin’s Q as a measure of firm value. Descriptive statistical analysis is also conducted to summarize the characteristics of each research variable. Findings reveal that leverage negatively affects firm value, while firm size, liquidity, investment opportunity, efficiency level, and profitability have positive impacts. Although interest rates and dividend policy also contribute to firm value, their effects are not statistically significant. These results provide insights into the importance of TELKOM's financial structure in enhancing its market valuation.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dinas kearsipan dan perpustakaan kabupaten indramayu. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi yang dimiliki karyawan, mengetahui bagaimana remunerasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan, mengetahui gambaran kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kausal dengan metode kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh, dimana jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 42 orang. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah metode linear berganda. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa kompetensi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, remunerasi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara parsial remunerasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan kompetensi dan remunerasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Remunerasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Indramayu.AbstractThis research is to find out the influence of competence and remuneration on the performance of employees of the archival office and indramayu district library. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the competencies that employees have, know how remuneration is given to employees, know the picture of employee performance and know how the effect of competence and remuneration on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and causal with quantitative methods. The data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, where the number of samples used is 42 people. The statistical analysis method used is a double linear method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that competence falls into the category of excellent, remuneration belongs to the category of very good. Partially competence has a significant effect on employee performance and partially remuneration has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously competence and remuneration have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Competence, Remuneration, Employee Performance, Archival Office and Indramayu Regency Library.

Abstract

AbstrakPeran pengusaha muda saat ini sebagai salah satu pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia ini dituntut untuk memiliki pemahaman mengenai financial literacy yang menjadi kebutuhan dasar bagi mereka agar terhindar dari kondisi kesulitan keuangan atau financial distress. Tujuan peneilitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara financial literacy dan financial distress pada pengusaha muda Generasi Milenial di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa tingkat financial literacy pada pengusaha muda di Kota Cimahi berada dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan tingkat financial distress pada pengusaha muda di Kota Cimahi berada dalam kategori sedang. Kemudian hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa financial literacy memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan financial distress.Kata Kunci: Financial Literacy, Financial Distress. AbstractThe role of young entrepreneurs today as one of the drivers of economic growth and community welfare in Indonesia is required to have an understanding of financial literacy which is a basic need for them to avoid financial difficulties or financial distress. The purpose of this research is to find out how the relationship between financial literacy and financial distress in young millennial entrepreneurs in Cimahi City. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive types of research. Sampling is done using purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of financial literacy of young entrepreneurs in Cimahi City is in the high category. Meanwhile, the level of financial distress for young entrepreneurs in Cimahi City is in the medium category. Then the results of simple regression analysis show that financial literacy has a negative and significant relationship with financial distress.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Distress.

Abstract

Industri jasa menghasilkan produk bernilai tambah yang tidak berwujud seperti hiburan dan relaksasi. Seni tato telahberkembang dari simbol budaya menjadi seni tubuh yang dihargai. Tattoo temporary, yang dapat diaplikasikan dandihapus dengan mudah, memberikan fleksibilitas tanpa komitmen jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuanuntuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Value, dan PerceivedQuality terhadap Customer Expectation di Inkrare Studio.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif denganteknik pengumpulan data nonprobability sampling dengan responden sebanyak 157 orang. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan software Micosoft Excel dan SmartPLS. Hasil akan menjelaskan analisis deskriptif dan Partial LeastSquare (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3 dan 4. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasilpenelitian adalah bahwa variabel Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, dan Perceived Value memainkan peranpenting dalam membentuk harapan pelanggan terhadap penggunaan tato temporary di Inkrare Studio, sementaravariabel Perceived Quality tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen Inkrare Studio dapatfokus pada upaya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan persepsi nilai produk untukmemenuhi harapan pelanggan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Abstract

As one of the drivers of economic success and societal welfare in Indonesia, financial literacy is a must for young entrepreneurs today. The study attemps to evaluate Millenial entrepreneurs financial literacy and financial well-being conditions while several PPKM (Restrictions on Community Activities) during Pandemic Covid-19 are in effect. Between mid-October 2021 and early January 2022, the survey used 100 young entrepreneurs aged 21-40 in West Java Province, Indonesia as samples. The hypotheses testing results from Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM) methods show a consistent association between the main components of financial literacy with the level of financial well-being, with insurance and personal savings and loans becoming the dominant predictor affected financial knowledge, followed with security that serves as main determinant that affected the level of financial attitude of these millenial entrepreneurs. However, this study has limitation as the sample and number of experimental parameters are small.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of fintech payments on the consumption expenditures of West Java households. Quantitative methods were used in this study. Survey information in the form of a questionnaire was distributed to 111 households in West Java utilizing a fintech payment application. This study employs both descriptive and regression analysis. This study discovered that the personal mobility (PM) fintech payment variable has a positive and statistically significant influence on the household consumption expenditure variable, total cost accommodation (TCA), total cost transportation (TCC), and total cost communication (TCC) (TCCI). In addition, the fintech payment variable, ease of use, has a positive and statistically significant effect on the household consumption expenditure variable, total cost other cost (TCOC). Moreover, the occupation control variable has a positive and statistically significant effect on total cost (TC), total cost of food and beverage (TCF), and total cost of lodging (TCL) (TCA). The control variable sex has a positive and significant effect on total cost education (TCED), while the control variable marital status has a positive and significant effect on total cost (TC), total cost household goods (TCHG), and total cost transportation (TCTC) (TCED). This study examines the relationship between fintech payments and household consumption expenditures. This study is anticipated to serve as a resource for future researchers.
