Abstract

The existence of new technology has changed various aspects of life. The life of a traditional society has changed into a modern society. Learning in the era of the industrial revolution is required to be able to adapt to a variety of existing technologies and applications. With the technology and various applications can facilitate learning activities. Various learning activities carried out online that use technology. Digital learning is increasingly developing along with technological developments. Learning with modern technology that provides a variety of learning applications with various learning methods. Digital learning can be developed for distance learning. Digital learning can also be integrated with classroom learning (blended learning). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data using in-depth interview techniques, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses Interactive Model Analysis analysis techniques. The role of technology in digital learning is very important, where technology is a major part of digital learning. Technology is not just included in the learning process, but technology must be able to improve the quality of learning. In digital learning educators and students can adjust learning needs with a variety of technological sophistication in a variety of existing learning applications, so that the learning process is fun and facilitates understanding of the material. The learning process by utilizing technology must be supported by educators and students so that learning using technology can run optimally.

Abstract

Desa Ngestirahayu merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Punggur dengan mayoritas masyarakat Desa Ngestirahayu berprofesi sebagai petani. Selama ini, petani mengalami permasalahan salah satunya adalah ketersediaan dan supply pupuk subsidi yang dibatasi. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan alternatif pupuk yang murah dan dapat diproduksi secara mandiri. Selain itu, pupuk organik dapat memperbaiki kualitas tanah dan menyediakan nutrisi esensial bagi tanaman secara lebih berkelanjutan. Pupuk organik dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan alat dan bahan yang sederhana dan murah.  Namun masyarakat desa umumnya masih belum familiar dan memahami mengenai teknik  pembuatan pupuk organik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan  pembuatan pupuk organik pada KWT di desa Ngestirahayu. Hasil akhir dari pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sebesar 91,6% mengenai pupuk, bahan, proses pembuatan pupuk organik. Manfaat kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra mengenai penggunaan pupuk organik, mengetahui bahan yang digunakan dan tatacara pembuatan pupuk organik. Masyarakat perlu dilakukan pembiasaan untuk mulai memilah sampah berdasarkan jenisnya mulai dari skala rumah tangga, sehingga memudahkan untuk mengolah sampah menjadi pupuk kompos. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan produksi pupuk kompos dalam jumlah banyak untuk mencukupi kebutuhan pupuk desa, sebagai kegiatan lanjutan dari program ini. Compost Fertilizer Production Training in Ngestirahayu Village to Achieve Agricultural Independence Abstract The village of Ngestirahayu is one of the villages located in the Punggur District, where the majority of the residents work as farmers. Farmers have long faced issues, one of which is the limited availability and supply of subsidized fertilizers. Therefore, there is a need for an affordable and self-produced fertilizer alternative. In addition, organic fertilizers can improve soil quality and provide essential nutrients for plants in a more sustainable manner. Organic fertilizers can be made using simple and inexpensive tools and materials. However, the village community is generally not yet familiar with or knowledgeable about organic fertilizer production techniques. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct training on organic fertilizer production for the Women's Farming Group (KWT) in the village of Ngestirahayu. The final outcome of this activity was a 91.6% increase in community knowledge regarding fertilizers, materials, and the process of making organic fertilizers. The benefits of this activity include enhancing partners' knowledge of organic fertilizer use, understanding the materials used, and learning the process of making organic fertilizers. The community needs to develop a habit of sorting waste by type at the household level, making it easier to process waste into compost. Furthermore, large-scale compost production is needed to meet the village's fertilizer needs as a follow-up activity of this program.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering ditemukan pada pemuda pengurus karang taruna khususnya kepengurusan di bidang ekonomi kreatif memiliki beberapa produk kewirausahaan akan tetapi karena kurangnya pengetahuan maupun pengimplementasian dalam digital marketing dan e-commerce. Bisa dikatakan, produk yang dimiliki mangkrak tidak dipasarkan dengan baik, terutama pasca pandemi dimana masyarakat mengalami masa pemulihan ekonomi. Padahal produk-produk tersebut bisa jadi kekuatan pemulihan yang luar biasa jika diolah dengan baik. Karena itulah perlu adanya solusi yaitu dengan memberikan Penguatan Bidang Ekonomi Kreatif Melalui Pelatihan E-Commerce dan Digital Marketing yang diberikan kepada Pengurus Karang Taruna Pemuda Mandiri Rejomulyo, Metro Selatan, Lampung. Kontribusi pengabdi kepada masyarakat yaitu memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengembangan kemampuan para pemuda-pemudi anggota karang taruna dibidang E-Commerce dan Digital Marketing. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan kurang lebih selama 3 bulan dengan tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Peserta merupakan pemuda anggota karang taruna yang berjumlah sekitar 20 orang. Menuju perkembangan zaman era industri 5.0 yang menuntut semua masyarakat khususnya pemuda agar dapat mengakses informasi dan aktivitas secara online, maka diperlukan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengembangan kemampuan dibidang ekonomi kreatif khususnya di tengah pandemi covid-19 tentu akan sangat menunjang berbagai kegiatan karang taruna ditengah masyarakat yang lebih terarah.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the learning system to change drastically from offline meetings (face to face) to online learning. In this online learning, students are required to be able to do learning independently. Independent learning is learning that is carried out on its own initiative in accordance with the way or learning style that can support the understanding of independent learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze independent learning conducted online. This is done because there are various problems in online independent learning. Students who are accustomed to doing offline learning (face to face) will find it difficult to understand online learning materials. The long-term goal of this research is to evaluate independent learning conducted online.This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used interactive model analysis. Online-based independent learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has been carried out well. Independent learning has several positive benefits that can shape the character of students in the learning process. independent learning carried out by students using various applications to support learning activities

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif peserta didik disebabkan oleh keterbatasan bahan ajar buku cetak kurikulum merdeka, sehingga peserta didik kesulitan memahami materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan bahan ajar interaktif. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan e-modul ekonomi sesuai kurikulum merdeka kompetensi 4C yang valid dan praktis. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). E-modul didesain berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dengan kompetensi 4C dan divalidasi oleh ahli desain, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Uji kepraktisan dilakukan dengan angket pada peserta didik kelas X.2 SMAN 2 Metro. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Validasi dari ahli desain mendapat persentase 80%, ahli materi 85%, dan ahli bahasa 88%, menunjukkan e-modul sangat valid dan layak diuji. Uji coba pada 26 peserta didik dalam kelompok kecil mendapat rata-rata persentase 88,9%, menunjukkan e-modul sangat praktis digunakan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan praktis. The low critical and creative thinking skills of students are due to the limitations of printed textbooks in the Merdeka curriculum, making it difficult for students to understand the material. This study aims to improve critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills in economics subjects with interactive teaching materials. Additionally, this study aims to create an economics e-module aligned with the Merdeka curriculum's 4C competencies that is valid and practical. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The e-module is designed based on needs analysis with 4C competencies and validated by design experts, subject matter experts, and language experts. Practicality tests were conducted with questionnaires given to students of class X.2 SMAN 2 Metro. The instruments used include observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Validation from design experts obtained a percentage of 80%, subject matter experts 85%, and language experts 88%, indicating that the e-module is highly valid and feasible for testing. Trials on 26 students in small groups obtained an average percentage of 88.9%, indicating that the e-module is very practical to use. Abstract

The Ngesti Rahayu Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a group of women farmers located in Ngesti Rahayu village, Punggur sub-district, Central Lampung Regency. KWT Ngesti Rahayu has human resource protection and agricultural products such as herbal medicine products made from natural herbal ingredients/organic medicinal plants, cassava cracker products, rengginang products and there are also products made from cassava. The problem faced by partners lies in their competence/skills in introducing products to the general public. There is no assistance in branding products produced at KWT. So it is necessary to make efforts to improve the results of the KWT product. To increase economic literacy, the service team is trying to provide training on KWT Ngesti Rahayu product branding as a digital marketing strategy. The method used in this activity is to deliver the material interactively and practically. To measure material achievement, an evaluation is carried out at the end of the activity. The instruments used were multiple choice questions and a Likert scale. The results of the activity showed participants' awareness of branding challenges through an economic literacy review of participants' knowledge and skills.

Abstract

Indonesia ensuring the first case of coronavirus infection causes Covid-19 in early March 2020. Almost all sectors are affected, not only health. The economic sector has also been seriously affected by the corona virus pandemic.
