Methods: This research employed a descriptive analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 1200 adolescents in SMA N 3 Lamongan, , totaling 369 respondents selected using cluster sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Spearman Rho correlation test via SPSS. Results: The findings revealed that the majority of adolescents had a middle level of spirituality (63.1%) and risky sexual behaviour were categorized as low (94,6%). There was a very strong and significant relationship was found between spirituality and risky sexual behaviour (p = 0.001; r = -0.887), indicating that higher levels of religiosity are associated with a lower tendency to engage in risky sexual behaviour.. Conclusion: These results suggest that spirituality serves as a strong protective factor against risky sexual behaviour among adolescents, Religion-based interventions may serve as strategic approaches in efforts to prevent risky sexual behaviour in adolescents.Introduction: Risky sexual behavior among adolescents is a significant public health concern due to its potential long-term consequences, such as unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and psychological disorders. the spirituality are believed to influence the likelihood of such behavior. Abstract

Background: Primary dysmenorrhea can interfere with daily activities and a symptomatic phenomenon includes abdominal pain, cramps and back pain that occurs during menstruation. One of the nonpharmacological treatments is abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise. Objectives: The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise on changes in primary dysmenorrhea pain in young womenDesign: The research design used is pre-experimental. The population in this study was young women with primary dysmenorrhea, with a large random sampling technique of 47 or samples that influenced the inclusion criteria. Independent variables of combination therapy Abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise, dependent variables primary dysmenorrhea. Data was collected using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) instrument. Results: The patient's pain level before treatment was 68.1% experienced moderate pain. The pain felt by the patient after treatment was 49.5%. Wilcoxon's statistical test showed a value of ρ value of 0.000< α 0.05 so that there was an influence of abdominal stretching and pelvic rocking exercise on primary dysmenorrhea in young womenConclusions: Based on the results of the study, the combination therapy of abdominal streaching and pelvic rocking exercise can be used as complementary therapy in primary dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Introduction: Anemia is a common hematological disorder in pregnancy which causes a decrease in hemoglobin levels, this has the risk of increasing morbidity and mortality. Exposure to cigarette smoke may be one of the factors that contributes to a decrease in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. This study aims to determine the correlation between exposure to cigarette smoke and the incidence of pregnancy anemiaMethod: This research uses correlational analytics with a cross sectional approach. The population was all pregnant women in the third trimester who were exposed to cigarette acid in their homes with a total sample of 35 people taken using purposive sampling. Data was collected through interviews regarding the frequency of exposure, then peripheral hemoglobin levels were measured and then tested using Spearman Rho analysis. Results: The results showed that pregnant women who had light exposure to cigarette smoke tended to have no anemia (87.5%), while the majority of pregnant women who had moderate exposure to cigarette smoke had mild anemia (60%), and mothers who had moderate exposure to cigarette smoke had mild anemia (60%). The majority of heavy smokers have moderate anemia (55.6%). The average hemoglobin level in light exposure to cigarette smoke tends to be higher than the hemoglobin level in moderate and heavy exposure with a risk factor probability of 19,5. These results are strengthened by the Spearman rho test with a value of p = 0.000 (P<0.05), r = 0.777, this finding proves that exposure to cigarette smoke has a strong correlation with the incidence of pregnancy. Conclusion: Exposure to cigarette smoke has been proven to be a risk factor for decreasing hemoglobin levels and causing anemia in pregnancy. Keywords: exposure to cigarette smoke; pregnancy anemia; Hemoglobin levels
