Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada skripsi ini yaitu penyebaran kuesioner secara online (Google form) dan offline kepada 51 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi pengelolaan stress kerja yang berfokus pada penyelesaian masalah mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit ibnu sina makassar. 2) Strategi Pengelolaan stress kerja yang berfokus pada perbaikan mental dan emosi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat rumah sakit ibnu sina makassar. 3) Pengaruh strategi pengelolaan stress kerja perawat rumah sakit ibnu sina makassar terhadap kinerja di era pandemi covid-19 berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is a picture of healthy and competent organizational management. Loyalty becomes an essential aspect in improving organizational performance and achieving goals. This study explains the influence of the work environment, which is divided into two points, namely the physical and non-physical work environment, on employee loyalty by making the compensation variable a moderating variable. The number of respondents in this study was 135 people. Data analysis used SmartPLS software by looking at moderated regression analysis (MRA) in answering the hypotheses that were built. The results of the study show that the physical and non-physical work environment has a significant influence on employee loyalty. At the same time, the compensation variable cannot moderate the relationship between the impacts of the physical work environment on loyalty. Still, on the contrary, compensation can negotiate the influence of the non-physical work environment on loyalty. Employee.

Abstract

The purpose of research is 1) to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV directors office, 2) to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV directors office, 3) to analyze the influence of work environment on employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regressions analysis. The research data was obtained from employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV office. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory. The results of this study indicate that: 1) regression results indicate that leadership variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance of directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that leadership has an important role in improving employee performance as well as execution of duties within a company. 2) regression result indicate that organizational culture variable have positive and significant effect to employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV directors office. This suggests that a good and targeted organizational culture will have a positive impact on companies especially on improving employee performance. 3) regression result indicate that work environment variable have positive and significant effect to employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV directors office. This shows that a healthy working environment, comfortable and support activities of worship will have a positive impact for employees in improving its performance for the company.

Abstract

 Abstrak— Keyboard merupakan salah satu piranti masukan komputer yang terdiri dari huruf, angka, dan fungsi kontrol lainnya. Beberapa tugas muncul dalam bentuk teks yang diinputkan ke dalam sistem komputer melalui keyboard. Dalam penggunaannya keyboard terdapat permasalahan yang sering terjadi misalnya tombol keyboard yang tidak berfungsi, selain itu juga keyboard dapat mengetik sendiri tanpa diperintah yang diakibatkan oleh tombol keyboard yang sudah tenggelam. Sehingga penggunaan keyboard menjadi kurang effisien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkannya sistem Keyboard Virtual  yang memiliki kecerdasan yang di rancang menggunakan Metode Single Shot Detector (SSD). Tujuan Virtual keyboard ini yaitu menggunakan library opencv berbasis Artificial intelligence, Menerapkan landmark pada jari telunjuk dan jari tengah sebagai keypoint klik  terhadap Virtual Keyboard dan melakukan pengujian hasil berdasarkan pengaruh jarak dan cahaya terhadap jari tangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu masing-masing tombol yang dibuat pada virtual keyboard telah berfungsi dengan baik dan memiliki titik koordinat pada masing-masing tombol virtual keyboard. Pengujian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan jarak antara 10 cm – 150 cm memiliki akurasi sebesar 86,66%. Sedangkan pengujian sistem berdasarkan intensitas cahaya yang terdiri dari 0,8 lux, 6.0 lux, 26,2 lux, 60 lux, 200 lux dan 627 lux memiliki akurasi sebesar 83,3%. Pengujian kata dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali dan menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 100%. Pengujian tangan kanan dan kiri memiliki akurasi sebesar 100%.Kata kunci— Virtual Keyboard, Artificial Intelligence, Single Shot Detector, landmark Abstract— computer itself certainly requires companion devices, one of which is a keyboard. The keyboard is a computer input device that has an arrangement of letters, numbers, and other control functions, the use of the keyboard is very important because some tasks appear in the form of text. But on the keyboard, some problems often occur, for example, keyboard keys that don't work, besides that the keyboard can type itself without being ordered which is caused by keyboard keys that have sunk. So that the use of the keyboard becomes less efficient. Based on these problems, we need an Artificial Intelligence-Based Virtual Keyboard System Using the Single Shot Detector (SSD) Method. The purpose of this virtual keyboard is Creating a virtual keyboard system using a webcam camera as an alternative to conventional keyboards, To develop interaction between humans and computers in operating the keyboard using a webcam camera and Obtain accuracy values based on word testing, testing using the right and left hands, testing based on the effect of distance and testing based on the influence finger light. The results obtained from this study are that each button made on the virtual keyboard functioned properly and has a coordinate point for each virtual keyboard button. The tests that have been carried out based on the distance between 10 cm – 150 cm have an accuracy of 86.66%. While system testing based on light intensity consisting of 00.8 lux, 06.0 lux, 26.2 lux, 60 lux, 200 lux, and 627 lux has an accuracy of 83.3%. The word test was carried out 10 times and resulted in an accuracy of 100%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belanja hedonis terhadap pembelian impulsif pada fitur TikTok Shop di Kota Makassar. Populasi yang digunakan ialah penduduk Kota Makassar yang pernah berbelanja di TikTok Shop. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google formulir yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana, uji parsial (t), serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi belanja hedonis secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, hal ini dibuktikan dari tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 5,445 > nilai t-tabel 1,984. Abstract

This research evaluates the value chain and benefit distribution within the goat meat industry in East Java, Indonesia, which is becoming a critical component of the country's livestock sector. A total of 120 goat farmers, three retailers, three wholesalers, twelve intermediaries, three slaughterhouses, three processors, and twelve consumers from three districts in East Java were selected as respondents. Snowball sampling and a purposive approach were employed to gather relevant data. The findings re-vealed two distinct value chains in the goat meat industry, with intermediaries playing a crucial role in both. The shortest value chain involved farmers, intermediaries, and consumers, while longer chains included additional actors such as slaughterhouses. The study found that farmers contributed signifi-cantly to the value chain, and as the chain lengthened, consumers demonstrated a willingness to pay higher prices. These findings indicate that strengthening and growing the goat meat supply chain is cru-cial for the industry's long-term development. Key recommendations include boosting goat production and improving the supply chain's effectiveness to satisfy domestic meat consumption while ensuring fair distribution of benefits among all participants.

Abstract

Melalui sosialisasi peraturan baru tentang pelaksanaan program penerimaan mahasiswa melalui jalur Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi dalam Kepdirjen Diktiristek No. 91/E/KPT/2024 Menyampaikan beberapa aturan terbaru yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau secara serentak pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2024. Sosialisasi ini diikuti kurang lebih 980 orang pendaftar yang tersebar seluruh Indonesia, yang dilaksanakan secara daring melalui virtual zoom dan juga live Youtube. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk penyamaan persepsi antar perguruan tinggi dalam melaksanakan program RPL. Hasil dari pertemuan ini mengarahkan seluruh perguruan tinggi untuk bisa memahami dan melaksanakan petunjuk teknis pelakasaan RPL yang tertuang dalam Kepdirjen Diktiristek No. 91/E/KPT/2024.

Abstract

Permasalahan sosial dan lingkungan merupakan permasalahan besar yang berdampak buruk terhadap aktivitas kehidupan sosial dalam suatu masyarakat. Salahsatunya yaitu sampah yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas masyarakat di berbagai lingkungan menjadi perhatian yang krusial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas program MTR berdasarkan aspek operasional dan partisipasi masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan dilakukan di Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan sistem non-probability sampling. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan sampah perkotaan melalui Program MTR di Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar belum efektif secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek operasional dari pewadahan kurang efektif, pengumpulan kurang efektif, dan pemindahan atau pengangkutan kurang efektif serta aspek peran serta masyarakat kurang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership moderation in explaining the effect of talent management & culture organization on the productivity of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Makassar Branch. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Makassar Branch with a total sample of 53 people. The technique used in data collection is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire which will then be processed in the SPSS application. The results showed that talent management has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity, culture organization has a very significant effect on employee productivity, and Talent Management and Culture Organization together have a positive and significant effect on the variable productivity of PT employees. Sucofindo Makassar Branch. The results of the study also showed that leadership was unable to strengthen the effect of talent management on employee productivity, and leadership was unable to strengthen the effect of culture organization on the productivity of PT employees. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of educational disparity and work motivation on employee performance at the Social Service Office of Makassar City. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of all 90 employees of the Social Service Office of Makassar City, who were entirely selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that educational disparity does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance. In contrast, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, educational disparity and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that a substantial proportion of employee performance variation can be explained by the two independent variables, with work motivation identified as the most dominant factor. These findings suggest that improving employee performance in social service institutions can be more effectively achieved by strengthening work motivation, accompanied by continuous management of educational disparities through training and capacity development programs.
