Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style of the room head nurse, motivation,discipline on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan, analyzing variables the dominant influence on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. This research is explanatory research, a research that aims to get an explanation through hypothesis testing. The population in this research are all nurses who carry out their duties and functions as a nurse in the infirmary General Hospital Hospital Brigadier General H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. The research sample of 109 respondents by sampling using saturated / census and statistical analysis tools using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Results showed that the leadership style of the room head not significant effect on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan motivation not significant effect on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan, disciplined significant effect on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan, the discipline has a dominant influence on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction (Case Study of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk Banjarmasin Samudera Branch. The type used in this research is explanatory research because this research explains the causal relationship between research variables through the hypothesis test that has been formulated previously. The analytical method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Program. The results of this study prove that Service Quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Bank Prince Samudera Banjarmasin Branch, while Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.The results of this study prove that Service Quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Bank Prince Samudera Banjarmasin Branch, while Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 2) to analyze the significant effect of job characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 3) to analyze the significant effect of organizational characteristics on employees’ performance partially, 4) to analyze the significant effect of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on employees’ performance simultaneously.The types of research was causal research. The populations were employees at Polytechnic of Kotabaru with 39 peoples as samples in this research and sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis.The results of research showed that 1) individual characteristics have insignificant effect on employees’ performance partially, with the effect was -21,9%, 2) job characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance partially, with the effect was 38,8%, 3) organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance partially, with the effect was 43,3%, 4) individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics have significant effect on employees’ performance simultaneously, with the simultaneous effect was 35,3%. Keywords:             Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Organizational Characteristics, Employees’ Performance

Abstract

This study explores the evolution of scholarly discourse on employee development in the context of artificial intelligence (AI), digital talent agility, and technostress. Employing a bibliometric methodology, the research analyzes 1,424 peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2025, sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar. The data were processed using the PRISMA protocol and visualized through VOSviewer to produce network, overlay, density, and co-authorship maps. The keyword strategy“employee development” AND “digital talent agility” AND “technostress” ensured a thematic intersection of human resource development, psychological resilience, and digital capability.The findings reveal six thematic clusters, showing that while employee development research traditionally emphasized performance and structured training, there has been a progressive shift toward digital agility, emotional sustainability, and stress management. Overlay and density visualizations demonstrate the increasing prominence of keywords such as “technostress,” “psychological well-being,” and “learning agility” after 2020. However, network and co-authorship analyses reveal a fragmented intellectual structure, indicating that the integration of psychological and technological approaches remains underdeveloped. This fragmentation highlights a critical research gap and validates the study’s novelty.The research contributes a novel conceptual synthesis by combining Dynamic Capabilities Theory and the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping, offering a comprehensive framework for understanding how organizations and individuals can adapt in AI-driven environments. The findings provide actionable insights for researchers, HR professionals, and policymakers to design employee development strategies that promote both technical competence and psychological resilience in the digital era.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) strategies and practices have changed due to digital transformation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of digitalization on various aspects of HRM, such as training, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development strategies. This research, which conducted a systematic literature review of various nationally indexed journal articles, found that the incorporation of technologies such as AI, ERP and e-HRM systems increases efficiency and flexibility in human resource management. However, these changes also present important challenges, such as limitations in digital competencies, organizational resistance and the need for digital leadership. To address these issues, a reskilling approach based on digital fluency, innovative culture enhancement and legal support (e-HRM) is required.  This review is expected to help organizations understand the concepts needed to create HRM strategies that are in line with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah XI Kalimantan banjarmasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah responden 50 pegawai. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kepemimpinan (X2) juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedisiplinan kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (F hitung = 27,180 dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 53,6% variasi kinerja pegawai, sisanya 46,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja dan kepemimpinan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at Borneo Indoor Futsal Banjarmasin. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used is all employees from this research site. The sample used was 30 people. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to all respondents. This research was analyzed using the IBM version of the SPSS 25 software test tool. The analysis tests carried out were instrument tests, classist assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests and termination coefficient tests. From the research results it was found that the data used were valid and reliable. For the partial influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance positive and significant effect. Likewise, the F test results show that the two independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable together.
