Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis how business model canvas can be applied to photography business, and to know its financial feasibility, especially from the point of view Net Present Value (NPV) and Payback Period.” TAP Studio” is the name of anew photography business, that is a house production, producing video and photography., with total investment amounting to Rp. 150.000.000. The research was conducted in June 2017 - December2017 using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and secondary research. It can be concluded that Canvas Business Model can be applied to a photography industry, and its financial feasibility, especially in term of Net Present Value is feasible, because its NPV is positive IDR 491.199.909. Furthermore, the Payback Period is 2 years and 8 months.

Abstract

Research regarding employee performance has been made multiple times, however research regarding locus of control that affected employee performance has only been done a few times. The primary data for this research were acquired from the employee of PT X, located in Tomang, West Jakarta. Samples were collected and calculated using a simple random sampling, and the statistical method used to test each hypothesis is multilevel linear regression.The outcome of this research has shown that all tested hypothesis are acceptable. Internal locus of control have positive impact towards the employee performace, external locus of control alsohave positive impact towards the employee performace, and locus of control has simultaneously impacted the employee performance.

Abstract

This article aims to (1) design an appropriate financial planning model for a restaurant, (2) give an example of a financial planning model that may be can be applied to the same kind of business, (3) give a guidance to the owner and employee in daily financial operational activity. This article is based on (1) the analysis of theory and its application in a real business, especially at  Blue Oceanrestaurant, as a new business, (2) survey on the surrounded area, and (3) interview with  the business’ owners in the surrounding area .We have analyzed all the data and information, and then try to describe it in a financial planning model, consisting of needs and uses of investment funds (Start-up cost), start-up balance sheet, pro forma income statement, cash budget, pro forma endingbalance sheet.It can be concluded that a financial planning model  will give a clear guidance to the owner and the employeehow to manage daily operation and financial control, and it is clear what financial goals and objectives have to be achieved by the owner (in the next five years).

Abstract

Currently the Company Yamaha Motor vehicles are th manufacturer to create a special automatic motor cycle for woman. Yamaha Mio is a market leader for authomatic motor cycle product. Strategy used by Yamaha is market segmentation strategy, target market, and placement positions. This strategy is one weapom powerful enought to penetrate the field of competition.The research was conducted thought questionnaires to one hundred respondents. After the data obtained and processed by using Chi Square (kai square).
