Abstract

Efficient and effective employee data management is key to assessing individual performance within a company. This study identifies that the manual methods currently used by PT XYZ are time-consuming and inefficient, potentially leading to damage, loss, or lack of information. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based personnel information system using an iterative method and data collection through interviews. The system is built using the React JS framework and MySQL for data storage. Available features include the management of attendance data, leave, transfers, promotions, assignments, rewards, and penalties. The final results of the study show that this system functions well and can enhance the company's performance through more efficient data processing.

Abstract

The employee information system is a collection of interconnected subsystems related to employee data within a company, aimed at providing information on planning, organizing, operations, and decision-making. With technological advancements, this system is designed to manage the collection, processing, storage, and reporting of employee data and can be implemented in various organizations. This research designs a web-based employee information system for PT ABC, a logistics company with 25 employees that currently manages its workforce manually. The system handles recruitment, attendance, leave, and resignation processes, improving data integrity and facilitating management. With differentiated access rights for administrators, directors, and employees, as well as specific features for prospective employees, the system is expected to enhance the company’s operational efficiency.

Abstract

PT Mulia Jaya Folding Gate Merupakan perusahaan pabrikasi pintu berbahan besi. Adapun produk yang ditawarkan ialah Pintu Besi Harmonika, Pintu Panel Besi, Pintu Tahan Api dan Pintu Garasi Model Lipat & Dorong. Di perusahaan memiliki sebuah misi yaitu Mengutamakan kualitas setiap pekerjaan yang diterima oleh semua kalangan konsumen dan juga menjadi sebuah perusahaan yang terdepan dengan terus berkarya pada setiap pembangunan di Palembang hingga seluruh Indonesia. Sehingga perusahaan berusaha meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan cara memberikan motivasi bagi setiap karyawan agar dapat menjalankan tugas maupun tanggung jawab dengan baik. Proses pengembangan ini menggunakan Rational Unified Proccess (RUP).. Pada tahap analisis awal menggunakan PIECES dan Usecase Diagram. Pada tahap perancangan menggunakan Activity Diagram, ERD dan Class Diagram. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Visual Studio Code dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik setiap periode, Manager memilih karyawan terbaik berdasarkan omset penjualan terbanyak saja tanpa memperhatikan hal-hal lain seperti absensi, project dan lain-lain sehingga pemilihan tersebut terbilang tidak efektif. Oleh Karena itu penulis membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Kenaikkan Gaji Pada PT MULIA JAYA FOLDING GATE dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting Berbasis Website.

Abstract

Penilaian karyawan terbaik merupakan salah satu cara perusahaan dalam memberikan apresiasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dengan adanya penilaian menjadi salah satu motivasi dan semangat bagi karyawan dalam bekerja. Untuk dapat memberikan penilaian karyawan terbaik, diperlukan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat memberikan hasil penilaian yang objektif dan transparan. Proses dalam pengembangan sistem akan menggunakan Iterasi. Sedangkan pada tahap analisis menggunakan PIECES dan Usecase Diagram. Tahap perancangan menggunakan ERD dan DFD dan dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan Visual Studio Code dan MySQL. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory. Penelitian didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yang telah diimplementasikan pada perusahaan. Terdapat 3 kriteria yang meliputi kehadiran (bobot 1), kerapian (bobot 2), ketepatan waktu (bobot 3). Hasil dari perhitungan maka akan diperoleh nama karyawan dengan nilai tertinggi dari beberapa pilihan yang tersedia.

Abstract

The use of technology in data management has become the key to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company performance. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk has implemented a computerized employee attendance system through the Employee Self Service (ESS) application. However, so far there has been no evaluation regarding the level of user satisfaction with the application. This study aims to measure ESS user satisfaction to provide input in future application development. The method used is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which includes five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the t-test showed that the Format variable had the most significant influence (t = 4.281), while the other variable showed an insignificant influence individually. However, through the F test, an F value was obtained of 3.791 with a significance of 0.003, which shows that simultaneously all EUCS variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction. These results are expected to be the basis for companies to improve the performance of ESS applications and support the overall work efficiency of employees.
