Mekanisme perkuliahan di Akademi Angkatan Udara (AAU) memiliki perbedaandengan mekanisme penyelenggaraan perkuliahan di universitas pada umumnya termasukjuga pada perguruan tinggi kedinasan lainnya (non militer). Di AAU mereka dilatih, dididik, dandibina secara kemiliteran, sehingga secara psikologis memerlukan daya tahan terhadap stresyang tinggi. Untuk menghadapi hambatan dalam pendidikan, para taruna AAU memerlukankemampuan psikologi tertentu agar dapat bertahan dan menyesuaikan diri di bidang akademismaupun kemiliterannya. Kemampuan tersebut disebut adversity quotient dan resilience. Metodepengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Adversity Quotient (26 aitem, α=0,904)dan Skala Resilience (38 aitem, α=0,960). Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert serta analisisstatistiknya menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis data dengan metode analisis regresi liniersederhana mendapatkan rxy = 0,853 dengan ρ = 0,000 (ρ <0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,terdapat hubungan positif dan peran yang signifikan antara adversity quotient terhadap resiliencetaruna Akademi Angkatan Udara. Arah hubungan positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggiadversity quotient maka tingkat resilience taruna Akademi Angkatan Udara akan semakin tinggi.Adversity quotient berperan sebesar 72,7% terhadap tingkat resilience taruna Akademi AngkatanUdara. Namun demikian, terdapat faktor lain sebesar 27,3% yang menentukan resilience selaindari adversity quotient.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem pengukuran berat ban berbasis web. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi yang mudah dan efisien untuk mengukur berat ban dalam berbagai aplikasi industri. Sistem yang diusulkan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web untuk memungkinkan pengguna mengakses dan mengoperasikan sistem dari jarak jauh, perangkat pengukuran dilengkapi dengan sel beban dan sensor untuk mengukur berat ban secara akurat. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dikirim ke antarmuka berbasis web melalui koneksi nirkabel. Antarmuka memungkinkan pengguna untuk memulai dan mengontrol proses pengukuran, melihat data berat waktu nyata Proses pengembangan melibatkan perancangan dan implementasi komponen perangkat keras, mengembangkan antarmuka berbasis web menggunakan teknologi web modern seperti HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript, dan menyiapkan database backend yang aman untuk menyimpan dan mengelola data pengukuran. Selain itu, pengujian ekstensif dan prosedur kalibrasi dilakukan untuk memastikan keakuratan dan keandalan sistem. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini menyajikan desain dan pengembangan sistem pengukuran berat ban berbasis web, yang menawarkan solusi yang nyaman, akurat, dan efisien untuk mengukur berat ban dalam aplikasi industri. Implementasi dan pengujian sistem menunjukkan potensinya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan proses pengambilan keputusan dalam industri ban, membuka jalan bagi kemajuan teknologi pengukuran berat ban di masa depan.

This research takes a different perspective by only using trade credit from third-party transactions. This research uses primary consumer sector corporates listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a purposive sampling method, obtaining a total of 235 data points. The results of this study indicate that capital structure and efficiency positively affect net trade credit. Conversely, firm age has a negative affect net trade credit When interacted with firm size, the firm age significantly has a positive effect on net trade credit. Meanwhile, efficiency consistently has a positive effect on net trade credit. The interaction effect of firm size on these factors tends to weaken. This study provides implications for the importance of using trade credit from third parties as creditworthiness, as well as further evidence regarding formal financing in the redistribution theory in Indonesian corporations.

The implementation of the Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) algorithm on smart barcodes aims to enhance efficiency and accuracy in recognizing and tracking product data. In this context, barcodes serve as visual representations containing crucial product information. The LVQ algorithm is employed to optimize the classification and matching processes of barcode data with precise references. Through repeated training, this algorithm adapts learning vectors to better recognize barcode variations. In this study, researchers analyze the impact of LVQ algorithm implementation on smart barcode systems concerning identification accuracy, computational efficiency, and adaptability to changes. Experimental results demonstrate the significant benefits of applying barcodes to inventory systems in overall stock management and business efficiency. By utilizing barcode technology, the processes of tracking and recording product data become faster, more accurate, and automated. Barcode usage minimizes human errors, optimizes time, and reduces operational costs. By combining the intelligence of the LVQ algorithm with the potential of barcodes, this research illustrates a crucial advancement in the technology integration domain for the development of more sophisticated and effective systems

Adapun produk yang ditawarkan ialah Pintu Besi Harmonika, Pintu Panel Besi, Pintu Tahan Api dan Pintu Garasi Model Lipat & Dorong. Di perusahaan memiliki sebuah misi yaitu Mengutamakan kualitas setiap pekerjaan yang diterima oleh semua kalangan konsumen dan juga menjadi sebuah perusahaan yang terdepan dengan terus berkarya pada setiap pembangunan di Palembang hingga seluruh Indonesia. Sehingga perusahaan berusaha meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan cara memberikan motivasi bagi setiap karyawan agar dapat menjalankan tugas maupun tanggung jawab dengan baik. Proses pengembangan ini menggunakan Rational Unified Proccess (RUP).. Pada tahap analisis awal menggunakan PIECES dan Usecase Diagram. Pada tahap perancangan menggunakan Activity Diagram, ERD dan Class Diagram. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Visual Studio Code dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik setiap periode, Manager memilih karyawan terbaik berdasarkan omset penjualan terbanyak saja tanpa memperhatikan hal-hal lain seperti absensi, project dan lain-lain sehingga pemilihan tersebut terbilang tidak efektif. Oleh Karena itu penulis membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Kenaikkan Gaji Pada PT MULIA JAYA FOLDING GATE dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting Berbasis Website.

Digital platforms are currently posing a threat to conventional media's ability to remain sustainable. According to remarks made by President of the Republic of Indonesia Ir. H. Joko Widodo on February 11, 2023, during his working visit to Medan City in celebration of National Press Day, digital platforms account for 60% of media advertising spending in Indonesia. Regulations are therefore required to safeguard Indonesia's conventional media sector. The Press Council has taken the lead in proposing a Draft Presidential Regulation on the publisher's rights, or the responsibilities of digital platform companies in supporting quality journalism. the current draft law regarding publisher rights law in Indonesia and comparing it to the Canadian and Australian experience in the introduction of similar regulation.

This aim of this study is to determine the effect of using propolis extract as edible coating for beefon chemical characteristics consisting of moisture content, malondialdehyde value and antioxidantactivity at room temperature storage. This research used randomized design with 4 treatments and 3replications. The treatment applied in this study was immersing the meat in propolis extract with differentconcentrations, that are 0.5%, 1.0%, and 1.5% propolis coating. Coating meat with the addition ofpropolis extract was able to have a significant effect at a concentration of 0.5% on water content and theantioxidant activity of coating meat (P <0.05). The addition of propolis extract at various concentrationscan maintain the quality of beef by reducing rancidity during storage. The increasing concentration ofpropolis extract caused the decreasing of MDA value.

Teachers are professional educators who have an important role in teaching, guiding, directing, training and assessing. In line with the development of the meaning of learning from teacher-oriented learning to student-oriented learning, the role of a teacher in the learning process has also shifted, one of the teacher's roles is as a motivator. Thus, the role of the teacher apart from being an educator and teacher also plays a role as a motivator for his students. Because in this way, students will not experience a saturation point and in the end students' interest and motivation in learning will continue to increase. Motivation can be said to be the overall driving force within students which creates, ensures continuity and provides direction to learning activities, so that it is hoped that goals can be achieved. This research will examine the efforts made by teachers in the field of Islamic religion to increase student learning motivation. This research is field research using descriptive analytical research methods, namely by describing and interpreting objects. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews with teachers, and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the author concludes that the way to increase student learning motivation at MTs Al-Hikmah Sidang is to give advice, provide opportunities to show themselves, create an atmosphere of healthy competition.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in driving development and growth and the economy, both in developing and developed countries (Chrismardani, 2014). MSMEs are the right choice for the community to improve economic conditions. The main objective is to collect comprehensive data related to MSMEs in the area in an effort to improve the economy and sustainability of MSMEs in Sungai Pinang Village, as well as to seek to select MSMEs that have significant potential to increase their selling power. In order to be able to identify, understand, and develop MSMEs that have better growth opportunities in the context of Sungai Pinang Village. Ujang/Syahrul's duck egg farm in Sungai Pinang, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, is the only duck farm in the area. A group of 24 KKN students from Abdurrab University chose this business as an MSME program because of its remote location and the lack of public knowledge about it, while the community's interest in duck eggs and meat is high. Their initial steps were to conduct a location survey, ask permission from the business owner, and adopt online marketing methods and placing banners as a promotional strategy. The positive impact was a significant increase in sales of duck eggs and meat, even extending beyond Sungai Pinang.
