Abstract

Temanggung adalah kabupaten yang sebagian penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani sehingga sebagian besar masyarakatnya mengandalkan sektor pertanian. Pada umumnya penopang kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat khususnya di negara Indonesia sebagian besar berada di sektor pertanian. Pengelolaan potensi hasil komoditas sumber daya alam di Desa Pagergunung belum sepenuhnya terealisasikan dengan baik. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya serta sarana dan prasarana yang ada untuk mendorong potensi yang ada di desa tersebut terutama para petani. Kegiatan pemasaran hasil tani juga mengalami penurunan penjualan dikarenakan kasus Covid-19 yang meningkat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian Desa Pagergunung, dan mewujudkan implementasi teknologi agribisnis Desa Pagergunung melalui marketplace SIADIT yang berbasis website dan mobile application.

Abstract

Yayasan Pondok Do'a Ahlul Qur'an atau lebih sering disebut dengan Pondok Doaqu bergerak di bidang sosial keagamaan, khuusnya agama Islam. Pondok Doaqu memiliki visi “Menjadi Mukmin Terbaik Versi Allah SWT dengan Belajar dan Mengajarkan Al Qur’an”. Dari visi tersebut, Pondok Doaqu mendirikan Tahfizta (Tahfiz untuk Balita dan Anak). Tahfizta sudah memiliki 3 cabang di Semarang yaitu Tahfizta Greenwood, Ulul Albab, dan Kalipancur.c Tahfizta memiliki 45 santri yang tersebar di 3 cabang. Santri tersebut dibimbing oleh 7 Guru/ Ustadzah pengajar. Dalam 1 tahun pembelajaran di Tahfizta, terdapat 4x penerimaan rapot yaitu UTS UAS semester 1 dan UTS UAS semester 2. Penilaian tiap rapot meliputi Tahfiz (hafalan), pembelajaran Madrasah, materi keislaman, laporan perkembangan fisik, dan presensi. Para Ustadzah merasa kesulitan mengingat banyaknya indikator yang perlu diisi dan banyaknya murid yang dibina. Terkadang Ustadzah harus meneliti file satu per satu agar nilai rapot yang diinputkan tidak terlewat dan tidak ada kekeliruan. Terlebih proses pengisian rapot dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Word. Dilihat dari situasi dan permasalahan mitra, penulis melakukan pendampingan E-Rapot Tahfizta Versi 1 Tahun Ajaran 2021/ 2022.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia is a superior sector compared to other sectors. The red onion commodity in Indonesia has the highest household consumption rate. Nowadays, technological developments are widely used to support existing agriculture to get maximum results. One of the technologies that can be used in agriculture is blockchain. The application of blockchain has gained importance in information systems and information technology research in the agricultural sector. However, in Indonesia, precisely in Central Java, there is no red onion supply chain management that uses blockchain technology for data storage, data security and data transparency. The author has a goal to re-engineer to overcome these problems by implementing blockchain technology using the Hyperledger Fabric and modeling business processes with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). This research uses the Business Process Re-Engineering Life Cycle method in which this research produces red onion supply chain management with a new business process that is described by Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and produces blockchain applications with various features and testing has been carried out using the Black box testing method with the result that existing features can run well without problems and the web application is running according to user needs to support supply chain management deficiencies so that they become more optimal and transparent in data storage.

Abstract

Semarang merupakan salah satu kota penghasil sampah terbesar di Indonesia. Sekitar 1.270 ton sampah per hari dan sekitar 900 ton di antaranya dikirim ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) setiap harinya dan hanya sebagian kecil dari sampah yang di daur ulang. Rumah Sampah Resik Becik merupakan bank sampah yang menampung sampah dari nasabah berupa kertas karton, plastik, logam, kaca, hingga cangkang telur. Rumah Sampah Resik Becik merupakan singkatan dari ’Gerakan Bersih Kreatif Bersama Ciptakan Kemakmuran’ dan rumah sampah didirikan karena jumlah sampah di kota Semarang semakin mengkhawatirkan yang setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan hingga 10%. Proses bisnis di rumah sampah resik becik masih dilakukan secara manual dan para pengurus masih kesulitan dalam mendata nasabah, sampah, dan saldo secara langsung. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya digitalisasi manajemen sistem pada Rumah Sampah Resik Becik melalui sistem SIKECIK yang berbasis website dan mobile application.

Abstract

Experiences in toxic relationships often trigger significant emotional stress and impact mental health disorders. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system using the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method to evaluate anxiety levels caused by toxic relationships. The system is designed to provide more specific treatment by accurately analysing patterns of disorders resulting from toxic relationships. The system's development follows the waterfall model. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, demonstrating that the system performs as expected. The results of manual calculations were compared with the system outputs and showed consistency. Testing using 300 cases—80% as training data (240 cases) and 20% as testing data (60 cases)—achieved an accuracy of 91.67%. The recommendations provided include initial steps to manage anxiety. This indicates that the CBR method effectively distinguishes anxiety levels based on similar cases. These findings contribute to clinical psychology by providing a technological tool for quickly identifying anxiety levels. For practitioners, this system can serve as an initial reference before further treatment, while for users, it offers easy access to understanding their mental condition. This system is expected to be an innovative solution supporting accessible mental health care.

Abstract

Effective disaster logistics management requires rapid, data-driven decision support that bridges optimization theory and operational practice. Existing systems either rely on theoretical models without implementable software, on proprietary datasets that restrict independent reconstruction, or lack validated prototypes in the Indonesian disaster context — three gaps that persist across the disaster IS literature. This study presents a three-tier web-based disaster logistics management IS integrating GIS and MILP optimization, built exclusively on public data sources (BNPB DIBI and OpenStreetMap). Using Design Science Research (DSR) across five phases, the system employs an open-source stack: Laravel 11.x presentation layer, PostgreSQL 16/PostGIS data layer, and Python FastAPI as a dedicated MILP microservice. The MILP model, a two-phase lexicographic MILP formulation with trips-aware vehicle capacity constraints is solved using the PuLP 3.3.0 + CBC solver. Three integrated modules were developed: shelter management, warehouse inventory, and logistics coordination with GIS visualization. Functional testing achieved 100% pass rate across 85 automated test cases covering all system modules, with 246ms mean response time under 50 concurrent users. The MILP solver resolved a 20-shelter problem in 0.094 seconds (99.9% below the 120-second operational planning threshold); scalability testing confirms tractability from 10 to 50 shelters (0.011–0.111 seconds), with Priority-1 shelters consistently served under both sufficient and scarce fleet conditions. Sensitivity analysis confirms lexicographic priority objectives activate correctly under resource scarcity. Comparative evaluation against heuristic and metaheuristic approaches confirms exact MILP is appropriate for the strategic planning scope of this proof-of-concept (n ≤ 50 shelters). Expert validation via ISO 25010 yielded a weighted score of 4.21/5. Usability testing with 25 participants produced a SUS score of 74.8 (Grade B, above-average per established SUS benchmarks) with 88% task completion rate. The primary contributions are a MILP-IS microservices integration pattern with explicit API specification, a comprehensively documented public-data-only implementation framework, and a proof-of-concept that closes the implementation gap between disaster logistics optimization research and operational IS deployment.
