Abstract

ABSTRACTA study of the analgesic effect of breadfruit leaf infusion (ArtocarpusaltilisForst) on male white mice (Musmusculus L) was induced by 1% acetic acid. This study aims to look at the effect of the analgesic effect of breadfruit leaf infusion (ArtocarpusaltilisForst) on male white mice (Musmusculus L) by using the Writhing Test method. Experimental animals were divided into 5 groups. The negative control group was only given aquadest, the positive group was given acetylsalicylic acid at a dose of 1.3 mg / 20 gBB suspended with 1% Na CMC, the treatment group was given breadfruit leaf infusion preparation (ArtocarpusaltilisForst) with a concentration of 5%, 10% and 20 %. The experimental animals were given an oral preparation of 1% BB, 30 minutes after which each group was induced with 1% acetic acid as much as 0.1 ml. The data obtained is processed using two-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that breadfruit leaf infusion (ArtocarpusaltilisForst) had an analgesic effect similar to acetylsalicylic acid (positive control) at 10% and 20% concentrations, significantly different from negative controland 5% infusion concentration (p <0.05).

Abstract

Donor darah adalah proses pengambilan darah dari seseorang secara sukarela untuk disimpan di bank darah yang kemudian digunakan untuk keperluan transfusi darah. Sebelum pelaksanaan pengambilan darah (aftap), calon donor terlebih dahulu diseleksi untuk mengetahui apakah memenuhi syarat/ kriteria yang ditentukan. Hemoglobin (Hb) dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain pola hidup tidak sehat, usia, jenis kelamin, makanan dan minuman. Kadar Hb setiap orang berbeda-beda, hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya minuman yang populer saat ini adalah kopi karena didalam kopi tersebut mengandung senyawa yang bernama kafein. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar hemoglobin calon pendonor laki-laki yang mengkomsumsi kopi. Penelitian ini bertempat di PMI Kota Padangsidimpuan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat observasional deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu frekuensi perilaku pendonor mengkonsumsi kopi mayoritas 4 kali dalam 1 minggu sebanyak 40 % dan minoritas 6 kali dalam seminggu sebanyak 26,7 % dan untuk frekuensi kadar HB pendonor mayoritas normal sebanyak 84,4% dan minoritas tidak normal 15,6%.

Abstract

Literary works have aesthetic value that is reflected through the use of distinctive and imaginative language. One of its forms can be seen in a poem by Aan Mansyur published in hurufkecil.substack.com. These poems show the power of language that not only conveys meaning, but also builds an atmosphere and aesthetic experience for the reader. This study aims to describe the types of imagery and typography forms used in the collection of poems. This study uses a stylistic approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through documentation, reading, and recording techniques, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with stages of data identification, classification, analysis, and interpretation. The results showed that there were 22 imaging data consisting of vision (9 data), hearing (4 data), touch (2 data), motion (5 data), and smell (2 data). Visual imagery is the most dominant image used by Aan Mansyur to build a visual image of the world and life. In addition, 3 forms of typography were found, namely the use of a lot of spacing between lines, random sentence arrangement, and numbering between stanzas. The typography serves to strengthen the aesthetic value of poetry and is a characteristic of Aan Mansyur's poetry. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the use of imagery and typography in Aan Mansyur's poetry collection not only enriches the aesthetic value of poetry, but also shows a distinctive poetic style. The results of this research are expected to be a reference in the study of modern literature and learning of literary appreciation at various levels of education.   Karya sastra memiliki nilai estetika yang tercermin melalui penggunaan bahasa yang khas dan imajinatif. Salah satu bentuknya tampak dalam puisi karya Aan Mansyur yang dipublikasikan di hurufkecil.substack.com. Puisi-puisi tersebut memperlihatkan kekuatan bahasa yang tidak hanya menyampaikan makna, tetapi juga membangun suasana dan pengalaman estetik bagi pembaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis citraan dan bentuk tipografi yang digunakan dalam kumpulan puisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan stilistika dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi, baca, dan catat, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan identifikasi data, klasifikasi, analisis, dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 22 data citraan yang terdiri atas citraan penglihatan (9 data), pendengaran (4 data), perabaan (2 data), gerak (5 data), dan penciuman (2 data). Citraan penglihatan menjadi citraan yang paling dominan digunakan oleh Aan Mansyur untuk membangun gambaran visual tentang dunia dan kehidupan. Selain itu, ditemukan 3 bentuk tipografi, yaitu penggunaan banyak jarak antar baris, penataan kalimat secara acak, dan penomoran antar bait. Tipografi tersebut berfungsi untuk memperkuat nilai estetika puisi serta menjadi ciri khas kepenyairan Aan Mansyur. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan citraan dan tipografi dalam kumpulan puisi Aan Mansyur tidak hanya memperkaya nilai estetik puisi, tetapi juga memperlihatkan gaya kepenyairan yang khas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam kajian sastra modern dan pembelajaran apresiasi sastra di berbagai jenjang pendidikan.

Abstract

This journal discusses the impact of Indonesia's cancellation as the host of the FIFA U20 World Cup in 2023 on the Indonesian economy. The analysis reveals that the cancellation has had negative effects on various economic sectors, including investment, tourism, and infrastructure. Investments have decreased, economic growth has been hindered, and job opportunities have been reduced. Additionally, infrastructure projects have been left unfinished, resulting in wastage of resources. In conclusion, effective economic recovery measures are needed, such as diversifying the economy and developing alternative tourism options.

Abstract

Pengembangan Program Literasi Inovatif telah dilaksanakan di Desa Salamnunggal, Kecamatan Leles, Kabupaten Garut, sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat mahasiswa KKN Universitas Islam Nusantara. Program ini digagas sebagai respon terhadap rendahnya minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak-anak sekolah dasar di desa tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan minat baca, kemampuan literasi, dan keterampilan sosial anak-anak melalui pendekatan kreatif dan partisipatif. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi observasi awal, pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi (membaca bersama, pemanfaatan media audio-visual, dan pembelajaran berbasis permainan), serta evaluasi program. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak SDN 1 dan 2 Salamnunggal. Hasil program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, dan kemampuan membaca maupun bercerita dari peserta. Kegiatan ini juga berhasil menumbuhkan semangat kerjasama, keberanian, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan inovatif dalam literasi terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat baca anak-anak. Penambahan koleksi buku dan pelibatan rutin orang tua dan guru diperlukan untuk keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

This research aims to design a website-based information system to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Shella Beauty Salon. The development process uses the prototype method, including communication, quick planning, modeling, building the prototype, and evaluation. Testing was conducted using black box testing to ensure system functionality. The system was built using HTML, PHP, and MySQL database with features such as service management, online ordering, automatic reporting, and home service booking. The results show that the system helps streamline services, reduce recording errors, and assist both customers and administrators in managing transactions efficiently. The system is expected to strengthen Shella Beauty Salon’s competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the practicality of the Pancasila Education module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) developed for learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study uses a research and development method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The development model used adapts the ADDIE stages, which include analysis, design, development, limited implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects involved fourth-grade teachers and fourth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, teacher and student response questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the PBL-based Pancasila Education module was easy for teachers to use, helped facilitate problem-based learning, and received positive responses from students. Thus, the developed module has a good level of practicality and is suitable for use as teaching material to support Pancasila Education learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Project Based Learning model and to improve the teamwork skills of fourth-grade students in Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial learning. This research employed Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were fourth-grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 209/IV Kota Jambi. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and teamwork questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model in Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial learning improved students’ teamwork skills, as indicated by the increasing percentage of achievement in each cycle. Students also became more active, collaborative, and responsible in completing group tasks. Therefore, the Project Based Learning model is effective in enhancing the teamwork skills of fourth-grade students.

Abstract

Digital learning media play an important role in supporting meaningful learning in elementary education, particularly in integrated Natural and Social Science (IPAS) subjects. Interactive e-books enable learning materials to be presented in more engaging, visual, and contextual ways, helping students understand abstract concepts through real-life experiences. Digital media are especially suitable for IPAS materials requiring visualization and interactive exploration, such as ecosystems, biodiversity, environmental processes, and local cultural practices. This study aimed to develop a Canva-based interactive e-book integrated with Jambi local wisdom for Grade 5 elementary students and examine its feasibility and practicality. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4-D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research involved 25 Grade 5 students. Data were collected through expert validation sheets involving subject matter, language, and media experts, as well as teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed very high feasibility levels, with scores of 98% from subject matter experts, 94.7% from language experts, and 89% from media experts. Teacher and student responses also indicated very good practicality, with scores of 95.9% and 94.4%, respectively. These findings indicate that the developed e-book is feasible and practical to support contextual and literacy-oriented IPAS learning in elementary schools.
