Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Tri Putra Mandiri. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely work discipline and compensation for employee performance. This research uses census method with 35 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and simple. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In testing classic assumptions, the regression model is problem-free multicollinearity, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is expected to bring benefits to companies, and for academia and for future researchers to be developed by looking at other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of iodized salt "Kapal Terbang" in Jonggol Market, Bogor Regency ". This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was 150 UD consumers. Sinar Laut, with the iodized salt brand "Kapal Terbang", is located in Jonggol Market, Bogor Regency. The technique used for sampling data is a random system (random sampling). This study took a sample with the Slovin method and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the description that has been stated above. So it can be concluded that: simultaneously it shows that the variable product quality and price have a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable of iodized salt "Kapal Terbang" in Jonggol Market, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

To determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance PT Asian Tec Indonesia North Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Asian Tec Indonesia, North Jakarta, while the research method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that partially compensation and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation simultaneous have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty in herbalife drinking bottles at Pondok Gede Barat. The research method uses descriptive analysis of linear regression both partially and multiplely. The findings suggest that service quality can encourage increased customer loyalty, this can be seen from the reliability of employees in handling the needs of customer orders by paying serious attention, sending orders quickly and guaranteeing a sense of security and maintaining a good relationship with customers. Prices encourage increased customer loyalty, this is because the prices offered can be affordable that are tailored to the ability of customers with quality products that are in accordance with extraordinary prices and benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia. The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.

Abstract

Analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Trader (X-Sell). The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both partially or simultaneous. The study population of all employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Traders (X-Sell) totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique of this study uses saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Result Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Indonesian Superior Traders (X-Sell) partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on work productivity of employees at the Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, PT Pertamina Retail. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analysis model used linear regression either partially or simultaneous. The population in this study were 52 employees of the Bekasi SPBU Operator Section, Ahmad Yani. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled totaling 52 employees. The result work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Pertamina Retail's Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, either partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

To determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance PT  Indonesia Epson Industry. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, while the research method used simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that simultaneous competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that competence and motivation partially have an effect on employee performance and the coefficient of determination shows that competence and motivation contribute 69.2% to employee performance at PT Indonesia Epson Industry.
