Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh meningkatnya angka pengguna digital smartphone dan juga meningkatnya aktivitas belanja online di Indonesia. Keberadaan gerakan perempuan dalam media sosial dapat menjadi wadah perempuan untuk mendapat dan menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada komunitas “Pasar Kita” di Kabupaten Jember. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan dan mengidentifikasi besarnya peran gerakan perempuan dalam media sosial terhadap perubahan perilaku belanja pada kelompok perempuan. Jumlah responden 156 orang dipilih menggunakan teknik purpusive samplimg. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan perempuan dalam gerakan di media sosial dapat berperan dalam perubahan perilaku belanja kelompok perempuan.

Abstract

Komunitas Sobung Sarka merupakan komunitas yang mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan pengurangan sampah dan berperan sebagai ruang edukasi pemberdayaan masyarakat utamanya masalah sampah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran Komunitas Sobung Sarka dalam mengelola kegiatan persampahan di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive area. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini pemeriksaan data menggunakan triangulasi dan perpanjangan pengamatan. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni analisis interaktif model Miles and Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Peran Komunitas Sobung Sarka membantu memberikan informasi atau edukasi untuk masyarakat serta memberikan kontribusi dalam menjadikan masyarakat baik siswa – siswi, ibu – ibu, dan golongan muda menjadi melek lingkungan atau sadar akan literasi lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan sebagai berikut: 1) Pendampingan Trash Audit di PAUD Al-Furqon; 2) Pendampingan Bank Sampah Resik Berdaya; dan juga kegiatan berdasarkan prinsip reduce berupa Soka Bulkstore, sedangkan berdasarkan prinsip reuse berupa Bank Klambi, dan berdasarkan prinsip recycle berupa Soka Cycle.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan sikap kemandirian warga belajar sehingga dapat menerima kemajuan di era globalisasi ini, tidak mempunyai pola pikir pengikut dan dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri serta membantu warga belajar yang lain agar berdaya guna. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada perubahan perilaku kemandirian pada warga belajar kelompok belajar paket C di PKBM Al-Hikmah Sukodono Sidoarjo yaitu munculnya sikap mandiri warga belajar dalam membuka usaha sendiri serta meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Evaluasi model Kirkpatrick merupakan sebuah upaya dalam menganalisis secara detail dalam mengetahui kemampuan keterampilan dan dampak peserta didik dalam mengikuti program kursus hantaran yang diselenggarakan oleh LKP Parcelia Jember. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan penerapan evaluasi model Kirkpatrick pada program kursus hantaran yang diselenggarakan oleh LKP Parcelia Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive area. Penentuan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data interaktif Model Mile and Huberman yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik keabsahan data yaitu peningkatan ketekunan, perpanjangan penelitian, dan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak LKP Parcelia menghasilkan beberapa peningkatan dalam upaya memenuhi tingkat kualitas pada peserta didik dalam program kursus hantaran

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of a computer course program in improving the digital skills of training participants at LKP Sulthan Computer Bondowoso. The technique for determining the location uses a purposive area and the technique for determining informants used is purposive sampling. The type of research used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research can be concluded that the places and facilities at the Sulthan Computer LKP include computers, theory rooms and practice rooms, the presentation of the material provided is in accordance with the SKKNI Perpes Number 08 of 2012 curriculum, practice and assignments in the graphic design program, namely designing pamphlets and banners. The problem that often occurs at the Sulthan computer LKP is the difference in the comprehension abilities of training participants. At the end of the course program the instructor reflects on closing the program to review the training participants' achievements. The skills and creativity of trainees can be seen from the way trainees operate computers and communication skills which are often applied during the learning process

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of sculpting training in the independence of the P3 community (buskers, beggars, scavengers) at Sanggar Pensi, Bondowoso Regency. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Determining the research location, researchers used the purposive area technique. Purposive sampling technique for determining informants. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that in the implementation of sculpting training there are media, materials and learning methods that have a positive impact on emotional independence as shown by participants not getting angry easily when facing difficult situations, and not being irritable. Economic independence of training participants, especially for those who previously lived on the streets with uncertain income, but after taking part in carving training can meet their needs for clothing, food and can save money. Intellectual independence with changes in thought patterns and behavior in a more positive direction. Social independence is seen from the ability to interact with friends, other people and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of toilet training in building children's independence in the "Buah Hati Kita" Child Care Park, Jember Regency. In this study, researchers used a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the "Buah Hati Kita" Child Care Park, Jember Regency. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were educators, principals, and parents and in determining informants using purposive sampling. The results showed that the implementation of toilet training has been carried out well in increasing children's independence in the "Buah Hati Kita" Child Care Park. Where the child's independence is seen through the physical ability shown by the child to go to the toilet by himself, take off and put on their own pants or skirt, and the ability to squat, meanwhile, confidence is shown by the child in communicating the desire to defecate, for responsibility is shown the child the habit of urinating or defecating in the bathroom, cleaning feces (cebok) as well as the habit of flushing the toilet and discipline shown by the child through accustoming the child not to wearing diapers. Although well carried out, there are some activities that still do not lead to the process of independence. But educators and parents will train children step by step to be able to support independence in the toilet. Toilet training is important for children, therefore toilet training must be programmed in various institutions that shelter early childhood, especially in Child Care Parks. Child Care Park which serves to provide educational services and welfare guidance for early childhood in order to grow and develop optimally. Abstract

The family environment has an important role in supporting children's development, especially in the initial education provided by parents. Based on Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, children's development is influenced by social interactions and the culture around them, making learning a social process. This research aims to describe the role of the family in early childhood learning in Talunpring Hamlet, Lamongan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling, consisting of 5 key informants and 2 supporters. Data validity is carried out through extended observations, increased persistence, and triangulation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the family has played a role as a guide and motivator, especially in learning through play and developing character values, even though the approach used is still simple. However, families do not fully understand the principles of learning that are oriented towards child development, so the approach applied is not appropriate to the child's development stage. Apart from that, the role of the family as a facilitator in providing learning facilities and resources at home is still limited

Abstract

The training program is an activity that serves to enhance the hard skills of participants, including those who are physically fit and those with disabilities. The improvement in hard skills among training participants is intended as preparation for entering the workforce. The hard skill enhancement provided to participants with disabilities in this training program focuses on servicing fuel-injected motorcycles, including managing tools, replacing drive chains, assembling and disassembling body covers, and maintaining electrical instruments (signals and lighting). Many participants with disabilities aspire to open their own workshops after participating in this fuel-injected motorcycle servicing training. This has led the researcher to investigate further the relationship between the fuel-injected motorcycle servicing training program and the improvement of hard skills among participants in the automotive department at the Jember Vocational Training Center, specifically in the two-wheeled automotive field. This study is correlational research with a quantitative approach, using a purposive area selection at the Jember Vocational Training Center. Data collection methods included questionnaires and documentation, with a total population sampling technique resulting in 15 respondents. Data were analyzed using rank-order correlation techniques. The results of this study, calculated using SPSS v25, show that the calculated correlation coefficient is greater than the table value, indicating a strong relationship between the fuel-injected motorcycle servicing training program and the improvement of hard skills in the two-wheeled automotive field. The conclusion of this study is that the alternative hypothesis is accepted, and the null hypothesis is rejected, as the correlation test between the two variables indicates a relationship. The researcher suggests that future studies should further explore relationships beyond the two-wheeled automotive field to enhance the connections that can be gained in two-wheeled automotive training.Keywords: Training program, hard skill improvement, people with disabilities.
