Abstract

The total area of ​​mangrove forests in Indonesia is 25% of the total world-famous mangrove forests along 100,000 kilometers of coastline. Handling that can be done is to rebuild and restore the mangrove forest itself. The existence of GIS (Geographical Information System) provides a solution to overcome this problem. The GIS concept used includes spatial analysis in determining the location for planting coral reef forest seedlings in accordance with environmental characteristics. The GIS concept is implemented through an online mangrove seed donation system. The purpose of this research is to design an online donation system based on GIS. The method applied was the descriptive method and action (action). In designing the system, the methods used were object-oriented approach and prototype development methods. With this research, a system will be produced in the form of an online donation application in carrying out mangrove forest conservation, making it easier for people to conserve mangrove forests in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menerapkan teknologi untuk membantu para orang tua yang memiliki anak dengan down syndrome yang kekurangan waktu atau keterbatasan dalam melakukan intervensi dini bagi anak/anak mereka, dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti orang tua harus bekerja, atau keterbatasan informasi mengenai disabilitas intelektual. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskusi/dialog, dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan, kemudian membuat solusi dengan menggunakan pendekatan teknologi. Maka tim Universitas Komputer Indonesia melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknologi berupa aplikasi layanan terapis online untuk mempermudah mendapatkan layanan secara online melalui aplikasi web. Aplikasi web ini memiliki fungsi pendaftaran, pemesanan, pembayaran dan rekam medis secara online. dan dapat diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan gawai/smartphone yang dimiliki oleh orang tua. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat membantu orang tua dalam memaksimalkan layanan terapi untuk anak dengan disabilitas intelektual. Abstract The aim of this service activity is to apply technology to help parents who have children with Down syndrome who lack time or limitations in carrying out early intervention for their children/children, due to several factors such as parents having to work, or limited information about intellectual disabilities. The method used in this service activity uses a discussion/dialogue approach, asking several questions, then creating a solution using a technological approach. So, the Universitas Komputer Indonesia team carried out training and technological assistance in the form of an online therapist service application to make it easier to get services online via a web application. This web application has registration, ordering, payment and online medical record functions. and can be implemented using the device/smartphone owned by the parents. The results of this service activity can help parents maximize therapeutic services for children with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

When a pandemic occurs, people are forced to carry out Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) set by the government. Therefore, everything must be done online to break in the chain of spreading the virus. In reality, many people have smartphones that are connected to the internet and companies took that fact as an advantage. One of the companies is WS supplier that can order building materials through an online application. The purpose of this study is to design an Android-based building material purchase application model. The method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method by making observations at the WS Supplier business premises as the object of research. In this application, the modelling used a project-oriented approach and a prototype system development method. The results showed that this application could help marketing and facilitate online-based ordering. With this application model, it is hoped that it can increase sales in the building materials sector so that it can continue to operate during a pandemic and post-pandemic. This research has produced a prototype design in the form of an application that can be used as media in a business field to increase sales amid the Covid-19 pandemic. With this research, it is hoped that it can be beneficial both in the same field and in others to help the economy of the community during a pandemic by adhering to health protocol. The WS Supplier application is designed to be a model application for building material service providers to make promotional and ordering materials accessible to customers via smartphone

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan penerapan teknologi kepada daycare dalam meningkatkan pelayanan anak kepada orang tua yang membutuhkan penitipan anak dan menjadikan contoh teknologi pada daycare lain dalam penerapan teknologi dan memperluas informasi tempat pelayanan anak kepada masyarakat/orang tua. Oleh karena itu, tim Universitas Komputer Indonesia melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknologi berupa aplikasi pelayanan penitipan anak berbasis web untuk memudahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi dan layanan/fasilitas penitipan anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskusi/dialog, mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan, kemudian membuat solusi dengan pendekatan teknologi. Metode ini dilakukan dengan alasan latar belakang pendidikan orang tua yang berbeda-beda sehingga mempengaruhi pengetahuan intervensi/teknologi. Aplikasi web ini memiliki fungsi registrasi, penggunaan fasilitas/pelayanan, penilaian anak, serta fungsi pembayaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pelayanan daycare dengan dukungan teknologi, informasi tempat penitipan anak, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat/orang tua kepada tempat penitipan anak. AbstractThe purpose of this service activity is to apply technology to daycare in improving children's services to parents who need child care and to make an example of technology in other daycare in applying technology and expanding information on children's services to the community / parents. Therefore, the Universitas Komputer Indonesia team conducted training and technology assistance in the form of a web-based daycare service application to make it easier to get information and daycare services/facilities. The method used in this service activity uses a discussion/dialogue approach, asking several questions, then making solutions with a technological approach. This method is carried out due to the different educational backgrounds of parents which affect the knowledge of intervention/technology. This web application has a registration function, facility/service usage, child assessment, and payment functions. The results of this service activity improve daycare services with technological support, daycare information, and increase public/parental trust in daycare.

Abstract

There is a discrepancy in reports between each conservation officer and this causes difficulties in carrying out supervision, resulting in a decrease in the number of turtles and slow ticket service processes. This community service activity aims to help community groups consisting of conservation groups and tourism groups in data management. For conservation groups, it is to facilitate the management of conservation data into computerization. Meanwhile, for tour groups, it is easier to process tickets with scan and print technology. Therefore, the Universitas Komputer Indonesia team will carry out training and mentoring activities for the GO-Turtles desktop and mobile-based application. This application consists of a conservation system and a ticketing system. The method used in the creation and implementation of the application uses a technological approach pattern through discussion/dialogue on the problems that occur using a questionnaire with several questions. This application will also be connected to Scanner technology and automatic Printing technology which consists of registration, mailing, conservation, and ticketing functions. The results of the conservation group's community service activities can be filled in online every day and can be saved in the application, while tourism groups, can use scanner technology and printer technology which produce tickets online and offline, and the result of this activity is the data processing process that has been successfully carried out by conservation and tourism officers

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are considered to be one of the important components in the economic development of a country, especially Indonesia. However, it has been found that MSMEs are lagging in digitalization, the adoption of information technology, and digital marketing. An information system where MSMEs can have easy access to IT and digital marketing professionals can be a solution to boost and encourage digitalization among local MSMEs. Developing such an information system requires the project to be able to quickly adapt and change based on the user’s needs and current trends. This study proposes an incremental solution to building an accessible information system catered for MSMEs by incorporating the ADDIE model into the development cycle. To understand the feasibility of the system, several group meetings are arranged to demonstrate and try out the system’s capability to the target users. The results indicate that the system is generally able to fit the needs of MSMEs and is quite effective at connecting the MSESs to IT and Digital marketing resources and experts.

Abstract

Pengolahan terhadap pembagian kelas, nilai raport, tugas dan pelakasanaan kuis merupakan bagian dari proses akademik yang dilakukan oleh sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Al Ihsan Batujajar. Dalam kegiatan proses akademik yang berjalan masih kuarang efektif dalam proses pengolahan data pembagian kelas, penilaian raport , proses pengelolaan tugas dan proses pengelolaan terhadap kuis yang akan dilaksakan. Masih banyaknya proses yang dilakukan dengan pencatatan, penyimpanan data yang hanya dilakukan dengan pembukuan, pengakumulasian ataupun penilaian yang terkadang menghasilkan nilai kurang akurat dan sering terkendalanya dalam penyampaian tugas terhadap siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Al Ihsan Batujajar. Sedangkan sumber penelitian dengan metode pengumpulan data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data sekunder yaitu studi dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan teknik prototype. Adapun alat pemodelan perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur. Dengan diterapkannya sistem yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat membantu dan dapat menjadikan proses terhadap pembagian kelas, pengelolaan nilai raport, pengelolaan terhadap tugas dan pengelolaan terhdapat kuis lebih efisien dan dapat menjadi jalan keluar dari permasalahan yang terjadi di SMK tersebut.

Abstract

Dalam setiap penggunaan peralatan yang berhubungan dengan sistem kelistrikan perlu adanya pemahaman dan pengetahuan khusus agar tidak terjadi kerusakan peratalan maupuan kecelakaan bagi manusia. Tahapan dalam mengetahui dan memahami sistem instalasi listrik dapat melalui bentuk sosialisasi, praktek demonstrasi ataupun menggunakan gambar layout dari suatu instalasi listrik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam memberikan informasi tentang sistem kelistrikan dalapt dilakukan dengan suatu kegiatan yang biasa disebut Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM). Dalam implementasinya kegiatan PkM dapat dilakukan oleh internal suatu perguruan tinggi secara mandiri atau dapat pula dilakukan melalui media kolaborasi bersama beberapa Institursi Perguruan Tinggi dalam bentuk Implementasi Agreement sebagai bentukan implementasi kerjasama yang telah terjalin. Dalam pelaksanaannya PkM ini dikemas dalam bentuk penyampaian bahan sosialisasi dengan tujuan untuk menjalin kolaborasi antar Instituri Perguruan Tinggi Nasional maupun Internasional dalam hal ini melibatkan dari pihak Universitas Pamulang (UNPAM) Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) sebagai bagian dari Intitusi Perguruan Tinggi Nasional dengan pihak Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) sebagai perwakilan dari Institusi Perguruan Tinggi Internasional. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan PkM untuk audien adalah untuk memperkenalkan instalasi listrik, bahaya kecelakaan kerja yang berhubungan dengan kelistrikan dan mengetahui bentuk instalasi kelistrikan yang digunakan dalam skala rumah tinggal, perkantoran dan building atau Industri. Adapuan Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM yaitu dengan sharing knwoledge mengenai sistem kelistrikan atau bahaya listrik pada skala perumahan, perkantoran dan building atua Industri.

Abstract

Menciptakan inovasi pada panganan Hortikultura pertaniaan adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan nilai penjualan dan memasarkannya secara global adalah salah satu keunggulan yang dapat diperoleh dalam meningkatkan kesehjahteraan para petani hortikultura, dengan adanya pelatihan dan penggunaan sistem informasi pemasaran dapat membantu juga para petani dalam membuat alternatif dalam mata pencaharian saat ini sedang dijalankan. Kegiatan inovasi pelatihan pangan hortikuluta di Desa Nagrok adalah wujud dari penerapan teknologi yang ada pada Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi, sehingga masyarakat desa Nagrok dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup, inovasi yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan pasta dan dodol kacang merah. Selain Pelatihan yang diadakan yang dibutuhkan oleh Desa Nagrok adalah satu media yang membantu dalam memasarkan prodok inovasi melalui sistem informasi pemasaran dan media sosial seperti Web Penjualan, Facebook, Path, Instagram Dan Twitter. Kedua pendekatan ini akan dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan kepada petani, berdialog secara langsung kepada petani mengenai permasalahan apa saja yang terjadi, dan menerapkan solusi yang terbaik dengan menerapkan pelatihan dan sistem pemasaran apa yang diperlukan.The process of scheduling a lecture is a process to determine the time or schedule of classes available, rooms available, the courses will be scheduled, and the lecturers will be teaching schedule. Education also would require an easy to be able to access the schedule from a school or University. Long distances sometimes create student constrained with time to find a sudden change of schedule of lectures, with the development and advancement of communication technologies such as the internet or mobile phone-based technology, it shouldn't be a problem to access the schedule from a great distance though.In this final project researcher trying to make scheduling application courses in International Programs at the University of Indonesia (UNIKOM) Computer-based android with the concept of client-server as a client using the mobile phone and the server using a PHP web server. Benefits are to facilitate to give and get information schedule college course for college students in the class International Program (UNIKOM). Methods used writer in doing system development penjadwalan is use the model prototype.And in making application penjadwalan this requires a software for can support in making application is to android use eclipse and the server uses PHP with database use myself, and hopefully for users using mobile device basing android operating system can be helped to know information schedule college course presented by the application.
