Abstract

Fasad atau wajah bangunan merupakan identitas dari restoran cepat saji KFC, yang mengusung industri bisnis. Penting mendesain fasad sehingga pesan marketing dapat disampaikan dengan baik, dari pemilik bisnis pada calon konsumen dan menjadi suatu karya yang menarik. Fasad pada bangunan tunggal gerai Kentucky Fried Chicken menggunakan semua unsur pada tata susun seni, mulai dari garis, bidang, tekstur, warna, dan intensitas. Prinsip penyusunan dari unsur tersebut sudah maksimal digunakan pada fasad gerai KFC, yaitu: irama, kontras, dan selaras. Fasad menggunakan warna merah dan abu abu, merah sebagai warna primer beradu dengan warna abu abu sebagai warna netralnya. Fasad bangunan ini banyak menggunakan jarak kolom yang sama. Bentuk kontras digunakan sebagai node, meskipun hampir sebagian besar menggunakan warna merah, tetapi penggunaan bentuk yang lebih tinggi. Secara keseluruhan fasad bangunan tunggal KFC memiliki unsur garis vertikal dan horisontal pada bidang merah memiliki pola dengan jarak garis. Kolom bermodul, irama kolom. Hampir diseluruh bidangnya menggunakan warna merah. Ada perkembangan strategic development, menjadikan adanya perubahan unsur yang digunakan pada fasad KFC. Pergeseran pemakaian warna dominan merah, menjadi warna coklat. Komposisi warna antara warna dominan dan warna netralnya, tetap menggunakan maksimal empat warna, yaitu: merah, abu abu, putih, dan/atau coklat.

Abstract

This article is a simple text which aims to find a strategy or the other term is to anticipate the additional space requirement. Conditions that completely narrow and small in our house, can be optimized size, that is in many ways, one of which is to increase home. However, there are some things to consider, in order to obtain results that truly fit with our desire, which is from government regulation, IMB, architecture, structure, and utilities. Establish, develop, and improve the house should consider the local government regulations in accordance with the location of the house, such as the Coefficient of Association Building (KDB), Coefficient Floor Building (KLB), Line Sepadan Building (GSB), this is to preserve the "breath" aristektur local. Abstract

Abstrak.Dalam mengambil keputusan, penghuni/pemilik melalui proses hubungan perilaku terhadap lingkungannya dengan memperhatikan aspek persepsi. Pemilik RsS tipe 36 mengembangkan rumahnya dengan persepsi yang sama, yaitu kebutuhan ruang perlu dibangun tanpa mempertimbangkan faktor bangunan hijau, sehingga memiliki bentuk rumah yang hampir sama. Bagaimana para pemilik RsS tipe 36 mengambil keputusan dalam mengembangkan rumahnya menjadi rumah tanpa konsep konsep bangunan hijau? Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda  kualitatif dengan menggunakan grounded theory dan menetapkan kriteria dan parameter untuk menilainya. Dari parameter dan kriteria yang ada, yaitu luas lahan, biaya, waktu pengerjaan, teknologi, dan tenaga ahli maka sebagian besar warga mengembangkan rumah tidak memperhatikan luas lahan hijau yang hilang. Kata lainnya adalah seluruh lahan tertutup oleh ruang dalam rumah. Alternatif pengembangan RsS dengan cara meningkat RsS tanpa menutup lahan yang sengaja dibuka dan alternatif selanjutnya mengatur mensiasati perabotan dalam ruang sehingga dapat terkoordinir dengan baik dan ruang menjadi multifungsi. Penghuni/pemilik mengambil keputusan membangun lahan di sisa lahan di setiap persil yang awalnya di atas tanah tersebut tidak ada dibangun dengan fungsi apapun. Akhirnya setiap persil tidak lagi memiliki lahan hijau meskipun hanya sedikit. Kata kunci: arsitektur, bangunan, perilaku, persepsi, rumah

Abstract

Some of the Rumah sederhana Sehat (RsS) of less than 30m2 type has been in accordance with the Simple Healthy House Development Technical Guidelines (RsSehat), but the growing need to make room on the RsS house increases the space of the house. It shuts down the entire plot available and creates discomfort for the occupants. The study was conducted related to the environmental aspects of natural and man-made with thermal comfort factors, water infiltration on plots, and the line of fire evacuation taken into account. Direct observation on the landed houses in clusters of Palem Citra Indah, Bukit Jonggol subdistrict, Bogor regency by comparing several stage house data in Bogor. Data analysis model used is the constant comparative method. In landed houses and there is less qualified thermal comfort, very bad water catchment area, and did not notice the fire evacuation route. The whole stage houses has KDB below 40%, there is a fire evacuation paths, and good thermal comfort.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that have the potential to experience an earthquake. Most of the high-rise buildings use a reinforced concrete structural system design. Architects need to understand the level of damage to non-structural elements that affect the level of damage to structural elements in buildings that use reinforced concrete structural system designs. The research method used is a quantitative method by looking for a relationship or correlation between the level of damage to structural elements and the level of damage to non-structural elements. In the early stages, this research uses data processing techniques - document content analysis. Documents are analyzed systematically, integrated, and intact. The next stage, the results of the analysis of the contents of the document are used as data in the next process, namely looking for relationships between variables that have been found. The purpose of this study was to find a relationship between the level of damage to non-structural elements and the level of damage to structural elements in buildings with a reinforced concrete structural system design. The results of the study found a relationship between the level of damage to non-structural elements and the level of damage to structural elements for buildings with reinforced concrete designs. The novelty obtained in this study is that the building did not experience damage to structural elements but tended to have slight damage to non-structural elements leading to moderate damage. Recommendations for architects are buildings with reinforced concrete structural system designs that require building stiffeners (core, bracing, shear wall) as structural elements.

Abstract

The location of the Fatahillah Mosque in the Bulak Chain housing complex, East Jakarta. The age of the Fatahillah Mosque building is quite old, which is 40 years. Major repairs of buildings are unavoidable. With increasing age, the Fatahillah Mosque is increasingly used by the congregation, especially on Muslim holidays. Another renovation goal is the adjustment of the Qibla direction based on guidelines from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. On the design concept, the Architect as a team from Community Service conducted a study, using four Islamic concepts, namely Ijtihad, Taqlid, Not Exaggerated, and Rational. The design approach method is functional and elegant. Benefits for partners, Fatahillah Mosque is a mosque that has security, comfort, and adds solemnity to the congregation. Qibla direction that is in accordance with the guidelines of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. Fatahillah Mosque was redesigned with renovation properties from 300 worshipers to 600 worshipers with 3 floors. The ground floor is a multi-purpose room, while the second and third floors are prayer rooms. This new design will increase the comfort and solemnity of the congregation in worship. Architects carry out the design and socialization stages to mosque managers in a careful, structured, systematic manner. The problem seeking and problem solving stages are the key to the success of a design. State of the art in Community Service is the architect choosing and applying the concept of the Four Islamic concept design at the Fatahillah Bulak Chain Mosque, to get the right results according to the context and existing problems.

Abstract

Beberapa Rumah sederhana Sehat (RsS) tipe kurang dari 30m2 telah sesuai dengan Pedoman Teknis Pembangunan Rumah Sederhana Sehat (RsSehat), tetapi berkembangnya kebutuhan ruang pada RsS tersebut membuat luas rumah menjadi ikut bertambah. Hal ini hampir menutup seluruh persil yang tersedia dan membuat ketidaknyamanan bagi penghuni. Penelitian dilakukan terkait aspek lingkungan alami dan buatan, dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor kenyamanan thermal, resapan air pada persil (KDB), dan jalur evakuasi kebakaran. Observasi langsung pada landed house di kluster Bukit Palem Citra Indah Kecamatan Jonggol Kabupaten Bogor dengan membandingkan terhadap beberapa data rumah panggung di Kabupaten Bogor. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode perbandingan tetap (constant comparative method). Pada landed house kenyamanan thermal kurang memenuhi syarat, luas resapan air sangat buruk, dan tidak memperhatikan jalur evakuasi kebakaran. Seluruh rumah panggung memiliki KDB dibawah 40%, terdapat jalur evakuasi kebakaran, dan kenyamanan thermal baik.

Abstract

Posyandu RT 01/11 Sirnagalih Village, Tamansari District, Bogor Regency, is at the foot of Mount Salak. Posyandu is planned to be built on an area of 225 m2. Location temperature conditions range from 180 C in the rainy season to 250 C in the dry season. The sanitation conditions of the houses in this village are not good, so that children and the elderly in Sirnagalih Village are susceptible to disease. Cold weather conditions and high humidity. The average temperature at the location is 200C to 240C, even at certain times the temperature can reach 180C. The humidity in the house in Sirnagalih village is 90.9% in bad condition. As a public health implementation facility, the presence of posyandu is very important, especially to support the government's goal of creating healthy and superior communities. There are 5 main activities, namely: Mother and Child Health (MCH), Family Planning (KB), immunization, nutrition, and diarrhea management. The main activities can be added according to community agreement to become "Integrated Posyandu". One of the current issues is reducing the stunting rate, given the high stunting rate. The problem of stunting has become a world problem since 10 years ago. The purpose of the existence of Posyandu is always in an effort to help the community from not knowing to being able to carry out the introduced behavior or aspects of action or practice. Starting from not knowing to knowing (knowledge), from knowing to wanting (attitude), and from wanting to become practice. The theme of the Posyandu design cannot be separated from the purpose of the Posyandu as the design theme. For this reason, the design approach uses the concept of building reliability which pays attention to safety, health, comfort and convenience.
