Abstract

Jiwa cinta alam dan kewirausahaan sejak dini perlu di tingkatkan agar pada anak-anak, melalui kegiatan positif yang dihadirkan oleh lingkungan temapt tinggal. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar anak-anak di Lingkungan Baruga Majene sepulang sekolah hanya menghabiskan waktu dengan menggunakan gadget untuk bermain sosial media dan game. Anak-anak belum bijak dalam menggunakan internet sehingga lebih banyak mengakses hal-hal yang kurang bermanfaat dan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tim melakukan kegiatan yang fokus membangun cinta alam dan kewirausahaan bersama anak-anak di lingkungan baruga majene. Adapun metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan diantaranya studi pendahuluan, perencanaan program, pengembanagn materi edukasi, implementasi program, dan evaluasi dan pembelajaran. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 13 anak yang berasal dari siswa SDN 36 Inpres Baruga kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Kegiatan yang dilakukan tim diantaranya meronce untuk membangun jiwa kewirausahaan, bakti sosial dengan masyarakat lingkungan baruga, lomba menggambar dengan tema alam, dan penanaman bibit sayur di Gunung Bura Padzan Baruga Majene. Dari hasil monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan tim dengan menggali respon mitra melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan secara umum diperoleh hasil yaitu anak-anak lingkungan baruga sangat senang dengan aktivitas meronce dan menanam sebab dapat membatu anak-anak lingkungan baruga untuk melakukan kegiatan positif, sehingga diharapkan dapat membangun jiwa cinta alam dan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Sterilisasi merupakan proses penting dalam menjamin keamanan dan kualitas produk di bidang farmasi dan pangan, dengan tujuan utama menghilangkan seluruh mikroorganisme dari suatu material. Salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan adalah filtrasi membran, yang terbagi menjadi dua pendekatan utama: Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) dan Dead-End Filtration (DEF). Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan literatur terhadap kedua metode tersebut berdasarkan berbagai sumber ilmiah dari database terpercaya. TFF dinilai lebih unggul dalam efisiensi dan keberlanjutan proses filtrasi karena aliran sejajarnya mampu mengurangi akumulasi padatan di permukaan membran. Hal ini menjadikan TFF sangat cocok untuk aplikasi berteknologi tinggi seperti pemurnian nanopartikel dan pengolahan produk pangan cair, misalnya jus buah tropis. Sebaliknya, DEF merupakan metode yang lebih sederhana dan ekonomis, namun membutuhkan perawatan dan penggantian filter secara berkala karena akumulasi padatan lebih cepat terjadi. Studi ini menekankan bahwa pemilihan metode filtrasi harus disesuaikan dengan karakteristik aplikasi, serta mempertimbangkan parameter operasional seperti tekanan, suhu, dan ukuran pori membran. Dari 100 artikel yang ditelusuri secara daring, sebanyak 30 artikel terpilih dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mendukung pembahasan dalam tinjauan ini.

Abstract

Regional autonomy is a new system of governance that emerged as a result of reform. This is a way to build and empower regions in accordance with the progress and conditions of society. Various aspects of democracy are currently developing in Indonesia. This strategy is used as a countermeasure against the economic and trust crises that have caused a shift in political power in Indonesia. Along with the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia, regional autonomy and its problems have become the subject of growing discussion. Although regional autonomy is an ideal idea for the Republic of Indonesia, it does not mean that it can be implemented without problems. Because our country is currently still in a transitional stage, the implementation of regional autonomy and its problems are still the subject of research for academics and government practitioners. Indonesian. In the book Regional Autonomy: Problems and Solutions in Indonesia, it is stated that the negative effects of regional autonomy are the emergence of conflicts between regional and central governments and opportunities for people at the regional level to commit various violations. In addition, there is a difference between areas that are still developing and those with high incomes. Undoubtedly, regional autonomy in Indonesia still faces many problems. Undoubtedly, these problems must be addressed and resolved so that the main objectives and noble values of regional autonomy can be achieved and realized properly.

Abstract

Guidance teachers, also known as counselors, are responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students in schools by paying attention to the growth of the student's personality and abilities both physically and spiritually. able to live independently and fulfill their various responsibilities as God's creatures along with individual, social, moral, religious, and cultural creatures. Counseling is an effort to help people through a process of personal interaction between counselors and clients to help them understand themselves, their environment, make decisions, and set goals, so that they feel happy and behave well. Guidance Counseling plays an important role in educational institutions because it functions as a supporter of the progress or decline of the quality of education. The role of guidance and counseling in improving the quality of education is not only limited to academic guidance but also personal, social, intellectual guidance, and the provision of values. School guidance and counseling is also called school counselors/psychologists, Counselors play an important role in the education system, and they are considered school psychologists. Their counseling must include and have the aim of improving and expanding the potential of students. They must also have the ability to interact with the community and have interpersonal skills. Good society and alternative options for students. Planning, supervision, evaluation and follow-up of extension activities are carried out by extension workers. Extension workers are also responsible for informing students about career paths and solving their problems. Extension workers are given full freedom by the Minister of Education to develop students' potential and provide effective guidance and extension.
