Abstract

Bengkulu, a rapidly developing tourism destination in Indonesia, presents a unique context for understanding tourist behavior. This study investigates the influence of satisfaction, trust, and price on tourist visit behavior in Bengkulu. Using a sample of 340 tourists and employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study tests the relationship between these variables. Results indicate that both satisfaction and trust have a significant positive impact on visit behavior. However, the price does not significantly influence visit behavior. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing tourist satisfaction and building trust to improve visit behavior in Bengkulu. The findings also suggest that price, in this particular context, might not be a crucial determinant for tourists' decisions to visit. This study contributes to the literature on tourist behavior and provides practical implications for destination marketing in Bengkulu and similar emerging tourist destinations.

Abstract

The rapid development of business has led to sharp competition among companies. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to improve quality to produce products that are in demand and in accordance with the wishes of consumers. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by companies to increase competitiveness and the constraints faced by companies in increasing competitiveness. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative methods. Sources of data in this research consist of primary data obtained through observations and interviews with related company owners, and secondary data obtained through literature related to research. The sample used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The results showed that the marketing strategy analysis of PT. Kinarya Selaras Solusi to increase company competitiveness through the 4P marketing mix: Product, price, promotion, place has provided a lot of strength and knowledge to take advantage of existing opportunities, with the formulation of an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so that it can be formulated that the right strategy for the company is a low-cost strategy, so that it can be implemented with product policies, pricing policies, promotion policies by marketing products through advertising such as TV or radio, sales promotions with direct sales going wide, promotional publicity events using banners , and place policies. So that it can produce feedback that can be mutually accepted and given by both consumers and PT. Kinarya Selaras Solutions that influence one another.

Abstract

The development of a company where the individual can do the work in accordance with the directions made so as not to harm the company. This study aims to determine how much influence Soft Skills and Hard Skills have on Work Performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi. The variables of this study are Soft skills and Hard skills. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a qualitative approach research. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The population of this study were all employees of PT Putra Sebakas Abadi, the respondents in this study were 45 samples using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) soft skills did not significantly influence work performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi, (2) hard skills had a significant effect on work performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi. (3) Soft skills and Hard skills simultaneously influence work performance at PT Putra Sebakas Abadi. So as to produce feedback that can be mutually accepted and given to the company so that the company benefits, it influences each other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Komitmen Kerja (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Komunikasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y) PT Agro Muko. dengan menggunakan metode skala likert dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Agro Muko, 55 sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitaian ini menggunakan SPSS 22. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komitmen Kerja (X1)berpengaruh secara signifikan bernilai negatif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). (2) Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan bernilai positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). (3) Komunikasi (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan bernilai positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). (4) Komitmen Kerja (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Komunikasi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). Kata Kunci: Komitmen Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

The number samples obtained 120 respondents using  16 formula. data analysis method used  multiple linear regression. The results study show that (1) Price  no significant effect on Online Motorcycle taxi services Maxim Bengkulu City, (2) Promotion has significant effect on Online Motorcycle taxi services Maxim Bengkulu City, (3) Quality  not significantly affect Online Motorcycle taxi services Maxim Bengkulu City, (4) Customer satisfaction  no significant effect on online taxi services Maxim Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims find out how big influence content marketing Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WoM) TikTok shop social media purchasing decisions Generation Z skincare products Bengkulu City. research sample 160 Generation Z respondents Bengkulu City purchased skincare products TikTok shop social media. analysis data collection questionnaire Likert scale. results t test results, calculated t value content marketing variable (X1) is 7.329 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.05, means H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, content marketing variable has an influence on purchasing decisions (Y). calculated t value electronic word of mouth variable (X2) is 5.214 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.05, H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, electronic word of mouth variable influence on purchasing decisions (Y). From results F test, the calculated F is 196.632 with α = 0.001 < α = 0.005, this H0 is rejected, and Ha accepted. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence lifestyle, perceived quality and product attributes have on the decision to purchase Besurek Cloth for Batik Atik in Bengkulu City. The research is quantitative research. The data source in the research comes from distributing questionnaires (Google Form) which will be distributed online via WhatsApp and Instagram to respondents who have purchased Besurek batik cloth at Bengkulu city batik shops. The population in this study were all customers of Besurek Cloth at Atik Batik in Bengkulu City. The sample uses the Hair formula where the number of indicators (28) x5 = 140 respondents of customers of Besurek Cloth on Atik Batik in Bengkulu City with a purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used in this research uses SPPS 22. The research results show; (1) Lifestyle has a partial and positive influence on the decision to purchase Besurek cloth for Batik Atik in Bengkulu City. (2) Perceived Quality has a partial and positive influence on the decision to purchase Besurek cloth for Atik Batik in Bengkulu City. (3) Product attributes have a partial and positive influence on the decision to purchase Besurek cloth for Atik Batik in Bengkulu City. And (4) Lifestyle, perceived quality, and product attributes on purchasing decisions for Besurek Cloth at Atik Batik in Bengkulu City have a simultaneous influence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) The influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, (2) The influence of price on the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, (3) The influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and price on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that e-WOM influences the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, price influences the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, e-WOM and product price influence the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN students Kendari.
