AbstractThis study aims to determine the perceptions of Madurese Ethnic parents in RT 03 RW 07 about the educational needs and interests of children. The research method used is descriptive with a form of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation study. The data collection tools were observation guides, interview guides and documentation. The analysis in this study was presented in a descriptive qualitative manner using 7 informants from 48 households in RT 03 RW 07. The informants consisted of 1 RT 03 RW 07, and 6 other ethnic Madurese parents who were residents in RT 03 RW 07. The basis for determining the informant is a recommendation from the Head of RT 03 RW 07. The results of this study indicate that Madurese Ethnic parents in RT 03 RW 07 assume that education for children is important. Seen how Madurese ethnic parents try to support children's education by meeting the educational needs of children and trying to foster children's educational interests.Â Keywords: Parents' Perception, Madurese Ethnic, Children's EducationÂ

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect and how significant is the effect of boarding rules to the learning motivation of the students in studying economy in class X IIS SMA TBK. The form of this research is correlation research with interrelationship studies. The sample of this research is the 56 students of class X IIS SMA TBK. The method of taking the sample is by using descriptive method, where the data is collected by using a questionnaire which its validity and reliability has been tested. The technique of data analysis used is the program SPSS Vol.18. The result of this research shows that after doing the simple regression linear test to the students? learning motivation with the of X and Y, it can be said that boarding rules has a positive effect to the students? learning motivation with the regression equation to the variable of Y=15,963+0,554X with the effect size of 30,4%. By doing the hypothesis testing comparing the significance value with 0,05, the significance value of 0,000<0,05 is obtained, therefore, a conclusion can be made with Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Next by doing hypothesis testing comparing t count with t table, the value of t count with the value of 4,852>1,674 t table is obtained; hence, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect between ?Boarding Rules to the Students? AbstractThe title of the study was "Raising the Value of Discipline through Scouting Extracurricular Activities in Junior High School 2 Pontianak". The general problem was how is the process of raising discipline values through Scout extracurricular activities? The sub-problem was how is the process of raising disciplinary values through Scout extracurricular activities, and how are the results of the raising of values of discipline through Scout extracurricular activities? The purpose of the study was to determine the process of raising the value of discipline through Scout extracurricular activities. The approach used was a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The analysis in this study was presented descriptively qualitatively by using informants as many as 5 people, namely 1 supervisor and 4 Scouts. The results of the study show that the process of cultivating disciplinary values applied by Scout extracurricular activities was done through moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action. The moral process was knowing the value of discipline carried out in Scout extracurricular activities by providing understanding through advice. The moral feeling process was done by giving a good example. While the moral action process is carried out by practicing values obtained from the results of the moral knowing and moral feeling.Keywords: Discipline, Raising Value, Scouts

AbstractThis study aims to determine the application of make a match learning model in improving learning outcomes of class X IIS SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with a type of quantitative research. Sources of data in this study were students of class X IIS where class X IIS 1 amounted to 32 students as an experimental class and class X IIS 3 amounted to 32 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and measurement techniques, while the data collection tools used are observation sheets and written tests in the form of multiple choices totaling 30 questions. Based on the results of the average value of the control class and experimental class has a difference. The results of the data calculation obtained the average value of the post-test control class was 54.85 while the average value of the post-test experimental class was 66.97. From the data it can be seen that the average post-test value is higher than the class control class. This shows that the application of the make a match learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is also evidenced by the student learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class which has a difference of 12,123. Keywords: Make a match, learning outcom, geografi learning

AbstractCooperative is a business entity consisting of persons-a legal entity or legal entity based on its activities based on the principle of cooperatives as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. Cooperatives as a populist economic movement in its activities do not recognize the term profit because the business activities of the main cooperative is not oriented to profit (non profitoriented) but rather beneficial oriented (member) to the members.Research method in this research is descriptive method with form of case study. The data source in this research is Cooperative Members. This study uses data collection techniques, direct observation with data collection tools in the form of Observation Guide, Interview Guidelines, and Field Disability. The results of the study conclude that the distribution of the remaining results of operations for members, in this case there are differences, of some members tend to disagree.Distribution of the remaining results of operations for the board, in this case the members tend to disagree disagree. Distribution of the remaining results of operations for the regulatory body, in this case the members of the perceive not agree.So it can be concluded that the distribution of the remaining results of operations on Cooperative Multi Finance according to the perception of members and supported by the Study Library in the category of not agreeing. ABSTRACTÂ This study aims to examine: (1) basic skills of teaching teachers in the field of economics class X at Walisongo Senior High School Pontianak (2) the dominant teaching skills of teachers dominantly used by teachers of economics class X at Private High School Walisongo Pontianak. This research is a qualitative research that describes the real situation as what should happen when the researchers do. The implementation of this research is conducted at SMA Swasta Walisongo Pontianak, starting from 20 until 30 November 2017. The research subjects are one teacher of economics class X at Private High School Walisongo Pontianak. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation sheets. The results obtained in the study that: (1) Basic Questioning Skills got an average grade of 3.66 with category A, (2) Questioning Skills obtained an average score of 2.38 with category C, (3) Enabling Gaining Skills 3.88 with category A, (4) Variation Skill obtained an average score of 2.60 with category C, (5) Explaining Skills earned an average rating of 3.91 with category A, (6) Skills Opening And Closing Lessons obtained an average score of 3.33 with category B, (7) Numeracy Guiding Small Group Discussion got an average score of 2.50, (8) Skills of Classroom Management earned an average grade of 3.85 with category A. Overall assessment with the teacher appraisal tool (APKG) has 4 times the meeting obtained the average value of 3.20 with category B. Of the eight basic skills of teaching, the skills to explain the more dominant use by teachers of economics class X in the SMA Swas ta Walisongo.Â Keywords: Basic Teaching Skills, APKG, Field of Economic Studies

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Members 'Perceptions About the Benefits of Cooperatives for Members' Welfare in Syariah Savings and Credit Cooperatives BMT Sidogiri UGT in Sungai Ambawang Village". This study aims to determine members' perceptions about the benefits of Syariah Savings and Loans Cooperative BMT Sidogiri UGT Sungai Ambawang Village. The form of research used is a survey study. With members of the Syariah Savings and Loan Cooperative BMT Sidogiri UGT Sungai Ambawang Village as resource persons and 5 members as respondents. The method used is descriptive method with the aim to describe objectively the members' perceptions about the benefits of Syariah Savings and Loans Cooperative BMT Sidogiri UGT Sungai Ambawang Village. Using data collection tools are direct communication techniques, documentary study techniques, interviews, and notes. While the data processing is doing descriptive analysis. These results state that members' perceptions about the benefits of the Syariah Savings and Loans Cooperative in Sidogiri UGT Sungai Ambawang Village are positive, means that the benefits of the cooperative are felt and made a positive contribution to the members and are able to become an institution that can prosper the members.Â Keywords : Member perceptions, cooperative benefits, and member welfare

AbstractThe research started from the researcher interest on the buying and selling activities at KPN Untan less developed shop units and the number of members who actively participate in the meaning of shopping for basic needs is relatively small compared to the number of members registered in KPN Untan. Whereas at the beginning of the establishment of the unit store KPN Untan was a fairly developed shop units. The general problem in this research was "how active members participate in the unit of civil service cooperative shop". This research aimed to provide an overview of the participation of active members shop cooperatives unit. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The results showed that active participation of many members in shopping for secondary needs not on tertiary needs, then the average motivation of KPN Untan members in shopping of the store unit amounted to 41.18% but did not encourage them to continue to participate optimally, giving credit to members in shopping for basic needs expressed by members of 64.71%, shopping procedures set by the board and felt easily stated by members of 58.82%. AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of productive business funds towards the fishermen?s income in Sungai Limau Village Sungai Kunyit District Of mempawah. The method in this research is the descriptive. This is a correlational research. The number of samples in this research is 60 fishermen. The sampling technique in this research is saturation sampling. Data collection techniques in this research are direct communication techniques (interview guidelines), indirect communication techniques (questionnaire), and documentary techniques (documentations). The results of this research showed that (1) the percentage of productive business funds variable in Sungai Limau Village Sungai Kunyit District Of mempawah is 71.67% in medium category with the interval 44,57% ? X <50,49%, (2) the percentage of the fishermen?s income variable is 66,66% in medium category with the interval 21,31% ? X <26,65%,(3) t count 4,986> t table 2,002 so that Ho rejected and Ha is accepted then there is significant influence of productive business fund for fishermen?s income in Sungai Limau Village Sungai Kunyit District Of mempawah for 30%. AbstractThe title of this research is asset analysis of Syariah Kalbar Madani finance union Pontianak. Thepurpose of this study to describe the asset in the Syariah Kalbar Madani finance union Pontianak.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the form of ex post facto research, with the data source there are primary data sources and secondary data sources.Data collection techniques used are (1) direct communication techniques with interview guidance tools to the chairman of Pontianak West Kalimantan Civil Service Islamic Cooperatives, (2) documentary / bibliographical techniques in the form of collecting documents needed to obtain the data needed as research material and supporting tools such as visual documentation tools and voice records. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conslusion drawing and verification.The results of the study show that (1) the primary fund for the 2012-2013 increased by 32.17%; -2014 amounting to 2.53; 2014-2015 of 16.51%; the 2015-2016 amounted to 0.60%, (2) the required financial year 2012-2013 deposit fund increased by 9.24%; 2013-2014 of 4.81; 2014-2015 of 15.05 and 2015-2016 of 3.00%, (3) reserve fund in 2012-2013 increased by 6.51%; 2013-2014 of 12.03%; 2014-2015 of 36.97% and 2015-2016 of -0.28%, (4) asset from other Banks and Financial Institutions for 2012-2013 amounting to 3.42%; the percentage of 2013-2014 decreased by 28.71%, the percentage of the 2014-2015 decreased by 4.51%, and the percentage for the 2015-2016 increased by 1.07%. Therefore the management and members must work together to be more active in advancing the business and prioritizing self-fertilization so that cooperatives can become independent and not depend on other parties.Â Keywords: asset, Syariah Kalbar Madani finance unionÂ
