Increasing number of dengue cases in Surabaya shows that its city has high potential of dengue fever epidemic. Although some policies were designed by Surabaya Health Department, such as fogging and mosquitoâs nest eradication, but these efforts still out of target because of inaccurate predictions. Ineffectiveness eradication of dengue fever epidemic is caused by lack of information and knowledge on environmental conditions in Surabaya. Developing spread and prediction system to minimize dengue fever epidemic is necessary to be conducted immediately. Spread and prediction system can improve eradication and prevention accuracy. The transmission dynamics vector simulation will be used as an approach to draw a complex system of mosquito life cycle in which involve a lot of factors. Dynamics transmission model used to build model in mosquito model (oviposition rate and pre adult mosquito), infected and death cases in dengue fever. The model of mosquito and infected population can represent system. The output of this research is website of spread and prediction system of dengue fever epidemics to predict growth rate of Aedes Aegypti mosquito, infected, and death population because of dengue fever epidemics. The deviation of infected population is 0,519. The model of death cases in dengue fever is less precision with the deviation 1,229. Death cases model need improvement by adding some variables that influence to dengue fever death cases. Spread of dengue fever prediction will help the government, health department to decide the best policies in minimizing the spread of dengue fever epidemics.

Keamanan lingkungan merupakan kondisi utama untuk menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif dan sebagai upaya untuk menjaga segala aset atau sumber daya dalam suatu organisasi. Semakin tinggi tingkat keamanan suatu lingkungan akan semakin rendah risiko kerugian akibat kehilangan aset atau bahaya yang mengancam personil. Petugas kemanan dalam suatu lingkungan kerja menjadi salah satu tumpuan untuk melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi pengamanan dan penyelamatan. Proses monitoring keamanan lingkungan kampus dilakukan secara rutin dengan jadwal patroli yang terjadwal dan umumnya memiliki klasterisasi area pengamanan agar optimal. SIGAP ITS merupakan aplikasi bergerak yang dirancang untuk memastikan personil yang bertugas mengikuti jadwal optimal patroli dan memastikan personil telah mengunjungi gedung yang harus diawasi. Imlementasi SIGAP ITS menjadi solusi pemantauan sistem keamanan yang realtime dan dinamis. Evaluasi terhadap kemudahan dan efektivitas antar muka aplikasi bergerak telah dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale dengan tingkat usabilitas mencapai 91.4%..

The company ‘X’ plans to build a new coal terminal as the strategy to take over the infrastructure and improve the service level for the customers. This idea was triggered by the projection of future local demand due to the Mega Project (10,000 MegaWatt) and the financial capability of the company are also became the background of developing the new coal terminal. The objective of this research is to analyze the performance of distribution system with the developmentof new port and stockpile. The performance measure are reliability, cost, responsiveness, and flexibility of the distribution system. The main methods using in this research are system modelling and simulation. The first step for doing this research is developing existing distribution system model and the new model (with port and stockpile). Running the simulation of that model was done by designing the two scenario, i.e. using the fixed demand of product from PLTU and increasing of demand of products doe to the development of new power plant. The results from simulation and performance measurement for both distribution model show that the founding of new coal terminal for the company will affect positively to the performance of its distribution system.

Organization or business performance always have close relation with its own member or employee performance and productivity. Most of them only focus on raising the wealthy of its member by giving financial incentives hoping it will reflect with significant improvement of member performance. But in some case giving the incentives not always bring significant increase to member productivity. This study was made with the aim to determine the effect of financial incentives, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study uses quantitative study. Data collection procedures used in this study are structured data collection. The population used is 10 persons of installation and maintenance employees of PT. KONE Indo Elevator throughout Indonesia that has implement some financial incentive to boots up their employee performance. The result of the study was financial incentives and job satisfaction have positif and significant effect to employee performance while organizational commitment not having signifficant effect to employee performance.

Analisa terhadap proses pengupasan mete di Desa Badas yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kacip menunjukkan masalah ergonomi dan produktivitas. Masalah ergonomi berdasarkan hasil pengukuran REBA (Rapid Entire Body Position) pada skor 11 hingga 15 yang tindakan perbaikan sekarang. Sedangkan masalah produktivitas ditunjukkan dengan variasi output yang dihasilkan antar pekerja. Prosedur perancangan dan pengembangan produk dengan metode QFD (Quality Function Deployment) dan value engineering dilakukan untuk menghasilkan desain alat pengupas mete dengan value tertinggi. Metode value engineering menjadi bagian dari proses perancangan produk, tujuannya adalah untuk memilih konsep alat yang mempertimbangkan function dan biaya. Dari hasil tersebut didapatkan alat dengan material pisau stainless steel, material rangka meja besi, material alas meja triplek, dan bentuk pisau horizontal. Konsep tersebut memiliki value 1,142 dengan function 3,49 dan biaya Rp 1.097.374. Hasil pemilihan konsep diwujudkan dalam bentuk prototipe untuk diuji coba. Prototipe dibuat dengan desain dan ukuran sesuai konsep. Pengujian terhadap prototipe dilakukan kepada operator pengupas mete dengan posisi kerja yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Hasil tersebut ditunjukkan dengan skor REBA yang lebih kecil yaitu 6.

Persaingan industri menuntut perusahaan dapat bersaing dengan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang dimiliki. Penggunaan peralatan modern digunakan untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi. Tenaga kerja yang handal diperlukan untuk mengoperasikan dan mendukung berjalannya peralatan modern dapat memenuhi target yang diinginkan. Dalam pengoperasian peralatan modern tersebut menimbulkan risiko bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi tenaga kerja. Risiko ini dapat mengancam tenaga kerja dilokasi kerja, sehingga perlu perhatian khusus oleh semua pihak yang terkait seperti tenaga kerja, perusahaan, dan pemerintah.

Proses pengupasan mete dan pengeluaran biji mete dilakukan secara manual. Biji mete dikupas satu persatu dengan menggunakan kacip, kemudian dikuluarkan dari cangkangnya menggunakan cukit. Stasiun kerja pengupas mete sangat segerhana. Umumnya mereka bekerja dengan duduk di kursi rendah, hanya beberapa yang bekerja pada kursi yang agak tinggi. Selama proses pengupasan ini terdapat keluhan dari pekerja mengenai rasa sakit pada beberapa bagian tubuh akibat proses pengupasan mete. Keluhan fisik yang dialami berupa rasa sakit ini terjadi pada jaringan musculoskeletal (musculoskeletal tissue). Didapati bahwa proses kerja yang tidak ergonomis dan alat yang sifatnya manual (kacip dan cukit) diduga menjadi penyebab keluhan fisik tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengamatan postur kerja untuk menilai risiko dan keluhan muskuloskeletal (musculoskeltal disorders) yang dialami anggota tubuh dikarenakan posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Metode yang digunakan adalah REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). Ditentukan dua jenis operasi kerja yaitu mengupas mete dan mengeluarkan biji mete yang diamati pada tiga orang pekerja. Hasil penilaian REBA diketahui bahwa posisi kerja mengupas mete berada pada skor 12-14 dan mengeluarkan mete berada pada skor 13. Skor ini menunjukkantingkat aksi 4 yang artinya risiko pekerjaan sangat tinggi sehingga perlu segera diberikan tindakan perbaikan. Tindakan perbaikan yang nantinya dilakukan adalah perbaikan metode kerja yang dapat mengurangi risiko pada badan, leher, kaki, lengan atas, lengan bawah dan pergelangan tangan

Today’s competitive business environment, many organization give more attention to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of employee. PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali as a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) also continues to improve business processes of Human Resource Management through the application of Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This application has been developed since 2016 and is still implemented 67% of the HRIS PJB model design. This certainly raises questions about the development of HRIS PJB implementation, which is need for an evaluation of the implementation of HRIS PJB applications. HRIS Manager has never conducted an evaluation of HRIS PJB that can strengthen the benefits of its use for employees. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the use of HRIS PJB applications in this case the focus on the Personal Management module in order to assess its usefulness to the needs of users and organizations by using Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit Model. Primary data were obtained through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to PT PJB employees as application users. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square using SmartPLS. The results of this study shows the suitability of this application benefits. If there is a gap, alternative solutions are needed to improve and develop applications in the future. Decision making through Borda Count Method is used to get the right solution with the current conditions and can be used as improvements priority and development of HRIS PJB applications for both application managers and management of PT PJB.

Stock assessment studies of Sardinella Lemuru Bali strait indicate overfishing. The growth of fishing vessel numbers result on fish biomass stock reduction. Sustainable fishery management in overfishing area can be done by limiting number of fishing effort. There are three kinds of methods approach on determine number of fishing effort and total allowed catch (1) Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY), (2) Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) and (3)Maximum Social Yield (MScY). Sustainable fishery has three main aspect as its indicators; ecology, economic and social. This research attempts to simulate three kinds of methods to the indicators of sustainable fishery (1) biomass fish stock as ecological aspect, (2) profit of purse seine fishing vessel as economical aspect and (3) numbers of fishers involved in the business of marine capture fishery represents social aspect. System dynamic method and powersim software are used in simulation model. Simulation output shows that fish biomass stock can be maintain in sustainable level by applied fishery policy. Limiting number of fishing effort create balancing between fish stock natural growth and fish harvest. This policy starts to apply on year 2010 in simulation model and run until 2030 to forecast future condition of fish biomass stock.
