Abstract

Increasing number of dengue cases in Surabaya shows that its city has high potential of dengue fever epidemic. Although some policies were designed by Surabaya Health Department, such as fogging and mosquito’s nest eradication, but these efforts still out of target because of inaccurate predictions. Ineffectiveness eradication of dengue fever epidemic is caused by lack of information and knowledge on environmental conditions in Surabaya. Developing spread and prediction system to minimize dengue fever epidemic is necessary to be conducted immediately. Spread and prediction system can improve eradication and prevention accuracy. The transmission dynamics vector simulation will be used as an approach to draw a complex system of mosquito life cycle in which involve a lot of factors. Dynamics transmission model used to build model in mosquito model (oviposition rate and pre adult mosquito), infected and death cases in dengue fever. The model of mosquito and infected population can represent system. The output of this research is website of spread and prediction system of dengue fever epidemics to predict growth rate of Aedes Aegypti mosquito, infected, and death population because of dengue fever epidemics. The deviation of infected population is 0,519. The model of death cases in dengue fever is less precision with the deviation 1,229. Death cases model need improvement by adding some variables that influence to dengue fever death cases. Spread of dengue fever prediction will help the government, health department to decide the best policies in minimizing the spread of dengue fever epidemics.

Abstract

Pengukuran waktu kerja merupakan bagian penting dalam proses standarisasi kerja. Secaraumum pengukuran kerja dapat dibagi menjadi dua yaitu pengukuran secara langsung dan tidak langsung.Pada pengukuran kerja secara tidak langsung, terdapat beberapa metode pengukuran salah satunya adalahMethods Time Measurements (MTM)-1. Untuk pengukuran secara manual, perhitungan dengan MTM-1dilakukan dengan memilih daftar operasi yang sesuai dengan operasi kerja amatan. Penggunaan tableMTM dapat dilakukan oleh pengguna yang telah memahami gerakan kerja dan MTM serta memerlukandurasi waktu tertentu dalam proses penetapan waktu standar yang harus tepat dan akurat menggunakantable MTM.Pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan keakuratan penggunaan metodeMTM merupakan kontribusi utama dalam penelitian ini. Aplikasi perangkat lunak (SperofiM-1) inidirancang untuk seorang observer dalam pengukuran kerja secara tidak langsung. Teknologi speechrecognition dikembangkan dalam aplikasi ini untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan pemilihanoperasi kerja yang bersesuaian pada table MTM. Suara observer dibaca sebagai sebuah informasi dandikonversi dalam spektrum suara yang dianalisa dan dibandingkan dengan template suara dan data waktusesuai tabel MTM-1 pada database sistem. Dari hasil pengujian antara metode manual, metode click, danSperofiM-1 diperoleh bahwa SperofiM-1 mampu memberikan performansi waktu terbaik dalam prosespengukuran kerja dengan tabel MTM-1 sebesar 74,14%.Kata Kunci: Pengukuran Waktu Kerja, Methods Time Measurement, Speech Recognition Measurement of working time is an important part in the process of standardization work. Ingeneral, the measurement of work can be divided into two, namely measurement directly and indirectly.In measuring the indirect employment, there are several methods of measuring one of them is MethodsTime Measurements (MTM) -1. For manual measurements, calculations with the MTM-1 is done byselecting a list of operations in accordance with the observation of work operations. Use of MTM tablecan be performed by users who have understood the work and the MTM movement and require a certainduration of time in the process of setting standards that must be precise and accurate use MTM table.Development of software to simplify and improve the accuracy of the MTM method is the use of the maincontributions in this research. Application software (SperofiM-1) is designed for an observer in themeasurement of indirect employment. Speech recognition technology developed in this application toincrease the speed and accuracy of the selection operation corresponding work on MTM table. Soundobserver read as an information and convert the sound spectrum was analyzed and compared with voiceand data templates appropriate time MTM-1 tables in the database system. From the test results betweenthe manual method, click the method, and SperofiM-1 obtained that SperofiM-1 is able to give the besttime in the performance measurement process of working with MTM-1 tables for 74.14%.Keywords: Measuring Time Work, Methods Time Measurement, speech recognition

Abstract

One important activity and cause high costs in the company is maintenance and in mining one of critical maintenance is heavy equipment. Issue of manpower, skill, expert and equipment population made company can’t handle the maintenance it self. Agreement to the contractor made with several contract models. This maintenance management either by company it self or by different contract models have their strong and weakness point. This research will analyze which maintenance management is better using Fuzzy AHP as a multicriteria decision making tool. Responden will selected to define the criteria and sub-criteria. The result of this research are to select maintenance management that will use as standard in the company.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the socio-economic sectors since the end of 2019. Indonesian’s Government issued the large-scale social restrictions policy to limit the industrial activities. This study aimed to investigate the difference of the health, safety, and environment (HSE) implementations among Indonesian companies, before and during the disruption risk of COVID-19 pandemic according to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). It used a random sampling, involved 1,027 workers from various sectors of Indonesian companies. Hypothesis tests used are ANOVA and t-test method. The level of HSE compliance changed quite significantly when the COVID-19 outbreak emerged. The results explained, there is no significant difference in HSE compliance based on company location, company risk level, and position of a respondent in the company. However, there is a significant difference between companies that have a HSE division and a HSE Management System certificate with the company who did not have any. The recommendations of HSE improvement formulated using a Safety Model Canvas and a Focus Group Discussion conducted to convey the jazz scenario in the next normal. This study suggests the priority order for HSE improvement strategy in a company is commitment, responsibility, engagement and involvement, leadership, competence, information and communication, to organizational learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi mendorong Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk memanfaatkannya dalam membuat sistem pendaftaran antrean online pada Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas di Surabaya. Teknologi ini dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan waktu antre yang lama dan administrasi pada pendaftaran layanan Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas yang kemudian disebut e-Health Surabaya. Hingga saat ini, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memanfaatkan fasilitas ini sehingga target penggunaan fasilitas e-Health masih belum terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi pendaftaran online e-Health Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosioteknikal berupa Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Makro Ergonomi yang kemudian diolah dengan metode Structural Equational Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini menggunakan 7 variabel laten dan 35 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 variabel yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi e-Health Surabaya, yaitu Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude, Social Influence, Behavioral Intention, dan Actual Usage. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan untuk fasilitas pendaftaran online e-Health Surabaya adalah peningkatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, perbaikan antarmuka dan konten media layanan, serta penambahan Rumah Sakit yang terdaftar di dalam aplikasi.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi faktor penting bagi kehidupan manusia maupun keberlangsungan sebuah negara. Ada dua jenis pendidikan yaitu formal dan informal. Salah satu pendidikan formal di Indonesia adalah melalui kegiatan belajar dan mengajar (KBM) di sekolah. Secara aturan kementrian, KBM harus berjalan dengan kreatif dan inovatif agar siswa lebih efektif dalam menerima ilmu yang diberikan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang sedang dikembangkan oleh SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto adalah media edukasi berbasis virtual reality yang diharapkan dapat menunjang pembelajaran siswa. Suatu media berbasis virtual reality perlu dilakukan uji kelayakannya. Pengujian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan manusia dalam mengoperasikannya, tingkat usabilitas dan juga dampak bagi tubuh manusia ketika menggunakan aplikasi tersebut (simulation sickness). Pengujian ini diawali dengan penggunaan aplikasi oleh responden. Responden terdiri dari 10 siswa, 9 guru dan 9 orang lain dengan kategori umum. Setiap responden akan menjalankan aplikasi dengan menyelesaikan 2 scene (Scene Kantor dan Scene Perpustakaan) dan dihitung completion time dari setiap responden. Setelah itu responden mengisi tiga buah kuisioner yaitu Presence Questionnaire (PQ), System Usability Scale (SUS) Questionnaire dan Simulation Sickness Questionnaire (SSQ). Setelah mendapatkan data completion time dan nilai kuisioner, data tersebut diolah menggunakan metode One-Way ANOVA pada software SPSS untuk data completion time dan perhitungan rata-rata untuk nilai kuisioner. Hasilnya menunjukan nilai completion time siswa dan guru memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan, siswa dan umum tidak berbeda, serta guru dan umum memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Kemudian tingkat presence ditunjukan oleh nilai PQ yaitu 4.25 dan tingkat usabilitas yang ditunjukan dari nilai SUS Questinnaire yaitu 80.8. Hasil ini menunjukan tingkat usabilitas dari aplikasi sudah baik. Kemudian dari nilai SSQ menunjukan bahwa responden kategori guru memiliki tingkat SSQ yang paling tinggi dan untuk jenis scene, Scene 1 memiliki tingkat simulation sickness yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Scene 2.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan jasa transportasi udara yakni pesawat sebagai akses untuk mempermudah pekerjaan maupun berlibur menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Aspek keselamatan dan keamanan menjadi aspek utama yang perlu diperhatikan oleh penumpang sebelum memutuskan untuk menggunakan pesawat. Aspek keamanan berupa peraturan barang bawaan penumpang menjadi tanggungjawab aviation security sedangkan peraturan perilaku penumpang dijelaskan oleh pramugari dalam bentuk safety induction sebelum take-off. Materi edukasi mengenai keselamatan dan keamanan penumpang pesawat ditampilkan dalam betuk game (Edugame) yang berjudul Airport Guardian. Penyampaian edukasi melalui Edugame Airport Guardian ini cukup efektif sebagai sebuah tool pemahaman masyarakat. Efektivitas ini dapat diuji melalui metode pengujian “Pre and post test”. Hasil dari pengujian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengujian sebelum dan sesudah mencoba game Airport Guardian. Parameter keberhasilan sebuah game yang dibangun dapat ditentukan dari tingkat usabilitas game tersebut. Edugame Airport Guardian telah memenuhi variabel usabilitas learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors yang didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner umum dan variabel satisfaction melalui kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Standar kepuasan pengguna dapat terpenuhi setelah dilakukan beberapa perbaikan pada game. Perbaikan pada game dilakukan berdasarkan tanggapan pengguna saat usability testing.

Abstract

Implementation of maintenance programs in order to improve the performance of power plants required considerable cost, while existing funding sources are limited. Prioritization of maintenance program implementation based on risk level is needed to optimize the performance of power plant unit and maintenance cost required. The process of determining the level of risk can be done with qualitative and quantitative methods, each has advantages and disadvantages. This research compared accuracy of risk number on main equipment of power plant determined using qualitative method, quantitative methods and combined method which is the combination of weighted qualitative and quantitative risk number. Weight of qualitative risk is determined by the engineers in a focus group discussion (FGD) based on technology and capability criteria of equipment such as condition monitoring technology, warning system technology, ability to activate protection system, and load pattern of equipment, to improve the accuracy of risk measurement. Result from the calculations shows that risk number generated from the calculation using combined method has the closest average value and standard deviation to the actual loss

Abstract

The Irrigation Water Utilization Improvement Program (P3-TGAI) is a program implemented by the Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Brantas (BBWS) which aims to improve irrigation networks by building tertiary/small canals. Kediri, Trenggalek, Tulungagung, Blitar are one of the regional packages that received the program. In the implementation of P3-TGAI in the area, there were problems with the completion of the program. Monitoring and controlling program are needed to ensure the implementation timeliness. Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis is a method used to estimate the minimum duration of a project by connecting each activity and determine the duration of each activity. This method is carried out through the stages of collecting secondary and primary data to identify internal and external factors that affect the speed of the program. Project management analysis method is used to approach the monitoring and controlling program so that it is timely. The expected result from CPM analysis is to get an optimal program design schedule for the implementation of P3-TGAI.

Abstract

Outsourcing has become the alternative scheme to gain improvement in several fields within a short time to many enterprises. One power generation in North Java implemented PM as planned maintenance strategy to maintain equipment by conducting insourcing and outsourcing scheme as PM execution. Both conditions must follow the same business process flow in PM execution process and there will occur some obstacles that interrupted PM process. The existing problem will be analyzed with House of Risk (HOR) method approach, supported by Integrated Manufacturing Open Systems Architecture (CIMOSA) process-based function modeling for identification method and Supply Chain Risk Identification System (SCRIS) risk structure identification used for mapping problem, root cause, and its relation. Analysis with HOR results in root causes that occurred within PM implementation process for both of them commonly has the same problem that is process business acknowledgment, but in outsourcing scheme not exist root cause on culture compliance and work task requirement, because they have a descriptive target to obtain service level agreement fulfillment. On both scheme still need an improving method to monitor and evaluate the PM work for better performance.
