Abstract

Clinical pharmacy services in primary healthcare centers (Puskesmas) are crucial components of the primary healthcare system. However, their implementation remains varied and suboptimal across different regions in Indonesia. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of clinical pharmacy services in Puskesmas within North Banjarmasin District based on established quality indicators. This cross-sectional observational study was conducted in five Puskesmas in North Banjarmasin District. The evaluation used 19 clinical pharmacy service quality indicators developed through a modified Delphi method. Data were analyzed descriptively, the Friedman test was used to compare service quality. Clinical pharmacy service achievements varied among Puskesmas, 36% to 63%. Puskesmas A showed the best performance (63%, good category), while Puskesmas D was the lowest (36%, poor category). Aspects showing good performance included prescription service time and generic drug use. Areas needing improvement included prescription review documentation, drug labeling, and implementation of advanced clinical pharmacy services. The Friedman test showed no significant difference in service quality among Puskesmas (p > 0.05). The implementation of clinical pharmacy services in North Banjarmasin District Puskesmas varies and requires improvement. A coordinated strategy for standardizing procedures, capacity building, and strengthening documentation systems is needed to optimize clinical pharmacy services at the Puskesmas level.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien dapat dikatakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh apotek. Jika kepuasan pasien yang dihasilkan baik, berarti pelayanan yang disuguhkan oleh apotek tersebut juga baik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Melia Banjarmasin yang meliputi ketanggapan, kehandalan, jaminan, keramahan dan bukti nyata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitin deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian terhadap 100 responden mengenai tingkat kepuasan pasien di Apotek Melia Banjarmasin menunjukkan bahwa kategori tingkat kepuasan dari yang terbesar secara berurutan yaitu pada dimensi keramahan kategori sangat puas (3,38), jaminan kategori sangat puas (3,31), ketanggapan kategori puas (3,25), kehandalan kategori puas (3,16), dan bukti nyata kategori puas (3,15). Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Melia Banjarmasin berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan adalah puas dengan nilai 3,25.Kata Kunci: Apotek, Pelayanan Kefarmasian, Kepuasan Pasien

Abstract

In the implementation of a clean and healthy life in the midst of a pandemic, it is the application of healthy living in order to maintain health and the environment and increase immunity is an important thing for all people to do. However, there are still very many Indonesians who do not understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Especially in the community among young people who still have to be assisted. This can be done by providing benefits to health and the environment such as maintaining a clean environment, regular exercise, and eating nutritious foods. In the city community, namely the garbage village is a big problem to conquer. To deal with this waste, it will certainly never be successful if it is only dealt with unilaterally by both the community and the government. The tradition of throwing garbage in the trash is still minimal in our society. Therefore, by providing a good example by cleaning up the garbage scattered on the streets around Kenanga Village. To provide aesthetic value it is also necessary to carry out planting such as ornamental plants, food plants, cooking spices and fruit plants that can be beneficial for the community, besides that for a pandemic like this, using medicinal plants is very useful for the community to get treatment. Medically, this is supported by the ease with which it is cultivated and contains various benefits in each of these medicinal plants which can be used to increase immunity in the body.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Lansia merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap penyakit kronis seperti hipertensi dan diabetes, yang memerlukan pengelolaan obat secara tepat. Ketidaktepatan penggunaan obat dapat menimbulkan efek samping dan mengurangi efektivitas terapi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman lansia tentang penggunaan obat serta memberikan edukasi berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan (tekanan darah dan gula darah) di Posyandu Puntik Luar, Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan. Metode : Menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan health screening dan wawancara terstruktur pada 40 lansia. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 80% lansia menderita hipertensi, sedangkan 20% normal. Untuk gula darah, 80% normal dan 20% diabetes. Terdapat 25% lansia yang belum memahami cara penggunaan obat dengan benar, termasuk aturan minum dan indikasi obat. Kesimpulan : Tingginya prevalensi hipertensi dan kurangnya pemahaman penggunaan obat menunjukkan perlunya intervensi edukasi berkala oleh apoteker untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.

Abstract

This training program, conducted as part of a community service initiative, aims to enhance English teachers’ competencies in integrating local wisdom and environment insight into learning, with an emphasis on teaching practice (peer teaching) and simulations using innovative media. The program was implemented through a series of training sessions that provided each participant with opportunities to practice teaching strategies, develop materials based on regional potential, and design authentic assessments. Pre-test results showed that most teachers were in the moderate category in understanding and applying local wisdom-based learning, with weaknesses in the aspects of authentic evaluation and material format suitability. During the training, the peer teaching model enabled teachers to provide constructive feedback to each other, while innovative media simulations encouraged creativity and technological skills. Questionnaire feedback indicated that teachers felt this method helped “bring the learning context closer to students’ lives.” These findings confirm that combining peer teaching with innovative media simulations is effective in improving teachers’ pedagogical skills while reinforcing the relevance of teaching materials to local contexts.
