Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The data analysis method used in this study was PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that work flexibility and organizational commitment have a positive but insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
