Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator ekonomi yang umum digunakan dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan syarat keharusan (necessary condition) bagi pengurangan kemiskinan. Kemiskinan juga berdampak pada tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengangguran, IPM, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Kemiskinan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model analisis linier regresi berganda dan menggunakan data panel. Peneliti memanfaatkan data sekunder ialah bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), khususnya pada tahun 2004 hingga 2019. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa: pengangguran pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, Variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kemiskinan, pengangguran dan tingkat pertisipasi pendidikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di Jawa Timur tahun 2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan data cross section. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitan secara persial bahwa kemiskinan memiliki pengaruh negatif sehingga akan mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran, sedangkan partisipasi pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran serta meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia di provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini masih cukup tinggi terjadi di Indonesia, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Berbagai faktor berperan memengaruhinya, diantaranya pendidikan dan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat pernikahan dini. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study digunakan pada penelitian ini. Data dianalisis dengan regresi logistic binary untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi secara signifikan berpengaruh menekan angka pernikahan dini. Namun, hanya tingkat pendidikan yang terbukti signifikan berkorelasi menurunkan prevalensi pernikahan usia anak jika dianalisis secara terpisah. Oleh karena itu, selain kebijakan penguatan ekonomi, penguatan sektor pendidikan formal juga diperlukan agar risiko pernikahan dini dapat ditekan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), agricultural sector workforce, and rice harvest area on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector in Lamongan Regency, Jember Regency, Ngawi Regency, and Banyuwangi Regency for the period 2011-2022 . This research uses secondary data in the form of time series (annual) from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java Province. This type of research is quantitative research using linear regression analysis of panel data. The model in this research uses the fixed effect model (FEM). The research results show that simultaneously the HDI variables, agricultural sector labor, rice harvest area have a positive effect on the agricultural sector's GRDP. Meanwhile, partially the rice harvest area variable has no effect on the GDP of the agricultural sector in Lamongan Regency, Jember Regency, Ngawi Regency and Banyuwangi Regency in 2011-2022.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax has become one of the potential sources of state revenue in local tax income. However, despite its great potential, the realization of its collection still faces several obstacles, one of which is the low level of taxpayer compliance. Compliance will increase along with taxpayer satisfaction if tax services are made easier, more effective, and provided with greater service facilities by tax officers. The method used in this community service is an educational and hands-on approach, focused on socializing the use of the Surabaya Online Land and Building Tax service to the residents of Rungkut. This activity involves the delivery of theoretical material, followed by a direct demonstration of website usage. With the provision of this socialization, it can be seen that there has been a significant increase in the public's knowledge regarding the features and usage of the Surabaya online PBB service. The community also provided positive feedback and considered that the online Land and Building Tax service service is a very helpful advancement. with the presence of this online Land and Building Tax service, it can reach the entire community. Based on the results of the socialization of the online Land and Building Tax service that has been conducted in the Rungkut area, it turns out that many people have never used the Surabaya online Land and Building Tax service. Therefore, this socialization successfully opened their understanding of how to use it and what benefits they can gain from using it. With this, it is hoped that the community will become more aware of information regarding the Land and Building Tax

Abstract

The percentage increase in advertising tax realization based on data from the Surabaya City Regional Revenue Agency as of December 13, 2024 was 83.22%, this shows a large figure in the increase. However, the realization of advertising tax revenue must continue to be increased. This community service aims to increase the advertising tax revenue figure. This community service was carried out at the Surabaya City Regional Revenue Agency by involving several Bapenda employees through a series of advertising tax collection activities through a good approach to taxpayers. The results showed a large number of taxpayers paying, therefore there was an increase in advertising tax revenue. This step is innovative in the collection process between tax officers and taxpayers. Based on the existing results, it is recommended that good collection be implemented to increase advertising tax revenue.

Abstract

Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) merupakan salah satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang penting untuk mendukung pembangunan dan layanan publik. Namun, rendahnya kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat, termasuk di Kecamatan Sambikerep, Kota Surabaya, sering menjadi hambatan dalam optimalisasi penerimaan PBB. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan strategi penyampaian tagihan secara door-to-door, yang memungkinkan petugas berinteraksi langsung dengan wajib pajak untuk memberikan edukasi, menyampaikan informasi tagihan, serta membantu mengatasi kendala pembayaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan wajib pajak, meminimalisir tunggakan, serta mendekatkan pelayanan pajak kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengumpulan dan input data, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pembayaran PBB, di mana interaksi langsung antara petugas dan wajib pajak berhasil membangun hubungan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan kepercayaan, serta mengidentifikasi kendala teknis di lapangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of information technology in improving administrative services at the Ilir Barat Dua Sub-district Office in Palembang City. The implementation of information technology in government administration has become an essential requirement in the digitalization era in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, observations, and interviews. The results show that the utilization of information technology at the Ilir Barat Dua Sub-district Office has shown significant progress in administrative service aspects, although challenges still exist in terms of human resource competencies and supporting infrastructure. Based on these findings, this study recommends intensification of office application training programs and administrative information systems for village apparatus as well as improving the quality of information technology infrastructure to ensure effective services to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the Rebound Effect (RE) in the context of the circular economy (CE). This study uses a narrative literature review to review and analyze scientific literature relevant to the topic of CER. Many approaches in CE are still dominated by an engineering perspective, namely seeing the world as a linear material flow system that can be transformed into a circular one without taking into account the complexity of the market and economy. Based on criticism and thoughts about the risks of the CE approach, a phenomenon called the Circular Economy Rebound (CER) emerged. CER occurs when circular activities, despite having a lower impact per unit, actually trigger an increase in total production and consumption, which ultimately reduces or even eliminates the expected environmental benefits. Based on the mapping of potential RE in CE, nine causes were found, while for the dimensions of CE implementation, 5 dimensions were found that cause RE both directly and indirectly. The method for measuring RE in CE found that RE can be measured at the micro, meso, macro and global aggregate levels with econometric techniques and Input-Output analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of influence of the number of tourists, hotel occupancy rates, and the number of restaurants on local revenue in Batu City for the period 2011-2023. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained using a quantitative approach. The data are in the form of Time Series data on the number of tourist visits, hotel occupancy rates, number of restaurants, and local revenue in Batu City. Data were processed using SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the number of tourists, hotel occupancy rates, and number of restaurants have a significant effect on local revenue in Batu City. Partially or individually, the number of tourists has a significant effect, the hotel occupancy rate has a significant negative effect, and the number of restaurants has no significant effect on local revenue in Batu City for the period 2011-2023
