Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze service optimization, optimization of service time, and average customer waiting time at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. This type of research is a case study at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. The type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple queue model (M/M/S) where two or more individuals can be served at the same time by service facilities. Determination of the number of samples in this study using non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 100 customers. The results showed that the average time spent serving a customer at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo at counter A is 7.1466 minutes, counter B is 4.116 minutes, counter C is 9,636 minutes and counter D is 5.5248 minutes. The average waiting time spent by customers to wait in the queue at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo at counter A is 0.001656 minutes, counter B is 0.0009852 minutes, counter C is 0.005373 minutes, and counter D is 0.0005316 minutes. The hypothesis in this study is that the average service time and average waiting time spent by customers to wait in queues at the service counters at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo are optimal with service time and average waiting time customers spend waiting in the queue ≤ 10 minutes. Abstract

PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning is a company that produces products in the form of semi-finished tea. The purpose of this reseach is to determine the supply chain performance that is being carried out and to determine the optimal supply chain impact for the company. This research is a case study. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data. This research uses interview, observation, and literature studies as well as documentation in the data collection. Supply Chain Management Management at PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning which involves farmers, PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning, distributors, retailers, and markets have not run well and optimally. The supply chain that has been carried out actually has clear objectives and chain members who carry out their duties according to their roles, but in the supply chain the support from the supporting parties still cannot be felt by some chain actors, especially farmers, as well as limited technological resources can overcome the product flow which decreases during the long dry season.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of controlling raw material inventories using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method compared to the conventional methods of the company today. Raw materials are important in the production process, therefore the company must have sufficient raw material supplies to support production activities. If the supply of raw materials owned is lacking, the production process will be hampered. The inhibition of the production process will affect the amount of output produced. If the output results cannot meet consumer demand, the amount of profits the company will receive will also decrease, even the company's trust will also decrease. Roti Widoro is a company engaged in the food industry. In food industry companies, the production process is an activity that is very important for the survival of the company. Inventory is one of the things that must be considered in a production process because it directly affects the smoothness of the production process.

Abstract

This research was conducted to: 1) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment on employee performance 2) Analyze the significance of the influence of work motivation on employee performance 3) Analyze the significance of leadership influence on employee performance in CV EJS Group. This research is a survey research conducted directly and this study uses primary data from questionnaire answers shared with all employees at CV EJS Group. The study sampled 37 employees. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. T test results calculate the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of t calculate work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results count leadership's negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. F test results calculate simultaneously free variables (work environment, work motivation and leadership) have a significant effect on bound variables (employee performance). The results of the determination coefficient test showed the effect of work environment variables, work motivation and leadership on employee performance at CV EJS Group was 30.9%, while the remaining 69.1% was influenced by other unreviewed variables.

Abstract

Koperasi Serba Usaha Jatidiri Plupuh Sragen adalah badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang ekonomi untuk membantu masyarakat dalam perekonomian dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh koperasi kepada nasabah. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Quality Function Deployment dengan matrik House of Quality. Hasil penelitian ini pada lima dimensi kualitas jasa (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empahty) menunjukkan pada penentuan prioritas kebutuhan nasabah dengan memiliki nilai paling tinggi merupakan prioritas yang dianggap penting bagi nasabah koperasi adalah ketanggapan, kecepatan, kemampuan, keramahan, dan kesabaran customer service dalam melayani nasabah dengan nilai 1,8088, sedangkan pada technical descriptor yang diutamakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada koperasi yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan customer service dengan nilai 575.

Abstract

Facing the development of an increasingly rapid and technological era, utilizing technology is one of the most appropriate things for today. This research is a survey. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is an unknown number of IndiHome customers in the city of Surakarta. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Partially, the results showed that price, service quality, product quality and brand image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
