Abstract

Tidak tercapainya target penjualan Produk Nestle Koko Krunch akan mempengaruhi kinerja dan peforma dari PT BIS sebagai distributor tunggal, Beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab tidak tercapainya target penjualan adalah Kurangnya Strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan Produk Nestle Koko Krunch. Guna mengatasi permsalahan diatas maka perlu dilakukan suatu Analisa Strategi Pemasaran Produk Nestle Koko Krunch dengan Pendekatan SWOT-AHP (Analytic Herarchy Process) yaitu untuk mencari strategi alternatif yang paling tepat. Berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal perusahaan, faktor kunci internal yang merupakan kekuatan utama bagi PT. Bintang Intan Sarana yaitu Fasilitas,Peralatan,Armada dan Kantor dalam Kondisi Baik ( skor : 0.65). Sedangkan kelemahan utama perusahaan yaitu Reward Penjualan dan Mekanisme Kontrol, hal ini disebabkan mekanisme kontrol terhadap reward penjualan belum berjalan dengan efektif. Dari matriks IFE diperoleh total skor rata-rata sebesar 3.07 yang menunjukan perusahaan berada pada kondisi yang kuat. Faktor kunci eksternal yang merupakan peluang utama bagi PT. Bintang Intan Sarana yaitu produk koko krunch memiliki kesempatan untuk berinovasi (skor 0.44) karena citra merk yang baik selama ini di mata konsumen sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan penjualan produk nestle koko krunch. Sedangkan ancaman utama bagi perusahaan yaitu munculnya pesaing (skor : 0.26). Hal ini disebabkan karena batam adalah kota industri dengan mayoritas masyarakatnya pekerja sehingga tuntutan masyarakat terhadap semua kebutuhan yang cepat dan cenderung instan sudah menjadi gaya hidup, Makanan cepat saji adalah salah satu yang menjadi kebutuhan bagi masyarakat modern saat ini sehingga banyak produk sejenis yang bermunculan.

Abstract

One of the technological tools that are currently developing is a cell phone or cellphone. Although mobile phones are sophisticated tools, mobile phones are electronic devices that require batteries as their main energy source. This research produces an analysis of product development that meets consumer needs using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The selection of this method is based on user involvement. This study aims to analyze the product development of electromagnetic mobile phone charger technology so that it becomes an effective and efficient product. This product development analysis using the House of Quality method from Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is carried out by looking at the user's wishes and translating it into technical language (technical characteristics). Obtained 6 attributes and 6 technical characteristics. The characteristics of the quality of the material are characteristics that are difficult on the level of difficulty and are quite expensive in terms of cost estimates, for others, they are quite easy on the level of difficulty and cheap in terms of cost. Based on the development of the concept, the product design has a function to charge cellphones, as a promotional media, in an original and unique form, using ABS plastic material and using magnets. So this product is very useful for users to use it flexibly.

Abstract

Tassia Store was founded in 2015, where initially it started as just setting up a shop and has now switched to an online shop. Tassia Store is an olshop that sells bags, clothes, and shoes. the products that are sold are more well-known products such as prada, nike, addidas etc. Tassia Store also sells watches, belts, and bags with various motifs for teens and adults. With the increasing number of fans on the Tassia Store. It is undeniable that fans of branded products have become a necessity today, especially for teenagers, then Tassia Store wants to develop its business by having a Web-based online sales information system. Tassia Store currently does not have its own website to market the products it sells. In addition, orders are still made by recording manually so it is inconvenient if a customer cancels their order. Currently, Tassia Store markets its products through resellers and online using the Instagram application media which is still an obstacle because the menu display regarding the product is not fully available, such as existing stock, ordering, promotion, and payment methods. Another obstacle is also a problem because not all customers use the Instagram application media so that the products we have promoted through the application media cannot be reached by all customers. Therefore, the Tassia Store still needs an expansion in the business of selling its goods so that it is easy for customers to order and find out information about the goods in the Tassia Store.

Abstract

Sistem Ecommerce Berbasis Web dengan Model Business to Consumer pada Olshop Princess NA dibuat dengan aplikasi pendukung seperti Laravel, Php, Mysql, Xampp, Css, dan Bootstrap.Tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Ecommerce Berbasis Web ini merupakan solusi yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam memperoleh pelayanan dan informasi, serta memudahkan owner dalam mengelola data produk dan pemesanan. Rancang Bangun Sistem Ecommerce Berbasis Web dengan Model Business to Consumer pada Olshop Princess NA ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) merupakan gambaran dari suatu usaha dalam merancang sistem yang akan selalu bergerak seperti roda, yang melewati beberapa langkah atau tahapan antara lain tahap investigate, analyze, desain, implementasi dan perawatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, study literatur dan wawancara. Penulis melakukan pemecahan masalah tersebut dengan melakukan pemodelan waterfall yang biasa disebut dengan model air terjun. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ecommerce berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh Olshop Princess NA sebagai media promosi dan penjualan produk kepada semua customer dan dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan di Olshop Princess NA.

Abstract

The Hang Nadim Airport Business Entity in managing employee data is currently still carried out separately or not properly structured where the data created by the personnel manager is not integrated and has not been managed unified in one application or program. The aim of the researcher is to build a staffing system at BUBU that can be managed and structured to monitor all personnel data in the form of a web-based system dashboard. The implementation of this web-based system will use FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) as a system development, life cycle because after the implementation and maintenance stages are completed, the system will provide feedback to the designed analysis, so that these stages are continuously carried out to improve the system. . The reason the author chooses the FAST method is because this method has completeness and is more detailed in the research and system development process. The system built makes it easy for employees to be more independent in processing data, and for the HR and General department admins have access to updating periodic salary increases (KGB) and regular promotions based on online.

Abstract

The goal from this research is knowing number of needs worker in the service for student. There is three objective in this research. The research use work sampling with time study. Research input is all of service activites for student. With observe and make pie chart diagram we make a conclusion. The conclusion is service for student has a good job, they have 74% productive activities. The most activites is servicing the student and we don’t need additional worker. But we need to know standart time for the service next time and may be this research can be use for another case in the university.

Abstract

Application for changes to the minimum amount of Taxable Goods in PMK No. 19 the amount of tax owed. As a result, there is a decrease in interest in sending through the post office, this study was conducted to determine the extent of the impact of changes in tax rates on shipping so that it can be a reference for companies. Changes in tax rates affect the number of deliveries at the post office. and there is a very strong influence or 91.3% of the dependent variable can be influenced by the independent variable, while 8.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement an archival information system at CV. Inti Jembar Sukses which can be used to manage transaction records and provide technological insights to leaders and staff who previously did not use information system technology with the system design stages using the waterfall method with five stages, namely needs analysis, system interface design. While the modeling used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Archive information system on CV. The core of jember success. The results of this study resulted in analysis, system interface design with UML modeling to create a system that can be used as an archive data manager and smooth access to company information that has resulted in the design that has been made. Archive information design on the CV. Inti Jembar Sukses where there are still several letter documents that have not been made due to time constraints and the design requirements are made online starting from the status of the archives and bidding documents.

Abstract

This research discusses the design of a public service administration system which is expected to facilitate the processing of public service administration data, the method of implementing activities carried out to achieve the success of the objectives of this activity through mapping indicators and data elements, field surveys, dashboard designs. The results of the design of a public service administration system with the waterfall model stages have resulted in a new system analysis UML modeling approach to systematic and sequential software development starting from the level and progress of the system in analysis, design, code, testing and maintenance of the system, with this system can maximize time and easily find data again.

Abstract

Perbaikan kualitas produksi merupakan aspek penting dalam menjamin keberhasilan proses produksi. Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penyebab terjadinya kegagalan dan juga memperbaiki dalam produksi Coupling. Metode six sigma dan merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab cacat pada proses produksi, metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) sebagai metode perbaikan proses produksi dan menggunakan pendekatan Kaizen yaitu pada konsep 5W+1H. Hasil pengamatan yang didapat adalah jenis cacat paling dominan pada proses produksi merupakan defect ovality sebesar 62%, yang paling besar disebabkan oleh chuck pada mesin CNC yaitu clamp gigitannya kematerial tidak sama rata dan tidak balance, oleh karena itu melakukan perbaikan dengan design chuck yang clamp gigitannya kematerial sama rata dan putarannya tidak goyang dan balance, sehingga defect yang disebabkan oleh ovality menurun hingga 36%.
