Abstract

Kabupaten Malang was given opportunity to explore the potential of financial resources by setting taxes and charges for the region to increase the acceptance of PAD. The research aims to analyze the contribution and effectiveness local taxation and charges  to the PAD of Kabupaten Malang during the last five years (2007-2011). The object in this research is an area of Kabupaten Malang, research focusing to discuss about the PAD, local taxation, and local charges. Research type in this study was a descriptive. Analysis of local taxation and local charges to the PAD in the research carried out using the contributions analysis tax and charges to the total PAD each year and the effectiveness ratio of targets and realization. The results of this research found that average contribution local taxation and local charges type in receipt PAD Kabupaten Malang during 2007-2011 is greatly fluctuates. The biggest tax contributions comes from street lighting tax, averaging 36,4% over five years. As for the largest local charges contribution comes from public services charges, averaging 22,73% over five years. The larger percentage of contribution of a local tax and local charges to the total PAD,  then the more big contribution of the  tax and charges to the acceptance of PAD  an area.  This research contributes to the Kabupaten Malang government to better see the potential area which is owned to add value to the contribution of local tax and local charge as well as improve the performance of DPPKA. Abstract

Perusahaan mulai memberi perhatian lebih untuk masalah lingkungan dan menyesuaikan strategi green marketing agar mereka dapat menerapkan sebuah kebijakan baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen gerai kopi terkenal di Indonesia yang mengedepankan konsep “green marketing” dan menerapkan green concept pada pengoperasian manajerial yaitu Starbucks dan Fore Kopi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun konseptual model untuk mendeskripsikan secara empiris dan mengkonfirmasi repurchase intention melalui pendekatan green marketing. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 208 responden, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variable green marketing mix berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention, ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki ketertarikan melakukan pembelian berulang dikarenakan oleh factor pendekatan green marketing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan..

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia merupakan negara dengan ekonomi digital terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Investasi asing pada perusahaan startup berbasis teknologi di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, sehingga lebih banyak membuka peluang kerja. Seiring berkembangnya startup di Indonesia, persaingan pada pasar tenaga kerja semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini akan menguji data tarik organisasi dalam memediasi hubungan employer branding dan work value terhadap niat mendaftar pada Perusahaan startup berstatus decacorn di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 477 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bila budaya kerja dan kompensasi serta benefit merupakan alasan utama para kandidat untuk melamar pada startup digital berstatus decacorn di Indonesia. Di samping itu, aspek pelatihan dan pengembangan yang disediakan pada pada startup digital menjadi daya tarik perusahaan di mata kandidat. Nilai kerja yang ditawarkan oleh startup digital berstatus decacorn di Indonesia menjadi daya tarik perusahaan sekaligus menjadi alasan utama kandidat melamar pekerjaan disana.

Abstract

Kampung Batik laweyan memiliki eksistensi daerah yang dikenal dalam sejarah Batik Indonesia, namun meskipun sudah menjadi salah satu destinasi belanja di Kota Surakarta, masih terdapat permasalahan dasar yang berhubungan dengan pemasaran digital yaitu minimnya penggunaan platform social media yang berbasis bisnis. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini pun diberikan guna menjawab problematika tersebut dan mendukung program pemerintah “UMKM Naik Kelas dan UMKM GO Digital” dengan memberikan pelatihan startegi pembuatan social media bisnis. Metode yang digunakan berupa dalam kegiatan ini berupa: Pertama, memberikan pelatihan oleh pakar; Kedua, monitoring selama dua bulan terkait materi yang disampaikan dalam pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah peserta mampu melakukan pemasaran online melalui social media bisnis dengan konten-konten yang bisa menarik minat pembeli. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 15 UMKM Desa Laweyan dengan antusias dan efektif. Kata kunci— Daya Saing, Laweyan, Kampung Batik, Sosial Media Bisnis, Strategi Pemasaran Digital Abstract Laweyan Batik Village has a regional existence known in the history of Indonesian Batik, even though it has become one of the shopping destinations in Surakarta City, there are still basic problems related to digital marketing, namely the lack of use of business-based social media platforms. This community service program was also given to answer these problems and support the government's program “UMKM Naik Kelas dan UMKM Go Digital” by providing strategic training on making business social media. The methods used for this program are: First, providing training by experts; Second, monitoring for two months related to the material delivered in the training. The result of this dedication is that participants are able to do online marketing through business social media with content that can attract buyers. Abstract

Women entrepreneurs in Indonesia significantly contribute in national economy. Traditionally, Indonesian society has a tradition of believing that women have more responsibility for the household. This study investigates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial goals and motives on woman entrepreneur performance through opportunity recognition. Respondents in this study are 220 women entrepreneurs in from several provinces in Indonesia. This study chose the Partial Least Square-based Structural Equation (PLS-SEM) model technique to analyze the data. This study successfully confirmed the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on opportunity recognition in women entrepreneurs. However, the researcher could not show the effect of entrepreneurial goals and motives on opportunity recognition in women entrepreneurs. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial goals and motives, and opportunity recognition significantly influence women entrepreneur performance.

Abstract

Siaran pers yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia merilis data bahwa kontribusi UMKM mencapai kurang lebih 61 persen terhadap PDB Nasional, dan menyerap sebesar 97 persen dari total tenaga kerja. Mempertahankan eksistensi UMKM pada saat ini semakin sengit. Terjadinya pasar bebas barang, jasa permodalan, dan tenaga kerja diantara pesaing nasional dan internasional merupakan faktor pendorong lainnya yang tidak hanya dapat memotivasi para pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan eksistensi mereka, tetapi juga menuntut mereka untuk mau bergerak langsung. Salah satu aspek yang sangat penting adalah aspek pemasaran khususnya pada pemasaran digital. Tema kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Strategis Program Mahasiswa Membangun Desa (MMD) dalam tulisan ini adalah Pemberdayaan Bisnis dengan Digital Branding dan Digital Marketing pada UMKM di desa-desa di Indonesia, khususnya di desa Wedoro, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan informasi yang didapat dari hasil diskusi mahasiswa lokal dengan pelaku UMKM setempat, diperoleh data bahwa banyak pelaku UMKM yang gagal mempertahankan eksistensinya, karena mereka hanya mengandalkan penjualan secara grosir dan tidak ada upaya untuk melakukan penjualan secara retail. Sebagai bentuk rasa tanggung jawab akademis, maka tim tergerak untuk melakukan pengabdian. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di UD. Tiga Putra yang merupakan salah satu produsen sandal di Desa Wedoro, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The growth of financial technology in payments provides significant benefits in transactions with ease and flexibility through digital scan barcode payments, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of  Security and Privacy, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, and Social Influence on Behavioral Intention in students using QRIS in Malang City. Quantitative research was conducted to examine the relationship between Security and Privacy, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, and Social Influence as independent variables and Behavioral Intention  as dependent variables  in this study. 122 students using QRIS in Malang were respondents in this study.  Multiple linear analysis was used as a data analysis technique in this study. Based on the results of data analysis, this study found that: 1) There is an influence of Security and Privacy on Behavioral Intention. The higher the level of security for using QRIS by students in Malang, the more likely they will intend to reuse payments with QRIS. 2) There is an effect of Effort Expectancy on Behavioral Intention. The easier it is to use QRIS for students in Malang, the higher the likelihood that they will intend to reuse payments with QRIS. 3) There is an influence between Social Influence and Behavioral Intention. The greater the influence of the surrounding environment, the higher the possibility of Behavioral Intention of students in Malang to reuse payments with QRIS.   Abstrak Pertumbuhan financial technology dalam pembayaran memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam transaksi dengan kemudahan dan fleksibilitas melalui pembayaran digital scan barcode, terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Security and Privacy, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, dan Social Influence terhadap Behavioral Intention pada mahasiswa pengguna QRIS di Kota Malang. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan guna menguji hubungan antara Security and Privacy, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, dan Social Influence sebagai variable inedependen dan Behavioral Intention sebagai variable dependen dalam penelitian ini. 122 responden mahasiswa pengguna QRIS di kota Malang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Analisis linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh Security and Privacy terhadap Behavioral Intention. Semakin tinggi tingkat keamanan penggunaan QRIS oleh mahasiswa di kota Malang, semakin meningkat kemungkinan mereka akan berniat menggunakan kembali pembayaran dengan QRIS. 2) Terdapat pengaruh Effort Expectancy terhadap Behavioral Intention. Semakin mudah penggunaan QRIS bagi mahasiswa di kota Malang, semakin tinggi kemungkinan mereka akan berniat menggunakan kembali pembayaran dengan QRIS. 3) Terdapat pengaruh antara Social Influence dan Behavioral Intention. Semakin besar pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, semakin tinggi kemungkinan Behavioral Intention mahasiswa di kota Malang untuk menggunakan kembali pembayaran dengan QRIS.

Abstract

The development of the world revolution has changed the paradigm and stigmas of organizational quality to increase competitiveness from various human resource perspectives. Increasing global challenges have made the employer branding strategy a concern for global research. This study examines the effect of employer branding on Generation Z students' attractiveness and employer choices at unicorn start-ups in Indonesia. This study uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study got a total of 200 respondents who fit the criteria. This study's dimensions of employer branding are work culture, ethics & CSR, diversity, and salary & incentives. From the results of this study, the dimensions that proved to be influential were Ethics and CSR, and Diversity. Besides, work culture and salary & incentives are not proven to significantly affect the attractiveness of Generation Z students to Indonesian unicorn start-ups. Social media is proven to have a significant effect on both attractiveness and choice of workplace (employer of choice) Generation Z students at Indonesian unicorn start-ups

Abstract

Research on Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Algorithms (STARA) is an interesting topic recently. This study aims to examine the effect of STARA awareness on turnover intention, job insecurity, and organizational commitment. This study used 171 respondents who were obtained through distributing online questionnaires to BRI Regional Office Pekanbaru employees. The data analysis used is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study found that STARA awareness has a significant effect on turnover intention, job insecurity and organizational commitment. This study also shows that job insecurity influences workers' intention to move when they have high job insecurity. However, this study does not proved that organizational commitment had a significant effect on turnover intention. In addition, the results of the study show that job insecurity can affect the effect of STARA awareness on turnover intention, while organizational commitment cannot affect the effect of STARA awareness on turnover intention. Even though, expectation of retraining cannot moderate the effect of STARA awareness on job insecurity.

Abstract

As the number of populations increases, the need for safe and quality drinking water also increases. In order to meet the need, drinking water refill business has emerged as a popular alternative, and multiple sources have mentioned that this industry had grown rapidly in the last few years. Such condition has become the onset for the establishment of Sumber Bening, a drinking water refill business. The objectives of this research are to overcome the challenges faced by this business and to devise strategic measures to develop the business through a business planning study. The data of this qualitative descriptive study waws harvested from interviews, observations, and documentations. The first stage in conducting in-depth analyses on the current business condition, whose results were used to formulate a business plan to derive strategic steps that can be used by Sumber Bening. The steps are putting on logo stickers on the packaging, extending the operational hours, adding operational tools, production process improvement, social media usage for promotion, delivery area expansion, human resource upgrading, and financial management enhancement.
