Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the environment, food, and way of life at Panda Hotpot and Grill affect the happiness of its customers. The study sample size was 115 people, all of whom were randomly selected. Questionnaires were sent to collect information. Furthermore, SPSS version 25 is used to perform statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and examination of classical assumptions and data quality. The test results represent that the atmosphere of the restaurant will certainly have a positive significance on customer satisfaction, with a t value of 2.615. Product quality will certainly have a positive significance on customer satisfaction, with the result t count 5,883. Lifestyle will certainly have a positive significance on customer satisfaction, with the result t count 2.469. Then simultaneously the atmosphere of the restaurant, product quality and lifestyle will certainly be able to have an influence on Panda Hotpot and Grill customer satisfaction by 62.5% according to the coefficient of determination data (R2). Based on these test results it can be concluded that the restaurant atmosphere will certainly be able to give a positive and significant impact, product quality will have a positive and significant impact and lifestyle will certainly be able to provide a positive and significant impact and simultaneously the restaurant atmosphere, product quality and lifestyle will certainly be able to give a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction Panda Hotpot and Grill

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Personal Selling, Promotion, Product Availability simultaneously influence the purchase decision of PT Maju Telekomunikasi Batam. Forward Telecommunications Batam. The phenomenon of purchasing decisions at PT Maju Telekomunikasi Batam, shows that purchasing decisions experience sales going up and down. This study uses three independent variables, namely personal selling variables, promotion variables, and product availability variables. The method of data collection techniques used in this study was distributing questionnaires using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, the number of samples used was 169 people. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the personal selling variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product availability has a positive and significant influence on decisions, and simultaneously personal selling, promotion, and product availability has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variables contained in this study had an influence of 56,7% on purchasing decisions. The remaining 43,3% was influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Koperasi dianggap sebagai pendorong pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat, terutama dalam industri kuliner, khususnya Food Court. Penyuluhan ini dianggap mendesak untuk memastikan pemahaman yang baik mengenai manfaat koperasi dan meningkatkan kolaborasi demi kesejahteraan anggota. Tujuan kegiatan ini melibatkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep koperasi, pengembangan keterampilan manajemen, partisipasi aktif anggota, memperkuat jaringan kolaboratif, dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang peran koperasi dalam pembangunan lokal. Manfaatnya mencakup penguatan struktur organisasi, peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota, daya saing di pasar lokal, menjadi model perkoperasian berkelanjutan, dan kontribusi positif pada pembangunan lokal. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pemetaan kebutuhan, perencanaan program penyuluhan, pelaksanaan sesi penyuluhan, workshop praktis, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan, partisipasi aktif, perluasan jaringan kolaboratif, dan kesadaran tentang peran koperasi. Kesimpulan artikel menekankan bahwa penguatan sumber daya manusia menjadi kunci sukses menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kompleks.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan menguatkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam penulisan karya ilmiah oleh siswa di MA Nurul Islam Ragang Pamekasan dan memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi ini. Latar belakang menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak pengolah kata, aplikasi pengelola referensi, dan platform kolaborasi daring dapat mempermudah penulisan akademik. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi ini belum optimal di kalangan siswa, terutama di daerah tertentu, termasuk di MA Nurul Islam Ragang Pamekasan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan yang mencakup seminar, workshop, praktik langsung, pembelajaran daring, dan diskusi kelompok. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dengan fokus pada pengenalan alat digital, penggunaan software manajemen referensi, dan aplikasi pengolah kata. Evaluasi dan umpan balik dari peserta digunakan untuk menilai efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan siswa menggunakan teknologi digital untuk penulisan karya ilmiah, yang tercermin dalam kualitas karya ilmiah yang lebih baik. Guru-guru yang telah dilatih menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dalam mendukung siswa, dan terbentuk komunitas belajar antara siswa dan guru yang berkolaborasi menggunakan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Saran untuk perbaikan di masa mendatang meliputi perpanjangan durasi pelatihan, pelatihan lanjutan, kolaborasi dengan institusi lain, dan penggunaan platform daring yang lebih interaktif.

Abstract

Pelatihan editor yang dilakukan di SMAN 5 Pamekasan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penyuntingan teks pada siswa. Sebanyak 36 siswa mengikuti pelatihan yang terdiri dari sesi teori, praktik, simulasi proyek editing, dan evaluasi. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor siswa, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 18,9 poin. Observasi selama kegiatan mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memahami kaidah EYD dan struktur teks dengan baik, meskipun ada sebagian yang mengalami kesulitan pada salah satu aspek tersebut. Dalam sesi praktik, siswa menunjukkan penilaian positif terhadap kualitas penyuntingan teks fiksi dan nonfiksi, meskipun ada ruang perbaikan. Simulasi proyek editing juga menunjukkan variasi keterlibatan siswa dalam kelompok dan individu, dengan beberapa siswa berhasil memimpin kelompok dan berkolaborasi dengan baik. Kuesioner kepuasan mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi di kalangan peserta, dengan 47,22% siswa sangat puas. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pelatihan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan penyuntingan siswa, namun masih ada aspek yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kualitas hasil penyuntingan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether training and work discipline affect work productivity at PT Duta Multi Karya. The research was conducted using quantitative techniques. The population used consisted of 130 employees of PT Duta Multi Karya. 130 employees of PT Duta Multi Karya were used as research samples using the saturated sampling method. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, training has an effect of 0.208 or 20.8% on work productivity (Y) at PT Duta Multi Karya and work discipline (X2) has an effect of 0.447 or 44.7% on work productivity (Y) at PT Duta Multi Works. The factor of training and work discipline has an effect on work productivity (Y) at PT Duta Multi Karya by 82.1%.8% according to the data of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the t test, training has a partially significant effect on work productivity and work discipline has a partially significant effect on work productivity, and the f test results show that training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity (Y) at PT Duta Multi Karya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work stress on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Sinar Cendana Batam City. Employees are the main factor to determine whether a company fails or succeeds in achieving its planned goals. Therefore, the performance of each employee needs to be considered by each leader, because reduced employee performance will have an impact on company performance. This type of research is quantity with a population of employees of PT. Sinar Cendana Batam City as many as 100 respondents. Statements are given using a questionnaire with census techniques, with data analysis techniques Classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that between the two variables studied, it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
