Abstract

SSmart home technology is becoming more popular globally, including in Indonesia. However, its adoption is still early, mainly due to the public's limited awareness of this technology. This study uses the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) to assess individuals' readiness to embrace smart home technology. This research was conducted using SEM PLS with 271 respondents selected through purposive sampling, using 34 questions with a 5-point Likert scale. Positive outlook and user-friendliness have a role in how people value smart home technology, according to the study's findings. Optimism, inventiveness, and discomfort all affecthow easy something is to use. Anxiety and unease can play a role in how we interpret danger. Smart home technology adoption is influenced by factors such as its perceived value, simplicity of use, and cost significantly and positively.

Abstract

Bukalapak's position as the fifth-ranked e-commerce platform suggests a decrease in the number of visitors, which may be attributed to factors such as customer satisfaction. To address this, it is crucial to focus on mobile shopping service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty to retain and attract more users. This study aims to examine the effect of mobile shopping service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty among Bukalapak users in Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a causal research design. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to at least 400 respondents who have used or are currently using the Bukalapak. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SPSS 29 as well as the AMOS 26 program. The analysis reveals that mobile shopping service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty. However, the effect of mobile shopping service quality on customer loyalty is positive but not significant. Factors such as efficiency, fulfillment, responsiveness, and contact demonstrate a significant and positive relationship with both customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), the challenges in the world of education are increasingly complex, where teachers are not only required to master teaching materials, but also must be able to utilize technology effectively in interactive learning processes. The purpose of this activity is to improve teacher competence in organizing interactive classes by utilizing technology. The existing problem is that teachers who are the target of community service still have difficulty in integrating ICT into their learning process due to lack of knowledge about educational software, interactive learning applications, inability to design interactive classes, and limited access to relevant digital resources. As a solution, a training workshop was conducted which included theoretical sessions on the concept of ICT in education as well as practical sessions involving exercises in the use of software and learning applications. The results obtained showed a significant increase in the assessment results before and after the training. From these results, it can be generally concluded that the implementation of the training has provided results as expected where there is an increase in the participants' understanding of the interactive learning process. These results are important because they show that the interactive learning process based on ICT can improve the participants' understanding by experiencing the interactive learning experience directly.ABSTRAKSeiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), tantangan dalam dunia menjadi pendidikan semakin kompleks, di mana guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai materi ajar, tetapi juga harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran yang interaktif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyelenggarakan kelas yang interaktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Permasalahan yang ada adalah guru yang menjadi target pengabdian masyarakat masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan TIK ke dalam proses pembelajaran mereka akibat kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perangkat lunak pendidikan, aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif, ketidakmampuan dalam merancang kelas interaktif, dan keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya digital yang relevan. Sebagai solusinya, dilakukan lokakarya pelatihan yang mencakup sesi teoritis tentang konsep TIK dalam pendidikan serta sesi praktis yang melibatkan latihan penggunaan perangkat lunak dan aplikasi pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil penilaian sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dari hasil tersebut, maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan sudah memberikan hasil yang sesuai harapan di mana  terdapat peningkatan pemahaman para peserta mengenai proses pembelajaran interaktif. Hasil ini penting karena menunjukkan bahwa proses belajar interaktif berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para peserta dengan merasakan langsung pengalaman belajar interaktif.

Abstract

The world of transportation is an important part of this modern era, and technology and innovation in improving the performance of the vehicles we use every day can be useful for increasing the value of activities that depend on this aspect of transportation. Indonesia has started a transition in implementing electric vehicles, one of which is electric cars. Currently, Indonesia has 69,763 electric cars operating on Indonesian roads, but this figure is still very small compared to the Indonesian government's target of 2 million electric cars by 2030. The government has also made this implementation easier with the help of VAT discounts for cars. electricity, but it is still not enough to increase the development of electric cars in Indonesia to achieve the target in the next 6 years. This research aims to determine the influence of Perceived Value or can be interpreted as the value perceived by Indonesian consumers which influences the intensity of buying electric cars. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires online to as many respondents as 350 respondents across Indonesia, will be processed and analyzed using the (PLS-SEM) or Partial Least Square Structure Equation model. The finding reveal that perceived value has positive effect on purchase intention through consideration of value in benefits and also risk of EV. additionally, Information overload is negatively affecting the result of perceived value toward purchase intention.

Abstract

Research in the field of health is closely related to experiments on living beings, particularly humans. Determining the appropriate sample size and sampling techniques in health research is a crucial aspect to ensure the quality of research outcomes. An adequate sample size ensures that the data obtained is reliable and representative, while the selection of appropriate sampling techniques enhances the validity and generalizability of the findings. Therefore, careful planning at this stage will significantly contribute to the integrity and credibility of research in the field of Pharmacy. This Community Service activity aims to enhance the capabilities of students and lecturers at the Indonesian School of Pharmacy (STFI) Bandung in conducting health research. The activities conducted include training and workshops in statistics, specifically related to determining the technical aspects and sample size for research. The method used involves in-person training for participants, as well as measuring research outcomes based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. The comparison is conducted using the Wilcoxon test analysis technique to assess the significance of the differences between pre-test and post-test results. The results of this activity indicate a statistically significant increase in students' knowledge regarding the understanding of determining sampling techniques and minimum sample sizes.ABSTRAKPenelitian di bidang kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan ujicoba pada makhluk hidup, terutama manusia. Penentuan ukuran dan teknik sampling yang tepat dalam penelitian di bidang kesehatan merupakan aspek krusial untuk menjamin kualitas hasil penelitian. Ukuran sampel yang memadai memastikan bahwa data yang diperoleh dapat diandalkan dan representatif, sementara pemilihan teknik sampling yang sesuai meningkatkan validitas dan generalisasi temuan. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan yang teliti dalam tahap ini akan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap integritas dan kredibilitas penelitian di bidang Farmasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dan dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Indonesia (STFI) Bandung dalam melakukan penelitian di bidang kesehatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan dan workshop di bidang statistika khususnya terkait penentuan teknis dan besar sample penelitian. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan secara luring kepada peserta, serta pengukuran hasil penelitian berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Perbandingan dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat signifikansi dari perbedaan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa yang signifikan secara statistika berkaitan dengan pemahaman mengenai penentuan teknik dan besar sampel minimal. Pelatihan ini efektif dan berdampak positif, sehingga model ini dapat diterapkan di topik pengabdian masyarakat lainnya.

Abstract

The Purba Danarta Foundation (YPD) carries out community development activities, particularly in the area of improving the economy of small communities and has many MSMEs assisted spread across various locations in Semarang. There are two main problems: the need for MSMEs to have graphic content creation skills to support their digital marketing and the lack of teaching resources to provide such materials. This community service activity aims to provide content creation training using Canva to MSMEs assisted. The training was conducted face-to-face and through direct practice, while test data was further evaluated using descriptive methods to determine the training's impact. The program was generally successful in increasing participants' knowledge of Canva. Participants demonstrated a good understanding of Canva's basic functions as a graphic design tool and the ability to produce output in various formats, as well as being able to master the important aspects of designing attractive visual content. There are areas that require more attention, especially related to collaboration features and the initial steps in creating an account.ABSTRAKYayasan Purba Danarta (YPD) menjalankan kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat, khususnya dalam bidang peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat kecil dan memiliki banyak UMKM binaan yang tersebar di berbagai lokasi di Semarang. Terdapat dua permasalahan utama yaitu kebutuhan UMKM untuk memiliki keterampilan membuat konten grafis untuk mendukung pemasaran digital mereka dan belum adanya sumber daya pengajar yang dapat memberikan materi tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten menggunakan Canva pada UMKM binaannya. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan praktik langsung dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 32 orang, sementara data hasil tes dievaluasi lebih lanjut menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui dampak pelatihan. Program ini secara umum berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang Canva. Peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik tentang fungsi dasar Canva sebagai alat desain grafis dan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan luaran dalam berbagai format, serta mampu menguasai aspek-aspek penting dalam mendesain konten visual yang menarik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat menjawab permasalahan pada UMKM binaan YPD. Namun demikian masih terdapat area yang memerlukan perhatian lebih, terutama terkait dengan fitur-fitur kolaborasi dan langkah-langkah awal dalam membuat akun.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan siber bagi pelaku UMKM binaan Yayasan Purba Danarta (YPD) Semarang melalui pelatihan yang difasilitasi oleh dosen Universitas Telkom. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan berupa pelatihan interaktif dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test kepada 34 peserta dari berbagai kecamatan di Semarang untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dan praktik keamanan siber, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 10,18 dibandingkan dengan pre-test sebesar 5,64 (nilai p < 0,05). Simpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan keamanan siber efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapan pelaku UMKM dalam menghadapi ancaman siber di era digital. Abstract

Abstrak: Keberadaan website merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menyampaikan informasi bagi sebuah desa wisata. Untuk dapat menjalankan fungsinya sebagai media promosi, website memerlukan peran aktif masyarakat untuk mengelola konten yang ditampilkan secara teratur. Pengelolaan konten website ini memerlukan keterampilan dan komitmen khusus dari masyarakat sasar. Melalui kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan soft skill dan hard skill nya untuk dapat mengelola konten website desa secara mandiri. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut diperlukan tiga tahap, yaitu metode ceramah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya website dalam promosi, workshop pengelolaan konten website, dan proses pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat desa wisata sebanyak 40 orang pada saat workshop, dan untuk pendampingan pengelola website sebanyk 15 orang. Evaluasi yanga dilakukan adalah dengan tanya jawab dan pengisian kuesioner. Hasil dari penyelenggaraan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 90% peserta merasakan manfaat dari pelatihan yang diberikan dan lebih dari tujuh orang kandidat pengelola website aktif melakukan kegiatan penulisan artikel untuk konten website. Abstract: The existence of a website is one of the important factors in conveying information for a tourist village. In order to function as a promotional media, the website requires the active role of the community to manage the content that is displayed regularly. Managing the content of this website requires special skills and commitment from the target community. Through this workshop and mentoring activity, it is hoped that the community can improve their soft skills and hard skills to be able to manage the content of the village website independently. To achieve this, three stages are needed, namely the lecture method is carried out to increase awareness of the importance of websites in promotion, website content management workshops, and ongoing mentoring processes. The partners in this activity are 40 people from the tourist village community during the workshop, and 15 people for mentoring website managers. The evaluation carried out was through questions and answers and filling out questionnaires. The results of this community service activity showed that more than 90% of participants felt the benefits of the training provided and more than seven candidate website managers actively wrote articles for website content.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to find out if there are any significant duration/visit difference between potential customers who come from direct, search and referral traffic sources in a service provider web site. Sample data were collected from google analytics then analyzed using descriptive statistic and ANOVA. The result shows that duration/visit from referral is the lowest and direct is the highest compare to other traffic sources.

Abstract

Not all educators have sufficient skills and experience in writing books, especially for young educators who are still in the early stages of their academic careers.  To overcome these problems, a training program is needed that can provide an in-depth understanding of effective book writing techniques and strategies as well as assistance in the compilation process. Therefore, this Community Service activity is designed to provide book writing training to more than 60 young educators at the FKIP, University of Bengkulu with methods that include lectures, demonstrations, and Question and Answers sessions. To measure the effectiveness of this activity, we employ Mann-Whitney test procedure. The training proven to have significant improvement effect on the participants score results of their book writing knowledge.
