Abstract

The background of this research is the idea that successful organizational is having a role in increasing performs of employees. Performance is what people achieve and how they achieve it. The high performance is influenced by the strong and adaptability culture and high work morale. The culture can create a high morale foundation. Organizational culture exist to explain the values that were distributed, the principles, traditions and ways of doing things, which affect how members organization act in running the organization, and work morale means the attitude of individuals and groups toward their work environment and toward voluntary cooperation to give the full extent of their ability in the best interest of the organization. The limited question of this research is there any contributions between: corporate culture with employee performance, corporate culture with work morale, work morale with employee performance, corporate culture and work morale with employee performance. The design of this research applies survey method with marketing employees of banking institutions in Jakarta. The method of this research is using path analysis. The result showed that there is significant contribution between : (1) corporate culture and employee performance, (2) corporate culture and work morale, (3) work morale and employee performance (4) corporate culture and also work morale with employee performance. Corporate culture through the work of morale formation is more dominant contribution to employee performance. Abstract

The success of manufacturing companies managing employee productivity will determine the company's continuity in maintaining its position in the manufacturing industry. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and intrinsic motivation on employee productivity of the stamping department of PT MXX, which is one of the major companies in the motor vehicle processing industry in Indonesia. Using saturated sampling techniques, the total population in this study was 118 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that only compensation that affects employee productivity, work discipline and intrinsic motivation does not affect the productivity of PT MXX employees which may be caused by the characteristics of the work characteristics of the stamping department and the characteristics of the population dominated by male sex employees with young adults who emphasize the meaning the importance of the compensation they receive as a result of their work productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine any factors that may affect employee performance. Variables to be study is the influence of training, compensation, motivation, and discipline. The methods used in this research is descriptive method and causality with multiple regression method to test the hypothesis. The population of this study are all permanent employees of PT. X at Jakarta totaling 72 employees. Data for the study comes from the primary data by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to employees. The sampling method using saturated sampling method. The empirical results of this study indicate that the training, compensation and diciipline each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while motivation has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities during the internship at MAP Retail Academy through the Independent Campus Certified Internship Program organized by the Ministry of Education. This report will explain the author's daily activities as part of the HR Training Intern. This internship report contains the author's activities as a trainer in the Academic division at MAP Retail Academy. In addition to the daily activities regarding the work given, this report will also explain non routine activities provided by MAP Retail Academy and projects outside of the author's daily activities. This program has been running effectively and efficiently in training apprentices to be able to apply learned knowledge, skills, and attitudes such as effective communication, time management, and project management into work related to training.

Abstract

This internship report aims to explain the author's activities during the internship at PT. Mitra Akademi Perkasa (MAP Retail Academy) through the Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program organized by the Ministry of Education. This program is held to improve abilities and skills, so that they are in accordance with the needs of the world of work in the future. This report will explain about the company, the daily activities of the Author as part of the training and development team and how the work is divided. In addition to daily activities regarding the work provided, this report will explain other activities such as project that provided by PT. Mitra Akademi Perkasa.The results of the program that has been carried out for four and a half months are felt to be effective and efficient. Because in less than 5 months the author gain valuable experience and can fully contribute to the work done, especially in the field of human resources

Abstract

This report contains the author's activities while participating in Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, the main objective of this program is to provide direct work experience mentored by practitioners who are experts in their fields. In this report, the author will explain about the company, daily activities carried out include training administration and also projects regarding e-learning content development and the learning management system during participation as part of the corporate training division at PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. As a result of this program, the author was able to develop competencies from a technical point of view which includes administration, learning management system operation and e-learning content production for non-technical competencies development which include teamwork, problem solving, communication and adaptability in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia West Jakarta Branch employees and the role of the work environment as a mediator variable. This research was conducted using a descriptive causality approach and the PLS-SEM analysis method to test and explain the connectedness of the structural model. The sample technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples obtained was 57 respondents. The results of this study are that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, and work environment as a mediator of leadership style influences employee performance positively and significantly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine what variables can influence work ethic. Some of thevariables that will be studied are Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation. To test the hypothesis, this research uses descriptive and causality techniques along with multiple regression. This research involved 81 employees of PT. PQR at staff level. The data for this research comes from primary data distributed to employees via a Likert Scale questionnaire. Convenience sampling is used. The empirical results of the research show that the work ethic at PT. PQR is influenced by work motivation, while the work environment and compensation have no effect on work ethic.
