Abstract

Sistem remunerasi yang adil merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan pasien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara remunerasi dan kepuasan kerja perawat serta mengeksplorasi perkembangan penelitian di bidang ini melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan terhadap 162 artikel terindeks Scopus yang relevan, dipublikasikan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2023. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Vosviewer untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan pola perkembangan penelitian. Topik ini diambil karena pentingnya sistem remunerasi yang adil dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan pasien. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kompensasi finansial berperan penting, faktor-faktor lain seperti lingkungan kerja, dukungan manajemen, dan peluang pengembangan karir juga sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Jurnal terkemuka seperti International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health menunjukkan kontribusi signifikan dalam penelitian ini. Studi ini menekankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat, perlu adanya pendekatan holistik yang mencakup berbagai aspek, bukan hanya remunerasi. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penggabungan analisis bibliometrik dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor non-finansial yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, memberikan wawasan baru bagi pengelola rumah sakit dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang sistem remunerasi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Katarak adalah penyebab utama kebutaan yang dapat dicegah secara global, dengan proporsi kasus yang signifikan terjadi di negara berpenghasilan rendah akibat keterbatasan akses terhadap solusi bedah yang terjangkau. Phacoemulsifikasi telah menjadi standar emas untuk operasi katarak karena hasilnya yang superior dan efisiensinya. Namun, biaya tinggi yang terkait dengan prosedur menjadi hambatan signifikan bagi aksesibilitas, terutama di lingkungan dengan sumber daya terbatas. Penelitian ini menganalisis tren global dalam studi terkait biaya phacoemulsifikasi, mengidentifikasi kontributor utama, mengevaluasi fokus tematik, dan menyoroti kesenjangan penelitian. Tujuannya untuk memberikan informasi strategi optimalisasi biaya dan akses yang adil terhadap operasi katarak. Pendekatan bibliometrik dan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dari publikasi yang terindeks di Scopus (2018–2024) menggunakan kata kunci "phacoemulsification" dan "cost". Artikel berbahasa Inggris yang telah ditinjau sejawat dimasukkan, dan data dianalisis menggunakan alat Scopus dan VOSviewer untuk analisis tema dan tren. Penelitian ini menganalisis 208 publikasi, mengungkapkan peningkatan penelitian terkait biaya phacoemulsifikasi, dengan puncaknya pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 38 artikel. Jurnal berdampak tinggi, seperti Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, mendominasi lanskap publikasi. Tema utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi efektivitas biaya, akses layanan kesehatan, dan hasil bedah, dengan kesenjangan signifikan pada strategi pengurangan biaya dan adaptasi untuk lingkungan dengan sumber daya terbatas. Institusi dari negara berpenghasilan tinggi memimpin kontribusi, sementara upaya penelitian dari negara berpenghasilan menengah berfokus pada keterjangkauan dan aksesibilitas.Temuan ini menekankan perlunya penelitian terfokus pada pengurangan biaya, kolaborasi multidisiplin, dan kerangka kebijakan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas. Mengatasi kesenjangan ini dapat mengurangi disparitas dan mendukung Cakupan Kesehatan Semesta (Universal Health Coverage/UHC).

Abstract

Health services cannot be separated from the demands of competition in all aspects. Good service management is needed to create the health services the surrounding community needs so that the community feels satisfaction with health services as one of the businesses that must be carried out. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample used for this study were all patients who were treated at the Berkah Sehat Primary Clinic, totaling 200 patients. All of the 200 patients who sought treatment at the Berkah Sehat Pratama Clinic between March 2023 and April 2023 comprised the population and sample for this study. The study's objective was to examine the impact of the clinic's doctor, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and patient loyalty quality levels. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the Amos application version 24, Excel, and Spss. With a factor loading value of 0.989, assurance receives the best ranking for doctor services. With a factor loading value of 0.957, assurance receives the best grade in the pharmaceutical services category. With a factor loading value of 0.982, reliability receives the highest ranking for laboratory technician services. Product quality has the greatest factor loading value for patient satisfaction, at 0.965. The statement that I won't visit any clinic because I am satisfied with the services offered at the Berkah Sehat Primary Clinic with a loading factor value of 0.798 and the statement that if one day my family or friends need medical care, I would advise them to visit the Berkah Sehat Pratama Clinic with a loading factor value of 0.798 represent the highest assessments of patient loyalty. The results of the direct impact analysis show that doctors service quality, pharmacy service quality, and laboratory technician service quality influence patient loyalty. Patient satisfaction can influence the impact of the quality of service of doctors, pharmaceutical companies and laboratory technicians on loyalty at Berkah Sehat Primary Clinic.

Abstract

The problem with IUP SUMANTO is that it has n   systematically taken performance measurements with a particular model. The supply of materials in the form of mined sand has problems so it experiences delays and also has an impact on shipping to sand depots to consumers. With this problem, the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is considered not optimal, so research is needed to measure its performance from the company's supply chain. This study aims to measure the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method in order to optimize every activity in the company's SCM. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through direct observation, interviewing company experts along with filling out special questionnaires and documentation. Performance measurement will focus on five core processes, namely Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. There are 18 indicators studied with indicators that have the attributes of Reliability, Responsiveness, Agility. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is used to obtain weighting results so that the performance assessment is more precise. The final value is obtained by multiplying the performance value with the weight of importance. This research was conducted at a sand mining company in Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that the performance of SCM in the sand mining company is in the good category with a final performance rating of 77.05 from a scale of 0 to 100. For indicators that have a low performance rating below 70, suggestions for improvement will be given. One of the proposed improvements is to provide training and certification to employees. The company is expected to be able to make improvements according to the suggestions given based on the research that has been done.
