Abstract

Maqamat is the level of a servant before Allah in terms of worship and spiritual exercises he does. Maqamat also contained in the book Salalim Al-Fudala by Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani. The existence of maqamat is very important in the spiritual journey of a salik to get to Allah. With this background, this research aims to: 1). knowing the maqamat concept of Sheikh Nawawi al Bantani in the book Salalim Al-Fuḍala; 2). knowing the maqam’s contained in the Book of Salalim Al-Fudala. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani understands maqamat as a will that must be maintained and practiced by a salik. While maqamat according to Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani in the book Salalim Al-Fudala are the stages that must be passed by a salik to arrive at Allah by keeping and practicing the nine wills. According to him, the nine wills are repentance, qana'ah, zuhud, learning shari'ah knowledge, keeping sunnah worship, trusting, sincere, uzlah, and keeping time. In addition, there are three kinds of stations offered by Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani in the book of Salalim Al-Fudala which are not found in the various stations of other Sufi figures. The three types include; learn shari'ah knowledge, maintain sunnah worship, and keep time. So that these three finally increase the number of maqamat that exist in the discipline of Sufism, where the three maqam are not found in the maqamat concept of other Sufi figures.

Abstract

This research is motivated by agricultural problems in Semingkir village, where the farming community experiences a lack of subsidized fertilizer purchase costs, so other alternatives are needed in organic fertilizers. So Biosaka becomes one of the alternatives chosen by the KKN Batch 56 group at the 69 State Islamic University, KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The purpose of this Biosaka fertilizer-making training is to maximize agricultural land's fertilization level and reduce the cost of agricultural fertilizers. This activity is carried out in the form of observation and training with the target community of the farming community within the scope of Semingkir village. This Biosaka fertilizer-making training activity found that the farming community had the ability and knowledge of Biosaka elicitors and was very enthusiastic about carrying out the practice of making Biosaka fertilizer.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in education where children in Semingkir Village are not provided with proper education facilities, resulting in dropping out of school and having to earn a living after graduating from school. This activity is carried out in the form of observation and delivery of materials targeting students of SD Negeri 05 Semingkir Village. Coordination activities are carried out through socialization of the importance of education to provide a view of awareness of the importance of education to students. Socialization of education is carried out to support the program of the system. As well as education and counseling through cinematherapy to project and implement moral messages.

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya alam nabati yang ada di desa Lumeneng sangat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun pemanfaatannya terkendala dengan adanya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memadahi. Adanya optimalisasi potensi sumber daya alam nabati di Desa Lumeneng bertujuan memberikan kesadaran bagi masyarakat akan pengelolaan sumber daya lamam nabati dengan baik dan benar yang memiliki nilai jual. Penelitian ini focus pada bagaimana proses optimalisasi sumber daya alam nabati di desa Lumeneng, bagaimana implementasi dari optimalisasi sumber daya alam nabati di desa Lumeneng dan bagaimana pengaruhnya bagi perekonomian masayarakat desa Lumeneng. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini ditemukan proses optimalisasi sumber daya alam nabti harus dilakukan dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi dan Forum Grup Discussion (FGD) dengan masyarakat desa Lumeneng. Kemudian masyarakat dipetakan sesuai dengan potensi dan kuantitas sumber daya alam nabati yang akan dioptimalisasi. Sehingga melalui optimalisasi potensi sumber daya alam nabati, kesadaran masyarakat desa Lumeneng mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This article explores the impact of Tasawuf (Islamic mysticism) practices on entrepreneurial success, focusing specifically on jeans entrepreneurs in Wonopringgo, Pekalongan District. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a Tasawuf Akhlaki framework to understand how spiritual values influence business behaviors. The subjects of the research include three entrepreneurs, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Descriptive analysis reveals that the continuity of worship practices, particularly prayer, significantly contributes to developing entrepreneurs who are resilient and have integrity. The findings affirm that entrepreneurs who are consistent in their worship practices tend to experience better business stability and growth. This study confirms that integrating Tasawuf in entrepreneurship not only enriches the personal dimensions of entrepreneurs but also yields a competitive advantage. These conclusions suggest the importance of considering spiritual factors in modern business development strategies.Abstrak: engan fokus khusus pada pengusaha celana jeans di Wonopringgo, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kerangka tasawuf akhlaki untuk memahami bagaimana nilai-nilai spiritual mempengaruhi perilaku bisnis. Subjek penelitian meliputi tiga pengusaha, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan praktik ibadah, khususnya shalat, secara signifikan berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter pengusaha yang resilien dan berintegritas. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pengusaha yang konsisten dalam praktik ibadahnya cenderung mengalami stabilitas dan pertumbuhan bisnis yang lebih baik. Studi ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa integrasi tasawuf dalam kewirausahaan tidak hanya memperkaya dimensi pribadi pengusaha tetapi juga menghasilkan keuntungan kompetitif. Kesimpulan ini menyarankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor spiritual dalam strategi pengembangan bisnis modern.

Abstract

Background of the Study: The advancement of educational technology has entered a new phase with the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI), which offers rapid information access and learning efficiency. However, its application within Islamic education requires critical examination to ensure alignment with prophetic values. Historically, educational practices during the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW utilized various forms of teaching media, ranging from exemplary behavior, gestures, questioning techniques, to the use of concrete objects to enhance comprehension. This becomes a reflective basis for assessing the role of AI in contemporary learning. Methods: This study employs a qualitative library research approach through a review of classical Islamic sources, hadiths related to the Prophet’s pedagogical methods, and recent studies concerning the implementation of AI in education. Key Findings: The study reveals that the utilization of instructional tools is not a modern concept in Islam. AI represents an evolutionary phase of media use that shares the same objective as prophetic teaching—to support understanding, interaction, and value internalization. While AI may enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility, its use requires value-based regulation to preserve moral formation and learner independence. Contribution: This research provides a historical-normative framework for integrating AI into Islamic education while maintaining prophetic principles. Conclusion: AI has the potential to become an effective learning medium as long as its implementation strengthens comprehension, character, and spiritual awareness. Further empirical research is recommended to examine its practical impact in real educational settings.

Abstract

Background Study: Marriage is widely regarded as a foundational social institution that sustains moral order, regulates social relations, and preserves cultural continuity across civilizations and major religious traditions. Islam, Catholicism, and Protestant Christianity each conceptualize marriage as a sacred and morally binding union, yet they articulate its purposes, ethical boundaries, and legal implications in distinct ways. Methods: This study employs a qualitative library-based method, drawing on primary religious texts—the Qur’an, the Bible, and Catholic magisterial documents—alongside scholarly literature on religious ethics and family law. Through systematic textual comparison, the study identifies core ethical principles and examines their similarities and divergences across the three traditions. Key findings: reveal that Islam, Catholicism, and Protestant Christianity share several universal ethical values—commitment, fidelity, responsibility, and justice—while differing in doctrinal interpretations of marital permanence, divorce, gender roles, and reproductive ethics. Catholicism affirms the indissolubility of marriage as a sacrament; Islam upholds marriage as a sacred contract yet permits divorce under regulated conditions; and Protestant Christianity adopts a covenantal framework that allows pastoral flexibility, including divorce in exceptional cases. Contributes: to interreligious ethical discourse by highlighting convergent moral principles that can support dialogue in plural societies, particularly in contexts where interfaith marriage remains contested. Conclusion: the research underscores that despite doctrinal differences, the three religions maintain shared ethical foundations that can strengthen social harmony and enrich contemporary discussions on family ethics and interreligious understanding.

Abstract

Background Study: This study is grounded in the increasing moral challenges faced by young people in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI), where technological advancement and rapid information flow significantly influence behaviors, mindset, and character development. Religious education is considered a fundamental pillar for shaping morality, strengthening ethical awareness, and embedding spiritual values essential for navigating social change. However, its effectiveness in character formation depends greatly on community perceptions and support. This research aims to analyze the role of religious education in the character development of young people amid AI-driven societal transformation, using a field-based study in Randugunting, Bantarbolang Village. Methods: A qualitative method was employed through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, with data analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model—data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Key Findings: The community generally holds a positive perception of religious education as a source of moral guidance for adolescents, although challenges remain, including economic limitations and low parental educational background. Contributes: empirically to the discourse on religious education in the digital era and offers strategic recommendations for strengthening character education rooted in religious values. Conclusion: affirms that religious education remains relevant and impactful in shaping youth character when supported collaboratively by families, communities, and educational institutions.
