Abstract

STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di daerah Sialang Mungu Pekanbaru. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu Sosialisasi Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor menurut Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 dan Undang-undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011. Sesuai Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional, BPJS merupakan badan hukum nirlaba. Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011, BPJS akan menggantikan sejumlah lembaga jaminan sosial yang ada di Indonesia yaitu lembaga asuransi jaminan kesehatan PT Askes Indonesia menjadi BPJS Kesehatan dan lembaga jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan PT Jamsostek menjadi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Hasil observasi kami pada kegiatan pengabmas masyarakat, terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2014 Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) telah resmi diluncurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) kesehatan. Berdasarkan data Kementrian Kesehatan tentang Kepemilikan Jaminan Kesehatan, pada tahun 2014 masih ada sekitar 30,1 % atau sejumlah 73.847.239 jiwa belum memiliki jaminan kesehatan, dari total jumlah penduduk Indonesia sekitar 245.021.700 jiwa. Walaupun BPJS sudah berupaya untuk melakukan sosialisasi melalui iklan di media massa cetak maupun elektronik, namun informasi tersebut ternyata belum mampu menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat di berbagai daerah. Sehingga belum semua masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang program JKN, termasuk masyarakat di daerah Sialang Mungu Pekanbaru. Oleh karena hal tersebut, Program Studi Adminitrasi Rumah Sakit STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul " Sosialisasi Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Di daerah Sialang Mungu Pekanbaru". Dengan dilaksanakan pengabmas ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengerti tentang program jaminan Kesehatan Nasional.

Abstract

STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian di SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu pelatihan tata kelola koperasi bagi siswa di SMAN 12 Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru. Kebijakan pengelolaan tata koperasi bagi siswa saat ini sangat baik di terapkan guna untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Koperasi merupakan suatu badan usaha yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk kesejahteraan anggota terkhusus dan masyarakat pada umumnya. SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti telah memiliki badan koperasi sekolah yang anggotanya terdiri dari guru serta siswa sekolah itu sendiri. Guna meningkatkan mutu manajemen koperasi SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti, Program Studi Adminitrasi Rumah Sakit STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul "Pelatihan Tata Kelola Koperasi Bagi Siswa di SMAN 12 Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru”. Dengan dilaksanakan pengabmas ini diharapkan manajemen koperasi SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti bisa menjadi percontohan koperasi sekolah yang baik.

Abstract

The occupational health and safety management system (SMK3) is part of the company's overall management system in order to control risks related to work activities in order to create a safe, efficient, and productive workplace. The 5 basic principles of implementing SMK3 are: OHS Policy, Planning, Planning Implementation, Monitoring OHS Performance Evaluation and OHS Performance Improvement Review. At RSIA Zainab, the exposure of images in the exposure room uses a shielding door to protect radiation workers with a distance of approximately 1.5 meters from x-rays, in other hospitals that researchers have observed, the process of patient exposure is different from RSIA, the exposure process is carried out by workers outside the room. irradiation/exposure. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the occupational safety and health management system has been running at RSIA Zainab by examining 3 basic principles of implementing Management system OHS namely: OHS Policy, OHS Performance Evaluation Monitoring and OHS Performance Improvement Review. This research uses descriptive qualitative research through field observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The study was conducted at the Radiology Unit of RSIA Zainab in April-June 2021. Management system OHS at RSIA Zainab has been running, but from the 3 basic principles of Management system OHS studied there is 1 principle that is no longer running, namely reviewing and improving OHS performance due to lack of implementation, constrained by financial costs and evaluation so that it is integrated into the OHS policy program. In order to achieve the objectives of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Principle, the hospital must re-organize the OHS Performance Review and Improvement Program because to improve the OHS performance and improvement of the hospital, there must be a review and improvement of OHS performance.

Abstract

The radiation safety management system consists of seven components that must be implemented, namely radiation protection organization, radiation dose monitoring and radioactivity monitoring, radiation protection equipment, medical checks up, document archiving, quality assurance, and education and training. This study aims to determine whether or not the seven components have been fulfilled. The type of research conducted in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results show that the radiology facility of Petala Bumi Regional Hospital has fulfilled most of the components.

Abstract

Nursing services are a determining factor for success in hospital health services, because based on data it is stated that in almost every country 80% of health services are provided by nurses. 40% of health care providers in Indonesia are nursing personnel. Given that nurses are one of the important human resources in hospitals, nurses are expected to work professionally and loyally in carrying out their work, resulting in job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the job satisfaction of nurses in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The factors studied in this study were salary factors, interpersonal relations between co-workers and promotion opportunities. This research uses quantitative research. This study uses the dependent variable, namely the job satisfaction of nurses and the independent variables, namely salary, interpersonal relations of co-workers and promotion opportunities by distributing questionnaires via the google form link. The sampling technique is total sampling. The results showed that the factors of Salary, Interpersonal Relations of Coworkers and Promotion Opportunities affect the job satisfaction of nurses in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province and based on multivariate analysis the dominant variable that affects job satisfaction is the salary variable

Abstract

​​ The success of educational institutions is largely determined by the quality of education that can be measured through student satisfaction as customers of educational services. The purpose of this study is to find out how student satisfaction with the academic services of the Hospital Administration study program for students of STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru, knowing the factors and variables that must be improved to meet student satisfaction, knowing what factors and variables must be maintained to meet student satisfaction, whether the services received by students are in accordance with what students expect. The research data was obtained using questionnaires as a data-clumping tool. The dimensions used to arrange instruments ar e the dimensions that determine the quality of service consisting of 5 dimensions, namely: 1. Tangible, 2. Reliability, 3. Responsiveness, 4. Assurance, 5. Emphaty. This research sample is 50 active students of the 2017-2021 Class Hospital Administration who were selected using questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics to find out the level of student satisfaction, followed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to find out the level of interest and satisfaction of students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of PPE is a compliance that must be obeyed by the installation officer for the maintenance of hospital facilities and infrastructure. At Awal Bros Panam Hospital, which has many facilities for medical and non-medical equipment, so that IPSRS officers are responsible for repairing damaged hospital infrastructure. This study aims to determine the compliance of officers in using PPE at IPSRS at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. This type of research is qualitative, and the research used a Content Analysis model, the research was conducted on August 15-15 September 2022 at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. There were 5 informants in the. The results showed that there were no SOPs and books on the use of PPE in the IPSRS room, there were still IPSRS officers who did not use PPE in accordance with the SOP at work, there was still a lack of special training on the use of PPE, and there were no facilities for training outside the hospital. It can be concluded that the compliance of officers in using PPE at IPSRS has not been entirely compliant. It is recommended that there are SOPs and books regarding the use of PPE that are displayed in the IPSRS room, strict sanctions are given to officers who do not wear PPE at work, additional special training on the use of PPE is carried out, facilitating unit heads to conduct training outside the hospital. Abstract

In 2020 WHO gave the status that Corona Virus Disease -19 (COVID-19) became a Global Pandemic. Health workers who handle cases of COVID-19 are responsible for protecting themselves and others to break the chain of spread of COVID-19. One of the medical personnel involved in handling COVID-19 is a radiographer. The role of radiographers in handling COVID-19 in hospitals needs to be socialized more, considering its very important role in evaluating patient health and requiring radiographers to have direct contact with positive patients. For radiographers, the source of danger at work is not only COVID-19, but ionizing radiation is also a source of danger that must also be taken into account. The public must also be aware of the risks and challenges faced by radiographers in their work during this pandemic. The method used in this community service is by presentation or extension or education. This Community Service is carried out to introduce the role of radiographers in hospitals when there are patients with COVID-19 cases, so that these health workers can be more recognized by the general public. The target audience for this community service is SMA (High School) students with the aim of cultivating an interest in the younger generation to become radiographic health workers. As a result of this community service, participants were given knowledge about radiology, starting from workers (radiographers), the tools used to their role in the health world. The results of participants' understanding of Community Service activities, all participants understood the role of radiographers in treating COVID-19 patients in hospitals and 91% of participants understood what a radiographer was, and as many as 64% of participants were interested in becoming radiographers, and the remaining 36% of participants were not interested. be a radiographer. Community service activities regarding the role of radiographers in hospitals have been carried out well. Participants become more familiar with the duties of workers in the radiation field.

Abstract

The use of smartphones or so-called gadgets is currently increasing greatly among students. The development of information and communication technology has been accelerating so that without realizing it, it has affected every aspect of human life. The use of gadgets among today's students and students is a must to have. The use of the wrong gadget will have an impact on eye health which can cause eye health problems due to the radiation rays exposed by the gadget. This Community Service began with conducting interviews with 49 students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, which was followed by delivering material about the dangers of smartphones to eye health. Based on the data, 12 students experienced Minus and 37 students had normal eyes. The data collection carried out on students obtained the result that students who have normal eyes are still able to manage the time to use a smartphone, while there are some students who already have minus eyes unable to manage the time to use a smartphone. The activity took place smoothly where students were advised to reduce smartphone use because it can be harmful to eye health.
