Abstract

Appendicogram is the barium appendix examination in the form of photo that can help to see blockages or dirt in the appendix. The purpose of this study was to find  the Appendicogram examination management with clinical appendicitis in the Radiology Installation of Arifin Achmad Hospital,  Riau Province, to find out why there were differences in appendicogram examination techniques between the theory and the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province and to see the Appendicogram radiograph results with eight hours waiting time. This research is qualitative with a descriptive research design and a study case approach. The subjects used were 3 radiologists, 1 sending doctor, and 3 radiographers. The object of the study was 2 patients who had undergone an appendicogram examination with appendicitis clinical at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The results showed that the appendicogram examination did not need specific preparation. The patient was not subjected to plain radiographic before given contrast because plain radiographs on the appendicogram because it did not give any information. The patient was given a contrast of 50gr of barium sulfate mixed with 250ml of water. Post contrast photo 8 hours later, the reason for using 8 hours is because normal human peristalsis ranges from 6-8 hours. The results of the radiographic are visualized, namely, the contrast journey to the appendix is ​​smooth, there is no visible pressure on the cecum, the appendix is ​​not filled with contrast.

Abstract

Radiation consists of primary radiation and scattered radiation. Primary radiation is radiation that comes out of the X-ray tube, radiation that comes out of the object and is not in the same direction as the primary beam is called scattering radiation. This scattering radiation will increase the amount of radiation dose received. The closer our bodies to the radiation source, the greater the radiation exposure we receive. Based on the principle of external radiation protection to prevent exposure to radiation we can maintain a safe distance at a safe level and use shielding from radiation sources. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with an experimental approach. This research was conducted at RSIA Zainab in June 2021. In this study, an x-ray plane was used as a radiation source, a surveymeter as a scattering radiation detection tool, shielding as a protective device and a meter for distance measurement. Radiation distribution is strongly influenced by distance and the use of shielding, this is in accordance with the inverse square law theory which states that the intensity of light or linear waves emitting from a point source is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source or the farther the distance the smaller the radiation exposure, and the use of shielding as a protective barrier at the time of exposure is very effective because x-ray radiation does not penetrate with materials that have a high atomic number such as Pb which is used as a shielding coating.

Abstract

Nursing services are a determining factor for success in hospital health services, because based on data it is stated that in almost every country 80% of health services are provided by nurses. 40% of health care providers in Indonesia are nursing personnel. Given that nurses are one of the important human resources in hospitals, nurses are expected to work professionally and loyally in carrying out their work, resulting in job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the job satisfaction of nurses in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The factors studied in this study were salary factors, interpersonal relations between co-workers and promotion opportunities. This research uses quantitative research. This study uses the dependent variable, namely the job satisfaction of nurses and the independent variables, namely salary, interpersonal relations of co-workers and promotion opportunities by distributing questionnaires via the google form link. The sampling technique is total sampling. The results showed that the factors of Salary, Interpersonal Relations of Coworkers and Promotion Opportunities affect the job satisfaction of nurses in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province and based on multivariate analysis the dominant variable that affects job satisfaction is the salary variable

Abstract

Satisfaction there is very related to the expected services and the reality of the services that have been provided by The Khitan Anak Perempuan Clinic dr. Wawan. Satisfaction will be fulfilled if the services provided are felt to have been in accordance with the expectations of patients this study aims to find out the picture of patient satisfaction with the services of Khitan Anak Perempuan Clinic dr. Wawan. This type of research is quantitative using questionnaires. The study respondents were patients who received services at Khitan Ank Perempuan Clinic dr. Wawan research results get a total of 50 respondents. The results of the analysis fall into the category of very good or very satisfied. The conclusion of this study is the level of patient satisfaction with the services of The Khitan Anak Perempuan Clinic dr. Wawan.

Abstract

The quality of health services is a level that shows the perfection of health services, which can create a sense of satisfaction in every patient who gets benefits at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. Happiness will be fulfilled if the better the quality of service, the more satisfied the patient will be and will continue to return to get service from time to time because good service can provide satisfaction to patients following their needs and desires. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of hospital administration services on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This type of research is quantitative by using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were patients who had received outpatient registration services at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The results of the study obtained a total of 100 respondents. The analysis results show that all service quality indicators (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) positively influence the service quality of hospital administrative staff on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. There are two service quality indicator variables that have the most dominant influence on patient satisfaction in the outpatient installation unit of the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, which include the Assurance indicator 48.6% and Tangible 24.3% and show that 63.6% of the patient satisfaction variable can be explained. by the service quality of hospital administrative staff, so it can be concluded that the service quality of hospital administrative staff in outpatient installations greatly influences patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Service quality can be used as an indicator as a measure of customer satisfaction with a company. Satisfaction is the occurrence of feelings of pleasure or disappointment towards someone that  arises after comparing performance such as product results that are thought to performance or getting an expected result. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on outpatient satisfaction at RSUD Selasih, Pelalawan Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach, carried out at RSUD Selasih, Pelalawan Regency with a total of 67 samples of respondents. This research was carried out using observation data collection techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis used analysis of validity test, reliability test, univariate, bivariate, normality test and simple linear test. The results of the study of the quality of patient care, many chose to agree on each indicator, namely, thanibel, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, so patients were satisfied with the quality of service at Selasih Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. The results of patient satisfaction testing, patients are satisfied with the services provided at Selasih Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. Therefore, the quality of service affects patient satisfaction. From the test results, the patient was satisfied with the quality of service provided by the RSUD Selasih, Pelalawan Regency. The influence of service quality on outpatient satisfaction at Selasih Hospital, Pelalawan Regency.

Abstract

Since the enactment of the renewal law on the National Social Security System and the establishment of the Social Security Administering Body, health social security in Indonesia has been reformed and transferred entirely to BPJS Health given the lack of public interest and knowledge of the health insurance program provided by the National Social Security Administration. the government, its implementation is not optimal, especially in terms of health service administration and there are still many poor people who have not registered or become members of Health Social Security Agency in the National Health Insurance Program. In this article, the author describes the community service activities that have been carried out to increase public understanding of how to register for Health Social Security Agency and the importance of its use. Community service activities carried out in RW 03 Kulim Village, Kulim District used the method of material presentation, discussion and question and answer. Abstract

Mental health is the health that exists in a person where the person has a healthy soul and can carry out his daily life. If mental health is disturbed, then mental disorders or mental illness arise. Mental disorders can change the way a person handles stress, relates to others, makes choices, and triggers the desire to harm oneself. Some of the most common types of mental disorders include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and psychosis. Some mental illnesses only occur in certain types of sufferers, such as postpartum depression that only affects mothers after giving birth and sexual abuse. This counseling aims to invite and inform PGRI High School students how to maintain and determine what symptoms when exposed to mental disorders and how to avoid sexual harassment. The result of this counseling is an increase in knowledge, understanding, and awareness about the importance of knowing the symptoms of mental health and how to avoid sexual harassment at a young age.

Abstract

BPJS Health is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants benefit from health maintenance and protection in meeting basic health needs for everyone who pays contributions or the contributions are paid by the government. BJPS Health participants consist of 2 groups, namely PBI (Contribution Assistance Recipients) Guarantees included in the PBI health insurance, namely the poor and the poor. Fixed and unable to print total. Contributions are paid by the Government and not PBI (Contribution Assistance Recipients). Health insurance Non-PBI health insurance includes the work of wage earners and their family members. Work is not the wage earner and his family. Not workers and family members. Activities started at this stage included preparing places and events in collaboration with Posyandu, then preparing for pre-planning, preparing the agenda and consulting with community leaders and the health center, namely the Person in Charge of Health Promotion at the Tenayan Raya Health Center. Participants in this activity were 25 people, and the event could run smoothly according to the agreement. Residents of RW.06, especially parents of toddlers and toddlers who attended the socialization activities from start to finish. Socialization and counseling activities took place in an orderly and smooth manner.

Abstract

Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan suatu penyakit yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk berjenis Aedes aegypti, dan menjadi hal yang menakutkan karena penularannya dapat berlangsung cepat dalam suatu wilayah endemik. Bahkan dalam satu bulan, jumlah kasusnya pada wilayah endemik bisa mencapai puluhan manusia yang terinfeksi virus dengue tersebut. Pemaksimalan program pengendalian demam berdarah di dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas setempat menjadi kunci utama dalam menanggulangi penyebarannya.Penyuluhan ini penting dilaksanakan mengingat saat ini mulai memasuki musim hujan yang menyebabkan banyak nyamuk berkeliaran di sekitar rumah masyarakat, sehingga diharapkan setelah dilaksanakan penyuluhan ini, masyarakat dapat melakukan pencegahan sebelum terjadinya demam berdarah. Penyuluhan ini juga perlu dilaksanakan dikarenakan masih banyak nya masyarakat di kelurahan bambu kuning yang menumpuk sampah rumah tangga kemudian di bakar, karena tidak adanya petugas pengangkut sampah, yang menyebabkan nyamuk dapat berkembang biak di genangan air yang tercipta akibat air hujan yang tertampung di botol Kegiatan ini dimulai pada tahap mencakup persiapan tempat dan acara bekerjasama dengan Posyandu, lalu mempersiapkan pembuatan pre-planning, persiapan susunan acara dan mengkonsultasikannya dengan Tokoh masyarakat dan perangkat RT dan RW.Solusi yang digunakan adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang cara sederhana pencegahan demam berdarah di wilayah kelurahan bambu kuning. Diharapkan selanjutnya dilaksanakan secara berkala agar pencegahan penyakit demam berdarah dapat terlaksana dengan efisien dan jumlah pasien demam berdarah dapat menurun ketika endemik saat musim hujan di daerah kelurahan bambu kuning
