<![CDATA[The importance of the measles immunization vaccine for children up to the age of 9 months to prevent children from getting sick with measles or reduce the transmission rate in the surrounding environment, especially at the Gambir Health Center. This demand is still considered ineffective and there is often an oversupply of vaccines, which results in a buildup of vaccines in storage. The purpose of this study was to create a measles vaccine needs forecasting system using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method. The model used to build this system is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and trial. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, or smart phones for shooting or sound recording. The analysis technique for system forecasting uses the SES method, while the system testing uses a Blackbox. Our findings show that the lowest MAPE value was obtained at 49.8%. The results of testing the system using a Blackbox that all components in this system are already functioning properly. With this system, it can make it easier for related parties to predict the number of measles vaccines in the new Gambir health center.]]>

<![CDATA[Simple Moving Average (SMA) is a method used to forecast a state of affairs in the next period. This method is applied to determine the number of blood requests in PMI in the Asahan Regency area. Blood stock is an important factor to support activities in this PMI organization by paying attention to the condition of this month /period and predicting the next period. The purpose of this study is to build a blood demand forecasting system with the SMA method. The model used to build this system is a waterfall with stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The data we use for this forecasting is the demand for blood from July 2021 to June 2022. Data analysis used the SMA method to determine the rate of prediction errors in this system, while testing this system used a black box. The results of our products are in the form of a web consisting of the login menu, the main menu, the calculation results. The calculation results using the SMA method in our system are appropriate, and can display the number of blood demand stocks in each period. The results of testing the system using black box show that this system is running properly without any errors, and it is working properly. Therefore, the existence of this system can help pmi to determine the number of requests based on blood type.]]>

<![CDATA[The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of the methods in determining decisions based on predetermined criteria, such as employee annual bonuses. However, there are no criteria and systems used to determine who employees are eligible for the yearly bonus based on their purpose The purpose of this study is to create a system of supporting employee annual bonus decisions by applying the SAW method. The waterfall is a model used to build this system through analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data collection used observations and interviews, as well as data used by 20 people. The data analysis technique uses the SAW method by looking at alternatives and rankings of the results obtained. Testing this system uses a black box by looking at the processes and functions of several components in this system. These findings result in a system that can provide a decision to determine annual bonuses for employees using the SAW method addition, has been successfully implemented with this method. In addition, this system also has all its components already functioning, both from the login process to being able to produce feasible decisions and not determining the bonus.]]>

<![CDATA[Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that is often used to determine decisions in system making. To determine the soft-skill competence possessed by a person, a more in-depth analysis needs to be carried out based upon the criteria used. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision support system to assess the soft-skill competence of employees using the AHP method. This system is made based on the stages of the waterfall model which consists of analysis, design, implementation and testing. The collection technique used observation and interviews, and the amount of data was 18 people who were analyzed using the AHP method. System testing is done with a black box which aims to see the functionality to the system. Our findings are in the form of a web-based decision support system. In addition, this system managed to show the best employee with a score of 0.622, and all components run as expected, without any errors. So that this system can be used as a reference to determine the soft skill competencies of employees in this place.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) Mambang Muda North Labuhan Batu Regency is one of 14 Plantation State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in plantation business, processing and marketing of plantation products. The Company's business activities include cultivating and processing oil palm and rubber plants. In the world, Sumatra is known as a producer of high-quality rubber, more than 38,000 hectares of PTPN III Mambang Muda rubber land in Labuhan Batu Utara Regency are endeavored to produce the best quality latex in the world. Behind the production of quality sap, reliable employees are needed in processing the sap, therefore PTPN III Mambang Muda must provide an annual bonus in addition to the basic salary to boost the performance and work productivity of its employees. However, the problem that occurred at PTPN III Mambang Muda was that it could not estimate the amount of the bonus correctly in giving the annual employee bonus because there were no criteria in staff who had priority to get a salary bonus including work performance, work discipline, and years of service. using conventional systems, the closeness of managers to employees often results in decisions that are different from what they should be, this causes the results of the decisions to be incorrect. The method used in decision support for granting annual bonuses to employees is the Simple Additive Weighting method because this method can select staff from various other alternatives who are entitled to receive bonuses from the company which results from this study are able to rank employees of PTPN III Mambang Muda Labuhan Batu Utara Regency. Employees who get bonuses are employees with the top 3 scores, namely: Rudiadi with a score of 0.788235, Zulkarnaen with a score of 0.776471, and Arif Sitorus with a score of 0.752941]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Promotion is an award given for the work performance and service of the Civil Servant concerned to the State and in accordance with their position and class. The process of proposing a promotion at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Asahan Regency is still manual, that is by entering the required documents for promotion. In this case, the proposal for promotion is still manually using physical document certainly complicates the management process and the accumulation of documents. Therefore, the use of MySQL as database management and PHP as programming language will build an information system for proposing a promotion for Civil Servant at the PUPR office of Asahan Regency, based on web and internet that provides a feature for uploading proposed documents in the form of softcopy. Keywords: Promotion; SIKAP; PHPAbstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. <![CDATA[The teacher certification program is a way to improve the quality of teachers so that the quality of education is increasing. Where the performance appraisal process for each certification teacher is carried out every six months, namely by providing a report that is assessed by the teacher certification/standardization worker team, where the teacher performance appraisal report is still carried out in file collection and archived so as to allow for inaccuracies in the data and values given so that it This will affect the selection of teacher certification eligibility. The method used in this research is the MFEP method which is one of the methods of decision support systems. This method was chosen because it is more efficient than other methods included in the completion of Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Utilization of MFEP requires a relatively shorter calculation time. Based on this, in selecting the feasibility of providing teacher professional allowances or teacher certification, it is necessary to build a decision support system design for the feasibility of providing advanced teacher professional allowances at the Asahan District Education Office. The results obtained are the highest preference score of 4,435 named Siti Khairani Butar-Butar and the results of the system implementation can help performance in the selection of certification teachers. So it can be concluded that this system can provide convenience in obtaining assessment results effectively on a decision support system for the feasibility of providing advanced teacher professional allowances at the Asahan District Education Office.]]>

It also makes the rules of life such as ethical norms and regulations that apply in the real world also need to be applied to the digital world. Ministry of Communication and Informatics revealing internet users in Indonesia today 63 million people. From that number 95% of them use the internet to access social networks. This is deemed very necessary in providing knowledge and information on the benefits, threats and rules of using technology especially social media. The widest use of social media both for self-expression and for meeting user needs Of course it has an impact on other users. In addition, teenagers who are currently looking for their identity need to be directed in getting information and make positive and wise use of social media. Hal tersebut juga membuat aturan kehidupan seperti norma etika dan regulasi yang berlaku di dunia nyata juga perlu diapllikasikan pada dunia digital. Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo) mengungkapkan pengguna internet di Indonesia saat ini mencapai 63 juta orang. Dari angka tersebut, 95 persennya menggunakan internet untuk mengakses jejaring sosial. Hal ini dirasa sangat perlu dalam memberikan knowledge dan informasi terhadap manfaat, ancaman dan aturan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi khususnya media sosial. Pemanfatan media sosial yang seluas-luasnya baik berkekspresikan diri maupun untuk hal pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna tentunya memberikan dampak kepada pengguna lainnya. Selain itu remaja yang saat ini mencari jati diri perlu diarahkan dalam mendapatkan informasi serta memanfatan media sosial secara positif dan bijak. Pengadian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk seminar, dimana kegiatan ini memebrikan gambaran mengenai media sosial, dampak negatif dan manfaatnya, ancaman yang ada di media sosial, cara tepat dalam menggunakan media sosial serta yang terakhir berbicara mengenai UU ITE. <![CDATA[Abstract: Community service activities carried out by the STMIK Royal lecturer team with the title "Basic Skills Training Using Computers in Preparation for the Implementation of ANBK at the Elementary/Madrasah Level in 2021", in collaboration between the Muhammadiyah 1 Kisaran Private Elementary School and the Kisaran Royal STMIK whose implementation is centered at the Kisaran 5 Public Middle School. aims to help students of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kisaran in facing ANBK at the Elementary/Madrasah level in 2021. Through basic skills training activities using computers in preparation for the implementation of this ANBK, students and schools are expected to be able to carry out these activities effectively, efficiently, quickly, and accurately. <![CDATA[Abstract: Nowadays, the use of social media and e-commerce has a significant influence on people's lives and is supported by the rapid development of information technology. The existence of social media and e-commerce provides benefits to society, one example is in the field of independent business. This service activity is carried out in the form of socialization or delivering short material followed by a discussion where this activity aims to provide insight into the proper use of social media and e-commerce so that it can provide benefits to its users. Participants in this activity were village cadres in Dadimulyo Village. The result of this service activity is in the form of understanding material for activity participants who can later implement social media and e-commerce in creating independent business opportunities. Keywords: Social Media; E-Commerce; CadreAbstrak: Pada zaman sekarang, pemanfaatan media sosial dan e-commerce memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat. Adanya media sosial dan e-commerce memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat salah satu contohnya adalah dalam bidang usaha mandiri.
