Abstract

Efek magnetoimpedansi pada kawat tembaga yang dideposisi dengan lapisan Ni80Fe20/Cu telah berhasil diamati. Pengukuran dilakukan pada frekuensi rendah (20 ? 100 kHz) dengan variasi jumlah lapisan Ni80Fe20/Cu. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan rasio magnetoimpedansi meningkat secara signifikan dari 6,4% menjadi 50% dengan peningkatan jumlah lapisan dari   N = 1 hingga N = 3. Hasil pengukuran juga menunjukkan sensitifitas terhadap medan juga meningkat 20 kali lipat dengan peningkatan jumlah lapisan Ni80Fe20/Cu.

Abstract

Sensitive magnetic field sensor based on compensated double pick up coil has been developed. In order to confirm sensitifity of modified design, experiment carried out in two steps. Firstly, sensitify of conventional design is clarified. Here pick up coil as an active sensor and solenoid as an exitation coil is separately made. Secondly, modified sensor of integrated configuration is developed. Here for both active flux gate sensor and the exitation coil is made in same one core magnetic. Ferrite and standar foil soft magnetic is utilized in this experiment. In attention, frequency of 50 Hz is used for the whole experimens. A result showed that sensitvity of the integrated configuration sensor is much larger than conventional one. Then, power consume of the integrated flux gate sensor is much lower than conventional. Finally, a range measurement of the integrated configuration sensor can be realized less than 20 T which potential may perhaps sense a change of natural local magnetic field.

Abstract

Demonstration performance magneto - impedance sensor on the coil wire multilayer [ Ni80Fe20/Cu ]N electro - deposition results presented in this paper . At first multilayer [ Ni80Fe20/Cu ]N deposited on a Cu wire into a coil and then the sample is modified by the number of windings 2 and 4. The results of impedance measurements under the influence of the magnetic field shows that the magneto - impedance ratio increases with the increase in the number of windings. Magneto - impedance ratio changed from 15 % to 17.4% with a change in the number of windings of 2 to 4. The fact these results allegedly contributed their self-inductance value of this magnitude greater contribution to the increase in the number of windings.Keywords: Magneto - impedance sensor, electro-deposition , multilayer coils [Ni80Fe20/Cu]N

Abstract

This study details the nickel-substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticle employing natural fine sediment (NiCFO-fs) annealing temperature dependency of crystalline and magnetic characteristics. The NiCFO-fs nanoparticles were prepared by the coprecipitation method with varying annealing temperatures (200-500°C with increment of 100°C for five hours). As a comparison, Ni-CFO was also synthesized using pure analytical chemicals (NiCFO-pa). The XRD results showed that the whole Ni-CFO nanoparticles established an inverse spinel face center cubic (fcc) order according to space group Fd-3m for both NiCFO-fs and NiCFO-pa. There was no additional peak, indicating that Ni2+ cations successfully substituted in cobalt ferrite nanoparticles. In case of NiCFO-fs nanoparticle samples, a crystallite size (D) decreased with the increasing annealing temperature (Ta), namely 45.72 nm, 37.35 nm, 25.95 nm, and 20.51 nm. In contrast to NiCFO-pa, the D increased with the increase of the Ta, i.e., 19.67 nm, 20.74 nm, 21.99 nm, and 23.33 nm. Meanwhile, FTIR results showed the presence of metal-oxygen bonds at 551-586 cm-1 and 384-391 cm-1 at tetrahedral (k1) and the octahedral (k2) sites for both NiCFO-fs and NiCFO-pa nanoparticles samples. The VSM result showed that a narrow hysteresis curve was observed for the NiCFO-fs sample compared to NiCFO-pa. The NiCFO-fs nanoparticles owing the smallest coercive field (HC) of 79.5 Oe were attained for the Ta of 300°C. In case of NiCFO-fs samples, magnetization saturation (MS) decreased with the increase of the Ta in contrast to NiCFO-pa samples. Here, the redistribution of two and three plus ions in the sub-lattice k1 and k2 locations should be encouraged by the Jahn-Teller phenomenon through strain-induced magnetism. The findings of the antibacterial test indicated that the potential of NiCFO based on natural materials (fine sediment) was higher than that of NiCFO based on pure analytical chemicals. This result was also supported by the emergence of ZOI magnitudes for all NiCFO-fs materials compared to NiCFO-pa that was only at Ta = 300°C.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tipe-tipe dan realisasi penggunaan strategi komunikasi Code Switching yang digunakan oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama saat berkumunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa SMP N IV Surakarta. Obyek penelitian adalah tipe-tipe dan realisasi penggunaan strategi komunikasi Code Switching yang digunakan siswa saat berkumunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Data dikumpulkan lewat sistim pancing, siswa diberi tugas untuk mendiskripsikan sebuah kartun; ujaran mereka di rekam dan dijadikan sebagai sumber data membuat karangan bebas dalam bahasa Inggris. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan teknik induktif dengan memanfaatkan kerangka analisis Dornyei dan Myers-scotton. Temuan penelitian diinterpretasikan dengan menggunakan teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajar menggunakan tiga macam alih kode, yaitu: alih kode tag, alih kode intra sentential, dan alih kode inter-sentential. Dan ada tiga faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap penggunaan alih kode ini, yaitu penguasaan dua bahasa atau bilingual, keterbatasan penguasaan bahasa Inggris, dan sebagai strategi kompensasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan alih kode oleh pembelajar Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing merupakan hal yang wajar dan tak terhindakan. Karena alih kode merupakan salah satu strategi komunikasi untuk mengkompensasi keterbatasan penguasaan kebahasaan bahasa sasaran.

Abstract

Co-precipitation process was used for the synthesis of lanthanum-substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticles at several annealing temperatures (Ta), i.e., 200 °C, 300 °C, and 400 °C, for 5 h. XRD spectral depicted that the produced nanoparticles sample indicates a single phase of fcc inverse spinel conforming to ICDD No 22-1086. The crystallite size (D) calculation at the strongest peaks shows the increase in enhancing the Ta i.e., 18.99 nm, 19.90 nm, and 23.21 nm for 200 °C, 300 °C, and 400 °C, respectively. The FTIR results showed absorption band at the tetrahedral site, v1 ~575 cm−1 and the octahedral site, v2 ~474 cm−1. The absorption bands indicate that the lanthanum ions have successfully replaced the Fe3+ cations in the original cobalt ferrite structure. According to the hysteresis loop, the coercive field's (HC) magnitude falls from 700 Oe down to 550 Oe as Ta increases. This result is consistent with the anisotropy constant which decreased from 0.77×104 erg/cm3 to 0.56×104 erg/cm3. The obtained nanoparticles also showed superior performance (much larger than 95%) for dye removal of Congo red. Copyright © 2023 by Authors, Published by BCREC Group.
