Abstract

Akhirnya rasio MC 37,4% dan 50,6% diperoleh untuk masing-masing sampel A dan sampel B.AbstractThe magnetic field effect on the charge carrier of Spirulina sp thin filmsby spin coating fabrication by mean a I-V measurements is reported in this paper. Magnetoconductance measurements showed that the field required to achieve the saturated currentof sample B is smaller than the sample A. This indicated the mechanism of charge carrier recombination attribute to the degree of purity. Finally, a MC ratio of 37.4% and 50.6% was obtained for sample A and sample B, respectively.

Abstract

Perubahan ukuran kristalit ini disinyalir akibat substitusi ion cobalt dengan ion alumunium dengan jari-jari kovalen alumunium lebih kecil dibanding ion cobalt.ABSTRACTIt has been studied the aluminum doping effect on co-precipitated cobalt ferrite nanoparticles. Aluminum ion .was chosen considering covalent radius comparable to the radius of cobalt. The analysis of FTIR results showed that the change of constant force without and with doping aluminum ion on tetrahedral site was 0.23 N / m. The calculated of crystallite size from the strongest peak of XRD pattern indicated that the crystallite size reduces from 57.75 to 46.20 nm after doped aluminum. The change of the crystallite size was presumably due to the substitution of cobalt ions with aluminum ions since the aluminum covalent radius was smaller than cobalt ions.

Abstract

Surface morphology of Fe(III)–porphyrin thin layers was studied using atomic force microscopy. The thin layer samples used in these experiments were deposited by spin coating methods on indium–tin-oxide substrates at room temperature under atmospheric conditions. Variations of thin layer of Fe(III)-porphyrin were done by modifying the rotational speed and the concentration of the solution. The experimental results demonstrated that the Fe(III)–porphyrin layers were observed as discrete nanomolecular islands. Both the number of nano-islands and thickness of the layer increased significantly with increasing concentration. A layer thickness of 15 nm was obtained for low concentrations of 0.00153 M and become 25 nm for dense concentrations of 0.153 M. Conversely, the higher number of islands were deposited on the surface of the substrate at a lower rotational speed.

Abstract

Bismuth substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticle is studied for photocatalytic in this paper.  Bismuth cobalt ferrite has been synthesized by the coprecipitation method and low-temperature annealing treatment. The characterization results showed that the XRD spectral pattern is consistent with ICDD 221086. The crystallite size of bismuth cobalt ferrite increases with increasing annealing temperature. FTIR results confirm the available metal-oxide at number wave around 570/cm and 475/cm which is the appearance of octahedral and tetrahedral sites owing cobalt ferrite. The photocatalyst test was carried out by varying the catalyst mass and UV irradiation time. The absorption spectrum decreases with increasing catalyst mass. The increase in UV irradiation time causes the formation of more holes (h+) and electrons (e-). So that the hydroxide reaction occurs that produces free radicals. The results of this study indicate that cobalt ferrite-based nanoparticles have potential as photocatalyst materials.

Abstract

The magnetic characteristics of fine sediment samples from the Solo Basin are reported in this paper. Magnetic fine sediment was identified by magnetic susceptibility mapping based on sampling of 182 points. Then, a depth analysis (on 7 selected sampling points) was performed using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, which showed an iron oxide content of up to 55.42%, while X-ray diffractometry confirmed magnetite minerals with crystallite size ≤100 nm. Further, the vibrating sample magnetometry results verified the magnetic characteristics under a single-domain configuration. The characteristic magnetic susceptibility map showed that there is a lithogenic effect on sediment in the Solo Basin. In addition, anthropogenic activities seem to play a pivotal role in distributing magnetic materials.

Abstract

Demonstration performance magneto - impedance sensor on the coil wire multilayer [ Ni80Fe20/Cu ]N electro - deposition results presented in this paper . At first multilayer [ Ni80Fe20/Cu ]N deposited on a Cu wire into a coil and then the sample is modified by the number of windings 2 and 4. The results of impedance measurements under the influence of the magnetic field shows that the magneto - impedance ratio increases with the increase in the number of windings. Magneto - impedance ratio changed from 15 % to 17.4% with a change in the number of windings of 2 to 4. The fact these results allegedly contributed their self-inductance value of this magnitude greater contribution to the increase in the number of windings. Keywords: Magneto - impedance sensor, electro-deposition , multilayer coils [Ni80Fe20/Cu]N

Abstract

This study details the nickel-substituted cobalt ferrite nanoparticle employing natural fine sediment (NiCFO-fs) annealing temperature dependency of crystalline and magnetic characteristics. The NiCFO-fs nanoparticles were prepared by the coprecipitation method with varying annealing temperatures (200-500°C with increment of 100°C for five hours). As a comparison, Ni-CFO was also synthesized using pure analytical chemicals (NiCFO-pa). The XRD results showed that the whole Ni-CFO nanoparticles established an inverse spinel face center cubic (fcc) order according to space group Fd-3m for both NiCFO-fs and NiCFO-pa. There was no additional peak, indicating that Ni2+ cations successfully substituted in cobalt ferrite nanoparticles. In case of NiCFO-fs nanoparticle samples, a crystallite size (D) decreased with the increasing annealing temperature (Ta), namely 45.72 nm, 37.35 nm, 25.95 nm, and 20.51 nm. In contrast to NiCFO-pa, the D increased with the increase of the Ta, i.e., 19.67 nm, 20.74 nm, 21.99 nm, and 23.33 nm. Meanwhile, FTIR results showed the presence of metal-oxygen bonds at 551-586 cm-1 and 384-391 cm-1 at tetrahedral (k1) and the octahedral (k2) sites for both NiCFO-fs and NiCFO-pa nanoparticles samples. The VSM result showed that a narrow hysteresis curve was observed for the NiCFO-fs sample compared to NiCFO-pa. The NiCFO-fs nanoparticles owing the smallest coercive field (HC) of 79.5 Oe were attained for the Ta of 300°C. In case of NiCFO-fs samples, magnetization saturation (MS) decreased with the increase of the Ta in contrast to NiCFO-pa samples. Here, the redistribution of two and three plus ions in the sub-lattice k1 and k2 locations should be encouraged by the Jahn-Teller phenomenon through strain-induced magnetism. The findings of the antibacterial test indicated that the potential of NiCFO based on natural materials (fine sediment) was higher than that of NiCFO based on pure analytical chemicals. This result was also supported by the emergence of ZOI magnitudes for all NiCFO-fs materials compared to NiCFO-pa that was only at Ta = 300°C.
