Abstract

The benefit of automatic vision inspection compared with human visual inspection is also able to work all the time, more consistent and accurate. The vision inspection is also able in detecting any the defective which are difficult to find by human vision. The objectives of this research are to design and to make the mechanical structure of vision inspection system. The structure should able to carry the camera to the X and Z axis. The straightness of made structure is measured to insure the movement of each axis is also straight. The measurement done by measuring the straightness of Z axis railtrack, straightness of X axis railtrack and the parallelness was of X axis railtrack. The material of the structure was  ASTM A 500 hollow steel structure. The result of the stress was 3302666.5 N/m2  which smaller than the allowable stress of material  268895534.6 N/m. The deflection was  0.05443mm which is  smaller than the allowable deflection of material. The highest deviaton straightness of Z axis railtrack was at the point 75cm from the start point. The highest deviation straightness of X axis railtrack  is 1.4mm at the point 30cm from the first point, the highest deviation on the straighness of the parallelnes of X axis railtrack is 57cm from the first point. Several causes of the fault is detected  from the point that have expansion of the chink of every rail, it caused during the assembly (welding) process, so that material is deformed cause of the thermal that arised in the welding process and the installation of the rail that is not straight cause the railtrack is not aligned. Abstract

(STAD) merupakan salah satu model dalam pembelajaran kooperatif yang sederhana dan baik untuk guru yang baru mulai menggunakan model kooperatif dalam kelas. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) di harapkan mampu memotivasi untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran serta meningkatkan interaksi dengan teman, guru, serta masyarakat yang ada disekitar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran cooperative tipe student teams achievement division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. .Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 8 Curahtatal pada pokok bahasan panas dan perpindahannya. Pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal sebesar 50% dengan ketuntasannya sebesar 50% (tidak tuntas) dan pada siklus II hasil belajarnya sebesar 70% dengan ketuntasannya sebesar 70% (tuntas) sehingga mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 25% dan ketuntasannya meningkat sebesar 25%

Abstract

This study aims to explore teachers' experiences in using digital portfolio assessment for biography texts in grade XI SMA. The research focuses on three main issues: (1) psychological and pedagogical changes in the application of technology, (2) technical and substantial problems encountered, and (3) the positive impact on students' writing ability. The subjective experiences of four Indonesian teachers were explored through interviews and portfolio document analysis. A qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach was used in this study. Results showed that teachers experienced a dilemma between enthusiasm for the benefits of digital portfolios and anxiety about the technology due to limited capabilities. One of the main issues included infrastructure problems, the problem of designing an assessment rubric that matches the features of biographical texts, and the additional task of providing feedback. However, digital portfolios have been shown to improve students' writing skills, especially in terms of text organisation, language use, and analysis of characters' values. This study suggests creating a broad teacher training model that incorporates technology based on contextual needs, and creating guidelines for assessing digital portfolios of biography texts more specifically. These results enhance the literature on evaluation for learning in the Indonesian educational context and aid the development of authentic assessment practices in the digital era.
