Abstract

Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the universities that aims to develop human resources through the disciplines of computer science and business. In duties and daily operations can not be separated from computer technology as a means to process data and information. As a college in the field of education, IBI Darmajaya develop a working system based on objects including the foundation, employees, lecture and students. As the development of higher education required a computerized system designed to speed up the process in the administrative services of student academic registration namely correspondence among others : Academic Leave, active the academic, Move Class, Department Move, Move PTS and making of the report and reduce the possibility of error in each process in case of queues in service Registration at the Biro Student Academic Administration IBI Darmajaya. With the implementation of this system in the form of an application program, the manufacture of correspondence or academic administration there will be no data errors, the reporting process and the data search can be done more quickly. This system can also improve productivity by increasing the quality of the work caused by increased work efficiency, saves work time and time decision making to solve a problem and is very helpful for the accuracy of the data when necessary speed in making reports.Keywords : Information Systems, Registration, Academic.

Abstract

Graduating on time is the desire of all students, not only that graduating on time is an advantage for both parties, namely students and educational institutions. But the graduation status of students when predicted does not always produce predictions early, so that it can result in graduation not on time. This research was conducted using data of students who graduated for 4 years from 2016-2019. The classification method is an approach to grouping data in data mining, namely classifying data. This classification method can also be used to make predictions for information that has not been previously known. The classification data mining method that will be used is the neural network algorithm. Visualization to display recapitulation data visually more interesting and neural network algorithm to predict student graduation which is difficult to do manually. Attributes used in training data consist of Jenis Kelamin, Asal, Kelas, Jurusan, Umur, IPK, Tanggal Yudicium, Tahun Yudicium and Class Hasil. The attributes that become parameters are 9 attributes, of which 8 are predictor attributes and 1 are results attributes. Training and testing data by changing parameters, namely: Hidden Layer Size: 3, Training Time: 500, Learning Rate: 0.3, Momentum: 0.2 produces a classification showing the level of accuracy using a neural network algorithm is 92.83%. Displays some very complete reporting recapitulation, so that predictions and visualization of the data can help in graduating students and provide recommendations for appropriate actions and must be done by management or the authorities to make decisions.

Abstract

The first Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) outbreak appeared in Wuhan, China on December 01, 2019 and was declared a pandemic by WHO (world health organization) on March 11, 2020[1]. This condition requires all levels of society to stay at home (WFH), worship, work and study all at home. So that educational institutions are also required to follow government regulations and innovate learning processes that must continue when natural disasters or global pandemics occur through online learning with the aim of improving the quality of learning. Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business uses information technology in the form of online learning media called E-Learning for students and lecturers. This of course makes students and lecturers have to adapt in using the information technology. This E-Learning technology is used intensely by students and lecturers (both permanent and external lecturers) of IIB Darmajaya, so that in conditions in the field there are many shortcomings in the E-Learning service at IIB Darmajaya. One way to measure the governance and capability level of E-Learning services at IIB Darmajaya is to conduct a governance audit on the E-Learning services. In this study, a governance framework is needed in the form of Control Objective for Information and Related Technology 5 (COBIT 5.0) which can provide benefits for an agency in achieving strategic goals and optimizing services from information technology.Keywords—Audit Tata Kelola, E-Learning, COBIT 5.0, Maturity Level, Capability Level.

Abstract

Informatics Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is a private university that prioritizes thr implementation of information technology advancement and business. The information system study program is one of the major in this campus. However, it did not have service facilities that eased the students, alumni and lecturers to gain information abaut the information system. The system development method used in the study was RUP (Rational Unified Process) to be used at the system development with these phases : Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition. One the website of the information system study program of IIB Darmajaya Bandar Lampung obtained and proposed would ease the study program of information system to give information to the students, alumni, and lecturers. Tthe data security was wholly managed by administration of information system study program. All information availabel on the website of the study program of information system was inputted into the database, so the problem in inputting faults would be established.Keyword: Website; Study Program of Information System; RUP Method

Abstract

Health care community is one of the social facilities that uses the developing information technology. The development of this information technology can be seen on the development of clinics and hospitals because they have developed the computerized systems. The access to the contents of the data is done by computerizing so that it will facilitate the data processing, saving time, effort and costs. The method used in this research was through Waterfall. This Waterfall method consisted of communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. The data collecting techniques used in this research were interview, observation and literature study. The implementation of this method was by the system analysis, the context diagram, the DFD, and the table relationships. To design and create this application used Netbeans 7.1.2, Java programming languages, MySql databases, and Xampp Webserver, The implementation of this application for the data management of the community health center in the Margodadi Village was able to help the data recording, the data processing, and the report making done by the staffs so that the administrators were able to search the data in this application. Keywords: Information System; Community Health Service Margodadi; Waterfall

Abstract

Peranan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi yang sangat signifikan harus diimbangi dengan pengaturan dan pengelolaan yang tepat sehingga kerugian/ancaman yang mungkin terjadi dapat dihindari bahkan mampu dicegah. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Monitoring dan Evaluasi tata kelola pelayanan pada siswa Bimbingan belajar “Bimbel No name” (BNn) Pringsewu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari pengelolaan TI sesuai dengan standar Metode COBIT 4.1, membuat rancangan tata kelola infrastruktur yang relevan dengan kegiatan operasional bimbingan belajar “Bimbel No name” (BNn) Pringsewu dengan standar Metode COBIT 4.1, mengetahui dan merekomendasikan perbaikan yang mampu diimplementasi dan dapat menilai tingkat kematangan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi kualitatif sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan domain dan Control Objective yang digunakan. Narasumber audit pada bimbingan belajar Pringsewu yaitu Pengajar dan Siswa. Metode analisis data dilakukan beberapa tahap, yaitu penentuan domain, penentuan proses kontrol, penentuan indikator dan pemetaan tingkat kematangan. Dilakukan penelitian pada 2 domain, 4 proses, dan 23 aktivitas (pernyataan) diperoleh nilai gap user tertinggi pada aktivitas DS10.3 (penutup masalah) dengan nilai 1,32. Dan nilai gap manajeman yang tertinggi pada aktivitas ME2.6 (kendali internal pada pihak ketiga) dengan nilai gap sebesar 2, serta tidak semua rekomendasi proses menurut Metode Cobit 4.1 dapat diterapkan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on all lines of human life. Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) which were originally able to conduct sales conventionally through stalls or shops, which with limitations must transform to selling online. The method used is the activity socialization stage, preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) activity in Pidada Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung Regency, we carried out activities on developing UMKMs based on local wisdom, by providing an introduction to the use of information technology. Kelor tea is one of the SMEs in Pidada village which in its production process empowers local women to increase the economic income of Pidada villagers. During PKM at UMKM Teh Kelor we made several innovations, packaging by labeling and branding products, as well as marketing products online. The use of information technology for the sale of Moringa tea is carried out so that MSMEs of Moringa Tea are able to compete during this COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

AIESEC is an international organization for youth to develop their leadership potential. AIESEC is the largest student-driven organization in the world. An organization that focuses on developing youth leadership and serving as ambassadors abroad to carry out social projects. AIESEC also focuses on leadership development, leadership experience, and participation in the Global Learning Environment. This research produces an interface to facilitate AIESEC Lampung projects. This system was a facility for organizations to replace systems that used manual recording and  resulting in a lack of time efficiency. This system integrates data ranging from report data and transactions that had been stored in the database. The new system was designed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. It was a linear sequential software development process that emphasized the development cycle in a short time iteratively (repetitively) in developing a system. A working model of the system was constructed in the early stages of development in defining the user requirements. With an integrated web-based computerized system, problems in transaction services at AIESEC Lampung can be solved easily. Reports and all transactions was displayed in the system. This research produced an Information System at AIESEC Lampung to carry out projects, namely the registration process and the host family program.Keyword: Information Systems, AIESEC, RUP, Web.

Abstract

Intisari -Menunaikan  ibadah  haji  merupakan  ibadah yang  sangat  dirindukan  oleh  semua  umat  islam.  Yayasan KBIH Pringsewu merupakansebuahlembaga layanan bagimasyarakatyanginginmelaksanakanibadahhaji denganpembimbinganibadahhaji.Masalah yangterjadiyaitupemborosan biayainformasimengenai penerimaanpendaftaranhajimenggunakan pamflet dan radio, pendaftaran calon jamaah dengan formulir yang harus mendatangi kantor KBIH Pringsewu sehingga sering menjadikan antrian, pengolahandatamasih konvensional seperti penginputankembalidata pendaftar calon jamaahuntukmenentukandatakelompok, untuk memperoleh informasinomorporsidan informasi jadwal keberangkatanjamaahharuspergikekantor,serta pembuatan buktipembayaran masih menggunakan kertas yang sering terjadi kehilangan dan kerusakan. Sistem informasilayananhajiberbasiswebdibangunmenggunakan metodewaterfall dengan tahapannya yaituanalisakebutuhan,desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program dan pemeliharaan.Dengansisteminformasilayanan berbasis webinidapatmemberikan informasi penerimaan calon jamaah haji kepada masyarakat dengan biaya yang minimal dan informasinya cepat dan mudah sampai serta tepat sasaran, calon jamaaah dapat dengan mudah melakukan pendaftaran haji tanpa harus datang ke kantor dan terhindar dari antrian yang menghabiskan waktu lama, prosespengolahandatatidak perlu dilakukan berulang-ulang danmenghasilkandatayangakurat karena sudah memanfaatkan database, informasimengenainomor porsi daninformasijadwal keberangkatan ibadahhaji lebihcepat diketahui oleh calon jamaah, bukti pembayaran tercatat secara elektronik sehingga tidak akan terjadi kehilangan dan kerusakan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil ujicoba sistem menggunakan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) oleh 62 responden bahwa persepsi kemanfaatan (Usefulness) untuk performance tertinggi adalah 34% menjawab Setuju(S), untuk importance tertinggi sebanyak 42% menjawab Setuju(S), dan persepsi kemudahan (Ease of Use) untuk performance tertinggi adalah 31% menjawab Setuju(S), untuk importance tertinggi sebanyak 42% menjawab Setuju(S) Kata Kunci - Sistem Informasi, Layanan Haji, Web.

Abstract

Abstrak: Selama pandemi COVID-19 banyak ibu rumah tangga yang tergerak ingin membantu perekonomian keluarga melalui usaha kreatif baik kuliner maupun kerajian yang dapat dijadikan sebagai peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dosen IIB Darmajaya memberikan keterampilan seni merajut dan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan media sosial dan marketplace sebagai sarana promosi untuk menjualkan suatu barang/jasa yang dilakukan oleh ibu rumah tangga Kampung Wonosari Kec. Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode dibagi dalam 3 bagian yaitu observasi/wawancara terkait keterampilan yang ingin dipelajari ibu-ibu rumah tangga, kedua pelatihan merajut dan pelatihan membuat sosial media, digital content dan marketplace. Ketiga monitoring & evaluasi hasil belajar rajutan dan penggunaan aplikasi untuk pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan 50% ibu rumah tangga berhasil membuat rajutan konektor masker, bros, dan dompet. Penggunaan sosial media dan marketplace cukup mudah dan bermanfaat bagi ibu rumah tangga dengan persentase sebesar 74,90% menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Hal ini sangat membantu dalam memasarkan produk/jasa secara online dengan mudah dan efisien.Abstract: During COVID-19 many housewives want help their family economy through creative efforts of both culinary and craft that could be used as an improvement in the family economy. Through devotion to the community, lecturer of IIB Darmajaya provide knitting arts skills, knowledge how to utilize social media and also marketing for promotion goods/services carried out by housewives in Wonosari Village, Sukabumi, city Bandar Lampung amounted 20 housewives. The method is divided into 3 sections, first is observation/interview related skills that housewives want to learn, the second is knitting training and training for making a social media, digital content and marketplace. Third is monitoring & evaluation App and knit learning outcomes for marketing. In the results, 50% housewives are successful making a mask connector, broch and wallet. Social media and marketplace which used is quite easy and beneficial for housewives with a percentage of 74.90% can use App. This is very helpful in marketing products/services online easily and efficiently.
