Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini diberi judul tentang Pengaruh Pelayanan Administrasi Akademik dengan Sistem Registrasi Online terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini di lakukan di kampus Politeknik negeri Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan administrasi akademik dengan sistem registrasi online terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa politeknik negeri Jakarta yang berjumlah 6733 orang, dengan total sample sebanyak 99 responden. Ini didapatkan menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, melakukan observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik non Probability sampling dengan model teknik aksidental. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan program windows SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan administrasi akademik dengan sistem registasi online terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, dengan koefisien korelasi yang didapat sebesar 0,460 dengan taraf kesalahan 0,005. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa variabel pelayanan administrasi akademik dengan sistem registrasi online memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,2% terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,8% ditentukan faktor lain. This research was conducted at State Polytechnic of Jakarta. This study is aimed to determine how much influence quality of Academic Administration Service with Online Registration System to Student’s satisfaction. Population in this research are Student’s at State Politechnic of Jakarta, the numbering is 6.733 people, with a total of sample is 99 respondents. This is used Slovin formulas. Data were collected by questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Sampling technique using non probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling.To analyze the data using SPSS 20 program.The result of the researce is significant influence between academic administration service with online registration system toward student satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0,460with 0,005 standar error . It can be shows that the variable of academc administration service quality with online registration system contributed 21,2% of student satisfaction, while the rest equal to 78,8% is determined by the other factors. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor promosi terhadap minat kuliah di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyajian data dari hasil tanggapan responden (kuesioner), dalam hal ini data primer bersumber dari mahasiswa semester dua Politeknik Negeri Jakarta tahun akademik 2014/2015. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian masih dalam proses. Kata Kunci : Promosi, minat, mahasiswa baru, pengaruh. Abstract This research aimed to analyze the influence of promotion of interest study in State Polytechnic of Jakarta. The research data was obtained from the presenting of data from the respondents (questionnaire), in this case the primary data from the students of State Polytechnic of Jakarta in second semester of the academic year 2014/2015. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing pada Tower Management Grup PT Indosat, Tbk yang berlokasi di Kantor Pusat PT Indosat Jakarta. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang yang merupakan karyawan outsourcing Tower Management Group PT Indosat. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh Jenis metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua variable, variabel X adalah lingkungan kerja sedangkan variable Y adalah kinerja karyawan outsourcing. Analisis kuantitatif ditujukan untuk menguji hipotesis ada atau tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan Outsourcing PT Indosat, Tbk. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan program computer SPSS for Windows Release 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 28,3% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya 71,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan outsourcing PT Indosat, Tbk. Kata kunci : Lingkungan kerja fisik, Lingkungan kerja non fisik, Kinerja karyawan, Outsourcing, Pengaruh Abstract This research aimed to explain about the influence of Work environment on outsourcing employee performance at PT Indosat, Tbk is located at Head Quarter of PT Indosat Tbk Jakarta. The population in this research are 45 person as outsourcing employee of Tower Management Group PT Indosat, Tbk. Saturation sampling technique is used by the researcher to obtain the sample. Research method of this research is quantitative method. There are two variables in this research. Variable X is work environment, variable Y is employee performance. Quantitative analyze aimed to test the hypothesis there or there is no the influence of work environment on outsourcing employee performance. Hypothesis test used by using simple linear regression and analysis using the computer program SPSS for Windows Release 22. The result of this research showed that work environment have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Data analysis showed that 28,3% employee performance influenced by work environment, the remaining 71,7% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research. From these results it can be concluded that a good work environment will improve employee performance outsourcing PT Indosat , Tbk. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out what content is liked by fans and to find what message elements are contained in the creative content on fanpage facebook Cadbury Daiy Milk. This method research is using quantitative content analys research by coding method. This reaserch involved three (3) reseachers whose result would be compared to each other. The population in this research is the all content on fanpage facebook Cadbury Dairy Milk in 2016 and using random sample to conduct this research. This reaserch examined 4 unit of analysis in which already categorized. Based on the result of the Coefisien Reliable (CR) test show that the sample of data doesn’t exist less then 0,95 or <0,95. 60 samples that have been research get result more than 0,95 or > 0,95. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analisis kuantitatif dengan metode pengkodean. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga (3) peneliti yang hasilnya akan dibandingkan satu sama lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konten pada fanpage facebook Cadbury Dairy Milk pada tahun 2016 dan menggunakan sampel acak untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menguji 4 unit analisis yang sudah dikategorikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji Coefisien Reliable (CR) menunjukkan bahwa sampel data tidak ada kurang dari 0,95 atau <0,95. 60 sampel yang telah diteliti mendapatkan hasil lebih dari 0,95 atau> 0,95. Abstract

This article aims to describe the mechanism for implementing the Compliance Risk Management model of the supervisory function and its success rate on corporate tax revenue at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung. Efforts are being made to improve the supervision of tax revenues from each KPP area to the DJP environment, one of which is the improvement of a tool called Compliance Risk Management with the Circular Letter of the Director General of Taxes Number SE-39/PJ/2021. In increasing tax revenue, the supervisory function is important to find out more about taxpayers that need to be researched. Therefore, an overview of the Compliance Risk Map is needed that displays the entire Corporate Taxpayer by categorizing it into several levels of risk. This is expected to provide justice and equal distribution of the supervisory function carried out by tax officers to all taxpayers. Data collection techniques used 3 (three methods, namely semi-structured in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. Data interpretation was carried out in stages starting from collecting data, reducing data, to final conclusions. The results showed that the application of CRM in KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung had an impact convenience, especially in carrying out the maximum supervisory function for tax officers. But on the other hand, tax revenue from 2020 to 2021 is still far from reaching the expected revenue target. This shows the need for a re-examination of the problems that continue to be faced by KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung, and improve other CRM functions to be able to run in balance and produce better results.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effect of sensory marketing through aroma and flavour toward the forming of consumer’s perception in Roti O’s Store in KRL commuter line Station at South Jakarta. This research is using quantitative method with 100 respondents as a sample. Slovin formula is used for sample drawing. This research passed the classic assumption test, in which the data is proved to have a normal distribution 0,200 > 0,050. The regression model Y = 1.835 + 1.938X1 – 0,621X2 + e shows the model is feasible to use. Based on partial regression analysis, aroma as an independent variable contributed to affect the consumer perception for 4,20%. Meanwhile flavour as an independent variable contributed to affect the consumer perception for 4,00%. Aroma and flavour simultaneously affecting the forming of consumer perception for 8,4%. The other 91,6% is being affected by other variables that are not being included in this research. The result shows that aroma does affect the forming of consumer perception and flavour doesn’t affect the forming of consumer perception. This research shows that aroma could be used for marketing strategy to build an impulse on consumer’s olfactory.
