Abstract

Social entrepreneurship, also known as sociopreneurship, is one approach to overcoming community entrepreneurship challenges such as financial constraints, managerial abilities, limited networks, and a lack of government attention. The purpose of this research is to increase the sociopreneur potential of the SME sector in Beji, Depok City in The New Normal Era. This study employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods based on inferential statistics. In this study, the population consisted of all communities in Beji District, Depok City. The study of multiple linear regression analysis included data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable that has a positive and significant influence on business success is socio-innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to identify learning motivation and competency development based on e-development through e-learning for students to meet the needs of the work industry. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods. The Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic of Jakarta conducted this research. In this research, the population was 1,094 students of the Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic of Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 taken by random sampling. The data collected in this study used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale of 5. The data analysis carried out in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis. The research results explain that learning motivation influences the competence of lecturers and e-learning methods given to students. The research results also clarify that the competencies possessed in the online learning on the e-learning have a positive and significant effect through the e-learning method taught by lecturers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan niat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa melalui orientasi kewirausahaan sehingga dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang berdaya saing. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatory research. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 7172 mahasiswa.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 diambil secara acak. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang bersifat tertutup dengan Skala Likert skala 5. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metodologi SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and investigate the effect of absorptive capacity on MSME’s agility, the effect of knowledge stickiness on the agility of MSME’s, and  identify the key factors forming absorptive capacity and knowledge stickiness in MSME’s in Depok City. Testing the impact of MSME’s agility on economic resilience. Data were collected through a survey method with MSME’s in Depok City as the research population. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The study found that absorptive capacity had a significant negative effect on MSME’s agility, and knowledge stickiness had a significant positive effect on MSME’s agility. MSME’s agility is influenced by these two variables by 94.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Shopping is one of the ways that people try to meet their needs. With the advancement of technology, the traditional method of shopping, which was originally a process in which consumers conducted trade interactions with producers face-to-face, has now begun to shift to using new modes of trade interaction, namely, using internet technology as a marketplace to develop all activity relationships between sellers and buyers. The study sought to ascertain the impact of electronic word of mouth and perception of foreign product prices on the impulse buying of Shopee E-Commerce users. Purposive sampling was used, with a total sample of 100 respondents from the city of Depok. A questionnaire was used to collect data in this study. PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS software was used to analyze the research data. With a coefficient value of 0.467 and a p-value of 0.000, the findings of this study indicate that Electronic Word of Mouth has an effect on Impulsive Buying. With a coefficient of 0.164 and a p-value of 0.095, price perception has an effect on Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the development of the use  of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment method in Indonesia.This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze the acceptance and use of QRIS among users. Data were obtained from literature studies and secondary data related to the development of QRIS in IndonesiaThe findings show that QRIS is well accepted by the general public, especially MSMEs, as a modern, fast, simple, secure, and reliable digital payment method. This is evidenced by a significant increase in the number of users and the value of QRIS transactions in Indonesia.QRIS has become an important part of the digital and financial payment ecosystem in Indonesia.The use of QRIS makes payments easier, faster, and safer for both consumers and business stakeholders, especially MSMEs. Of course, this will support Indonesia's increasingly digitized economy and contribute to the development of the country's digital economy.Further research is needed to explore the long-term impact of the use of QRIS and identify the factors influencing the adoption and use of QRIS in Indonesian society, in line with digitalization trends and changing preferences of business people.The contribution of this research can provide an overview that the use of QRIS as a means of payment can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in the payment system.

Abstract

The concept of sustainable living has increasingly influenced daily life, with communities adopting healthy habits, eco-friendly actions, and paperless practices. Lyfe With Less is one community actively promoting sustainability through the #SalingSilang campaign. This study analyzes their communication strategies to encourage sustainable lifestyles via social media. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through digital searches and observation. Findings reveal that social media functions as both an educational platform and a catalyst for social change. A multi-platform strategy ensures broad information dissemination, while exclusive memberships, such as those on Telegram, support deeper community engagement. Programs like the #SalingSilang Free Market and #BersalingSilang offer sustainable consumption alternatives. In 2024, 1,588 second-hand items were exchanged in Bandung, and 3,305 people participated in events across multiple cities. Innovations such as the Sustainable Journey Passport and subsidized shipping fees for online trades enhance public participation. Through these initiatives, Lyfe With Less has built a communication ecosystem that fosters minimalist and environmentally conscious lifestyles. Their approach effectively reduces overconsumption, raises waste management awareness, and demonstrates how social media can be a powerful tool for promoting sustainability.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the business landscape globally, including for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital transformation and business capital on the income of culinary MSMEs in Baktijaya Village, Depok City. This research approach uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires to culinary MSME respondents in Depok City. The collected data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS. The results of the study show that digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs with T-Statistics value of 3.517. In addition, business capital also has a positive and significant effect on business income with T-Statistics value of 5.431. This study contributes to the understanding that the application of information and communication technology and adequate business capital can improve the financial performance of culinary MSMEs, increase operational efficiency, and market reach. The practical implications of this study are the importance of integrating digital technology and optimizing business capital in MSME development strategies in the current digital era, in order to encourage sustainable growth and increase business competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. MSMEs must be flexible and keep up with the times to continue to maintain their existence and develop their businesses by digitizing.
