Abstract

The importance of learning media and the development of technology is well-used Medan ATKP to continue to improve the quality of learning. The problem often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resource available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the LBT CBT and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed in the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this study is to improve the digital avionic-VHF-HF Communication learning process that is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic VHF-HF Communication without having access to a laboratory. The method used in this research is to use the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The resulting output is an animated video production and publication to journal.

Abstract

Abstract: In this study, one of the 4.0 industrial technologies was used to monitor the parameters of the localizer using an android based internet of things application to simplify and shorten the time for monitoring instrument landing system (ILS) equipment. Technicians, management of the Public Company (Perum) Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organizing Agency, and the Navigation Inspector do not have to go the runway to check the performance of the landing system instrument, simply use the android application to monitor the parameters of the localizer instrument. In the experiment, measuring the input voltage to the Arduino pin with a negative ground position and positive in the A9 pin position with the playing condition o Tx1 in the on position using a multimeter, the voltage value is 2.99 volt, while the main position on Tx1 is in the off condition, the voltage value is obtained 4.88 volts.       Keywords: instrument landing system; internet of things  Abstrak: Pada penelitian ini digunakan salah satu teknologi industri 4.0 untuk memonitoring parameter dari Localizer menggunakan aplikasi android berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu dalam monitoring peralatan instrument landing system (ILS). Teknisi, manajemen Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia LPPNPI dan Inspektur Navigasi tidak harus ke landasan pacu untuk mengecek kinerja instrument landing system cukup menggunakan aplikasi android untuk memonitoring parameter Localizer instrument landing system (ILS). Pada percobaan pengukuran tegangan input ke pin arduino dengan negatif pada posisi ground dan positif berada pada posisi pin A9 dengan kondisi main di TX1 pada posisi on dengan menggunakan multimeter didapat nilai tegangan 2,99 Volt, sedangkan posisi main di TX1 pada kondisi off didapat nilai tegangan 4,88 Volt. Kata kunci: instrument landing system; internet of things

Abstract

Abstract: In today's increasingly advanced era, but with limited funds, it requires the community to carry out various innovations that can develop an entrepreneurial spirit in order to improve the economy. In the implementation of service activities carried out for 2 days. Where the first day contains an explanation of the use of CNC machines and the basics of CNC implementation, while on the second day the process of printing the artwork that has been designed by the previous participants is carried out directly, because the printing process takes a long time ranging from 4 to 5 hours in printing one design. , depending on the level of difficulty of the design you want to print. The activity was carried out from 9-10 December 2021 at the Aviation Vocational School with a total of 40 students. By holding this service, it is hoped that students will grow an entrepreneurial spirit, so they are able to do entrepreneurship, especially in the field of acrylic art. With the dedication that has been carried out, enthusiastically the young generation in this case the aviation vocational school students can open entrepreneurs in the field of carving by utilizing acrylic and CNC machines which have economic value among society in general and young people in particular so as to improve the family economy.         Keywords: entrepreneur; innovation; acrylic  Abstrak: Pada zaman yang semakin maju saat ini, namun dengan keterbatasan dana, menuntut masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai inovasi yang dapat mengembangkan jiwa wirasusaha guna meningkatkan ekonomi. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama 2 hari. Dimana hari pertama berisi tentang penjelasan penggunaan mesin CNC dan dasar-dasar penerapan CNC sedangkan pada hari kedua dilakukan langsung proses pencetakan karya seni yang telah di desain oleh peserta sebelumnya, dikarenakan proses pencetakan dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama berkisar 4 sampai 5 jam dalam pencetakkan satu desain, tergantung tingkat kesulitan desain yang ingin dicetak. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai tanggal 9-10 Desember 2021 di sekolah SMK Penerbangan dengan jumlah peserta 40 siswa. Dengan diadakan pengabdian ini diharapakan kepada siswa untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga mampu melakukan wirausaha khususnya dibidang seni akrilik. Dengan adanya pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, membuat antusias generasi muda dalam hal ini siswa SMK penerbangan dapat membuka wirausaha dibidang seni ukir dengan memanfaatkan akrilik dan mesin CNC yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dikalangan masyarakat pada umumnya dan kalangan muda pada khususnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Kata kunci: wirusaha; inovasi; akrilik

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap tatanan kehidupan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Dimana sebelum masa pandemi COVID-19 pembelajaran dilakukan dengan cara tatap muka namun pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dilakukan dengan online, Hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil pembelajaran. Pendidikan sangat penting bagi suatu bangsa untuk mendidik dan membina siswa sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Selain pendidikan formal dibutuhkan pendidikan non formal untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan inovasi siswa dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 melalui pelatihan. Namun terkadang terkendala biaya untuk mengikuti pelatihan. Melihat usia siswa yang masih muda, merupakan peluang besar untuk dapat membimbing mereka  , Politeknik Penerbangan Medan hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pelatihan karya seni akrilik.Dalam Pelatihan ini mereka dilatih dan dibimbing untuk mampu menghasilkan suatu karya seni akrilik yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga mampu bersaing di pasaran. Dengan harapan dengan mereka memiliki keahlian untuk menghasilkan karya seni akrilik mereka mempunyai penghasilan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mereka. Kata kunci: Pelatihan , Karya Seni Akrilik, Pandemi COVID-19 During the COVID-19 pandemic, it greatly affected the order of people's lives, especially in the field of education. Where before the COVID-19 pandemic, learning was done face-to-face but during the COVID-19 pandemic it was done online, this greatly affects learning outcomes. Education is very important for a nation to educate and nurture students as the nation's next generation. In addition to formal education, non-formal education is needed to increase students' creativity and innovation in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic through training. However, sometimes there are costs involved in participating in the training. Seeing the young age of students, it is a great opportunity to be able to guide them, Medan Aviation Polytechnic is present in the midst of the community through community service programs providing acrylic art training. creative and innovative so that they can compete in the market. Abstract

In this era of very tight competition, every individual must be able to survive in any case, including in the economy. These economic problems make young people especially those who have just finished their education at the SMA/SMK level have to take entrepreneurial steps if there are no job opportunities for them. One of the products in entrepreneurship that still has enthusiasts in the market is souvenirs. In this Community Service, a CNC machine is used for training activities for making souvenirs. It was held at SMK Pulo Brayan Darat (PBD) for 2 days, on December 21 and 22, 2021. On the first day, the participants were given materials and demonstrations by the presenters, and on the second day the participants directly carried out the making of souvenirs. Before carrying out the activity, several stages were carried out such as carrying out observations of the destination of the activity and preparing materials and equipment for the activity, finally after the activity, an evaluation was carried out.. Abstract

IoT (Internet of Things) is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity. IoT (Internet of Things) can be used in buildings to control electronic equipment such as room lights that can be operated remotely via a computer network. The research was carried out by building a remote control device that utilizes TCP/IP to carry out control processes in the local network through a web server embedded in the remote control device. There are two control features, namely one lamp control that is used to turn on one lamp and the overall lamp control feature and turns on all the lights at once.

Abstract

Peralatan medis sebagai bagian peralatan kesehatan memerlukan kalibrasi, pemeliharaan, perbaikan, pelatihan pengguna, dan dekomisioning. kegiatan biasanya dikelola oleh para tenaga teknis (elektromedis/clinical engineer). Peralatan medis digunakan untuk tujuan diagnosis tertentu dan pengobatan penyakit atau rehabilitasi setelah penyakit atau luka yang dapat digunakan baik sendiri atau bersamaan dengan aksesori, bahan operasional, atau bagian lain dari peralatan medis. Peralatan medis di pedoman ini tidak termasuk implan peralatan sekali pakai atau disposabel. Peralatan medis adalah peralatan yang digunakan untuk keperluan terapi,rehabilitasi dan penelitian medik,baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

Abstract

Pendidik merupakan pemeran utama dalam pembelajaran haruslah profesional dalam bidangnya agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai pendidik sekaligus pengajar yang berkompeten. Abstract

The monitoring system of the heart's electrical activity is the basis of the electrocardiograph (ECG) in monitoring the condition of the heart, the ECG series consists of biopotential amplifiers from an ECG instrument which is the main component in this study, recording cardiac activity is still a burden for the medical world in the use and results of the expected output. From the results of research conducted on the heart rate graph (BPM) at the Medan Health Facility Security Center, the results of research were obtained using the MPS450 multiparameter simulator, where when changes were made to the signal gradually changes in values at 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 220 had a distance change in time in sending and receiving data displayed on the android monitor screen (LCD). Abstract

The electric welding system requires a welding transformer that is usually classified as direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC). In electric welding, a separate transformer is provided as a source for regulating the required current during the welding process. The operation of the transformer during welding is closely related to the needs of the current, the diameter of the welding wire, and the thickness of the material being welded. The difference between a conventional coil winding transformer and a manufacturer's coil winding transformer lies in the welding results and the specimens obtained from testing a type of material, which is steel plate ST37 with a thickness of 8mm and a width of 40mm, using electrodes E-6013 with diameters of 2.6mm and 3.2mm. The welding joint method used is a single V groove butt joint. The welding tests of both transformers prove that the penetration, width, and height of the weld bead with the Manufacturer's coil winding transformer are quite good compared to the Conventional coil winding transformer. Based on the welding test results of both transformers, the Manufacturer's coil winding transformer using electrode type E-6013 achieved the highest bending test strength with a Crack load value of 33.701 kN, while the Conventional coil winding transformer had a value of 27.335 kN, both using the same current of 120 Amperes.".
