Abstract

Pembunuhan merupakan suatu kesengajaan menghilangkan nyawa orang lain. Masih banyak korban-korban pembunuhan yang belum mendapatkan hak mereka atas keadilan yang seharusnya diterimanya. Salah satu contohnya adalah pembunuhan yang baru-baru ini terjadi di daerah Subang, Jawa Barat yang sampai saaat ini masih belum diketahui siapa pelakunya dan apa motifnya. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penyidik kepolisian telah berupaya memeriksa 121 orang saksi dan memeriksa lebih dari 216 item barang bukti. Selain itu, Kepolisian pun melibatkan ahli kesehatan jiwa, sketsa wajah, psikologi, DNA, Dokpol dan satwa dalam mengungkap kasus ini. Tetapi, sampai saat ini, kasus pembunuhan ibu dan anak, Tuti Suhartini (55) dan Amelia Mustika Ratu (23) masih diselimuti tabir misteri. Kedua korban diduga dihabisi pada Rabu dini hari tanggal 18 Agustus 2021 oleh pembunuh lebih dari dua orang. Kabid Humas Polda Jabar, Kombes Pol Ibrahim Tompo menyatakan saat ini penyidik masih bekerja keras mengungkap kasus tersebut.Proses penyidikan telah diatur dalam Pasal 10 Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyidikan Tindak Pidana yang mencakup penyelidikan; dimulainya penyidikan; upaya paksa; pemeriksaan; penetapan tersangka; pemberkasan; penyerahan berkas perkara; penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti; serta penghentian penyidikan. Namun dalam kasus pembunuhan yang menewaskan Ibu Tuti Suhartini dan anaknya Amelia Mustika Ratu, proses penyidikan ini berjalan sangat lambat, pasalnya untuk mengungkap siapa pelaku pembunuhan keji tersebut Pihak Kepolisian masih terus melakukan upaya penyelidikan dan pemeriksaan terhadap saksi-saksi dan barang bukti yang telah terkumpul.

Abstract

Spread of Covid-19, One of them is to carry out mass vaccinations that are given to the public free of charge. But not a few who refuse to be vaccinated for one reason or another, because of the incitement of others and theories stating that vaccines are dangerous and so on. So everyone who has been designated as the target recipient of the Covid-19 Vaccine but refuses it can be subject to administrative sanctions in accordance with Article 13A of Presidential Regulation Number 14/2021. In addition, vaccine refusals can be subject to criminal sanctions because they are considered to have hindered the handling of Covid-19. The research method used is juridical-normative with a statutory approach, namely Presidential Regulation no. 14 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation No. 99 of 2020 concerning the Procurement of Vaccines and the Implementation of Vaccinations in the Context of Combating the Covid-19 Pandemic. Another approach used is a conceptual approach by studying the principles, principles, and doctrines of legal science that are used as guidelines to answer and provide legal arguments on related legal issues.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum constitutes an innovative educational approach that responds to evolving societal and technological demands within the Society 5.0 framework. This study conducted a comprehensive review of existing literature to gain insight into the Merdeka Curriculum's underlying philosophy and assess its contribution to basic education. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum is designed to foster the development of essential 21st-century skills required in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. To ensure effective implementation, it is necessary to effect changes in the educational paradigm, develop teacher competencies, and garner support from various stakeholders. The Merdeka Curriculum presents an invaluable opportunity to cultivate students with the requisite attributes to thrive in an era of accelerating technological and social change. This literature study offers a nuanced understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of basic education that is pertinent to the challenges of the present moment.
