Abstract

This research was conducted to assess the implementation of Article 16 paragraph (3) of Law Number 28 Year 2014 states that copyright can be used as an object of fiduciary guarantee. The the problem statement are: first, could a copyright can be categorized as an asset for the Authors and/or Copyright Holder in accordance with Article 16 paragraph (3) of Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright? Second, could copyright be determined as an asset for Authors and/or copyright holders which could be guaranteed as fiduciary rights? Third, how is the authority of a Notary in implementing Copyright as a Fiduciary Guarantee? The results of the research show that a copyright guaranteed by fiduciary can be executed for the execution of Article 29 of Law Number 42 of 1999 about Fiduciary the reason is the economic right of the copyright could be secured (it is an intangible object). Besides, related to the Notary, the authority of the Notary to make burden of fiduciary deed has already been mentioned on the Article 5 Section (1) about Fiduciary, thus there is no reason for the Notary to reject for creating deed of fiduciary with copyright as the object.

Abstract

This study investigates how students from different academic disciplines experience vocabulary learning through Duolingo, a mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) application. Unlike previous research that predominantly focuses on quantitative outcomes, this study foregrounds individual learning experiences and disciplinary variations among Indonesian university students, a context rarely explored in international scholarship. Using a qualitative multiple case study design, data were collected from ten students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta across five disciplines: Automotive and Heavy Equipment Engineering, Social Welfare, Communication, Primary School Teacher Education, and two postgraduate programs (Hospital Administration and Educational Technology). Data sources included four-week usage observations, activity logs, in-depth interviews, and reflective journals, analyzed thematically and comparatively across cases. Findings indicate that disciplinary background shapes engagement patterns and learning strategies. Engineering students display instrumental and goal-oriented behaviors, social science students engage interactively with gamified features, teacher education students integrate pedagogical perspectives, and postgraduate learners employ metacognitive strategies. Shared challenges include sustaining motivation, contextual limitations of vocabulary, and technical constraints. Overall, Duolingo enhances learner autonomy and provides flexible, personalized support that complements formal instruction. This study contributes to applied linguistics and educational technology by highlighting the role of disciplinary contexts in shaping MALL experiences and offering insights for curriculum design and language policy.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dalam rangka mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal maka dibutuhkan perawatan kesehatan masyarakat, dimana perawatan kesehatan masyarakat itu sendiri adalah bidang keperawatan yang merupakan perpaduan antara kesehatan masyarakat dan perawatan yang didukung peran serta masyarakat dan mengutamakan pelayanan promotif dan preventif secara berkesinambungan tanpa mengabaikan pelayanan kuratif dan rehabilitatif secara menyeluruh. Untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat dapat dimulai dari indvidu, kelompok sampai tingkat RT 04 dan RW 01. Di wilayah RW 01 KP. Gebang Sangiang Kota Tangerang terdiri dari 4 RT dengan jumlah 300 KK. Tujuan : Memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan komunitas di RT 04 RW 01 Kecamatan Sangiang Kota Tangerang Banten. Metode : Ketidakefektifan kesehatan dengan melakukan tindakan skrining kesehatan, ketidakefektifan manajement kesehatan dengan melakukan tindakan senam hipertensi, defisiensi kesehatan komunitas dengan melakukan edukasi kesehatan tentang hipertensi dan PHBS. Hasil : Saat skrining kesehatan ada 35 warga (71%) hipertensi, 8 warga (23%) ISPA, 2 warga (6%) DBD. Sebelum senam ada 9 warga (60%) dengan tekanan darah >150 mmHg, setelah senam ada 4 warga (27%) mengalami penurunan tekanan darah. Sebelum edukasi ada 30 warga memiliki pengetahuan buruk, setelah dilakukan edukasi ada 22 warga (73%) memiliki pengetahuan baik.
