Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Pengenalan Bahasa Inggris Pada Yayasan Ini Media Kita Gunung Sindur Bogor. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris kepada para guru PAUD Yayasan Ini Media Kita. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung, bakti sosial serta simulasi dan diskusi dengan para guru atau tenaga pendidik di Yayasan Ini Media Kita. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu memahami kunci penguasaan bahasa asing anak usia dini, seperti: program pengajaran yang tepat (pendekatan, metode, dan teknik), tahapan pembelajar: balita, bertindak sesuai dengan umur mereka, tumbuhkan motivasi belajar pada usia dini.

Abstract

Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan dan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini sebagai pembentukan kepribadian manusia secara utuh. Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa penyampian materi dan praktik/penerapannya Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan PKM Permasalahan manajemen yang berkualitas yang dibutuhkan dalam penyelenggaraan TPA. Penerapan manajemen di TPA sangat diperlukan agar kebutuhan anak mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak dan sesuai dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak,namun setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui Kegiatan PKM secara tidak langsung sangat berperan positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan  dan keterampilan guru dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada anak usia dini. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan Guru di Yayasan Ini Media Kita. dan mencari pemasalahan yang ada di tempat tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat, serta memotivasi Guru di Yayasan Ini Media Kita. Setelah di analisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek dalam mengembangkan kemampuan  bagi para guru yang berada di TPA tersebut.

Abstract

The process of learning economics in higher education units by using learning media oriented to Augmented Reality (AR) provides a real learning experience for students and is relevant to increasing understanding of both theory and practice. The purpose of this research is to analyze literature studies related to Augmented Reality (AR) in economic learning in higher education units. This research uses bibliometric analysis method in analyzing various published literatures. Data collection was carried out by documenting and reviewing related articles published in the range of 2014 to 2024. Based on the search results, a total of 800 relevant articles were found based on the keyword criteria used as the main study. In the next stage, the articles were coded and analyzed based on the relevance to learning on campus. Based on the results of the analysis of existing literature, it can be seen that the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) in economic learning is quite widely studied by researchers, it's just that AR studies on campus still have opportunities to be studied because they can increase motivation and provide experience to students in meaningful learning. Abstract

Technological developments in supporting the implementation of learning are a challenge in an effort to provide quality education services. Teachers must be able to adapt to technological developments through various innovations in learning, both related to strategies, methods and media that are integrated with technology in order to be able to meet the needs of students and answer the challenges of technological developments. However, not all teachers are able to quickly implement digital-based learning to meet these demands. This community service activity aims to strengthen the competence of teachers at SMK L'PINA East Jakarta through training on the preparation of digital teaching materials. The methods carried out in service activities are in the form of training, mentoring, and evaluation given to pre-teachers. The results of the service showed a change in the improvement of teacher competence before and after carrying out community service activities, which was 16%. This pre-training and post-training evaluation showed an increase in teachers' confidence and skills in making digital teaching materials. This activity has proven to be a positive contribution in supporting the role of dedicated lecturers to work together in improving the quality of education, especially improving the ability of teachers to provide digital-based teaching materials. Service activities held in the form of training and mentoring as well as continuous evaluation are able to be a catalyst for digital transformation in the school environment. This activity ultimately also strengthens collaboration between universities and partner schools in encouraging innovation in learning and teaching activities.
