Abstract

This community service is titled “Establishing Excellent Education Insitituion”. The purpose of this community service, that was carried out at Ini Media Kita Foundation, in Gunung Sindur, Bogor aims to find out how to establish an excellent education institution. The methods used are survey method, lectures, social services, simulations and also discussions with all teachers and educators at this foundation. The conclusion of this community service was by giving motivation to all teachers and educators in order to unite them in establishing excellent education institution by generating successful students who excel and mastering in science, technology and also religiously. The teachers and educators are given knowledge how to establish an excellent education institution with various kinds of school development.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul Pengenalan Bahasa Inggris Pada Yayasan Ini Media Kita Gunung Sindur Bogor. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris kepada para guru PAUD Yayasan Ini Media Kita. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung, bakti sosial serta simulasi dan diskusi dengan para guru atau tenaga pendidik di Yayasan Ini Media Kita. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu memahami kunci penguasaan bahasa asing anak usia dini, seperti: program pengajaran yang tepat (pendekatan, metode, dan teknik), tahapan pembelajar: balita, bertindak sesuai dengan umur mereka, tumbuhkan motivasi belajar pada usia dini.

Abstract

Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan dan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini sebagai pembentukan kepribadian manusia secara utuh. Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa penyampian materi dan praktik/penerapannya Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan PKM Permasalahan manajemen yang berkualitas yang dibutuhkan dalam penyelenggaraan TPA. Penerapan manajemen di TPA sangat diperlukan agar kebutuhan anak mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak dan sesuai dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak,namun setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui Kegiatan PKM secara tidak langsung sangat berperan positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan  dan keterampilan guru dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada anak usia dini. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan Guru di Yayasan Ini Media Kita. dan mencari pemasalahan yang ada di tempat tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat, serta memotivasi Guru di Yayasan Ini Media Kita. Setelah di analisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek dalam mengembangkan kemampuan  bagi para guru yang berada di TPA tersebut.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers at SMK L'PINA East Jakarta. The method of implementing activities is carried out in stages through five main stages, namely: (1) socialization, (2) training, (3) technology application, (4) mentoring and evaluation, and (5) program sustainability. This activity was carried out with a participatory and contextual approach. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in teachers' understanding and skills in designing adaptive, innovative, and technology-based learning. Teachers are able to prepare differentiated lesson plans, utilize digital platforms, and apply formative and authentic assessments in learning activities. With these results, this activity is considered effective in strengthening teacher capacity and relevant to be replicated in other schools in similar target areas. Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik para guru di SMK L’PINA Jakarta Timur. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara bertahap melalui lima tahapan utama, yaitu: (1) sosialisasi, (2) pelatihan, (3) penerapan teknologi, (4) pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta (5) keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan kontekstual. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berbasis teknologi. Para guru mampu menyusun RPP yang berdiferensiasi, memanfaatkan platform digital, serta menerapkan asesmen formatif dan autentik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan hasil tersebut, kegiatan ini dinilai efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas guru dan relevan untuk direplikasi di sekolah-sekolah lain dalam wilayah binaan yang serupa. Abstract

The process of learning economics in higher education units by using learning media oriented to Augmented Reality (AR) provides a real learning experience for students and is relevant to increasing understanding of both theory and practice. The purpose of this research is to analyze literature studies related to Augmented Reality (AR) in economic learning in higher education units. This research uses bibliometric analysis method in analyzing various published literatures. Data collection was carried out by documenting and reviewing related articles published in the range of 2014 to 2024. Based on the search results, a total of 800 relevant articles were found based on the keyword criteria used as the main study. In the next stage, the articles were coded and analyzed based on the relevance to learning on campus. Based on the results of the analysis of existing literature, it can be seen that the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) in economic learning is quite widely studied by researchers, it's just that AR studies on campus still have opportunities to be studied because they can increase motivation and provide experience to students in meaningful learning. Abstract

Sustainable professional development is very important in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, where the writing of scientific papers has a strategic role both for the development of teachers' careers and to improve the quality of education. However, many teachers still have difficulty in writing scientific papers that are in accordance with academic standards. This Community Service aims to improve the scientific writing skills of vocational school teachers in DKI Jakarta by utilizing AI technology and the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. The method used in this study is training carried out at SMK Taman Siswa, Central Jakarta, which consists of socialisation, training in scientific writing techniques, application of technology, and mentoring. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in the basic understanding of scientific writing, the ability to use AI-based applications to write scientific papers, as well as skills in reference management and article uploading to scientific journals. There was an increase in Pre-Training understanding of 62.25% to 72.38% post-training. This training not only improves technical skills but also encourages the use of digital technology to support a more efficient and quality scientific writing process. Abstrak Pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, di mana penulisan karya ilmiah memiliki peran strategis baik untuk pengembangan karier guru maupun untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Namun, banyak guru yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan standar akademik. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis ilmiah guru SMK di DKI Jakarta dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di SMK Taman Siswa, Jakarta Pusat, yang terdiri dari sosialisasi, pelatihan teknik penulisan ilmiah, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dasar penulisan ilmiah, kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis AI untuk menulis karya ilmiah, serta keterampilan dalam manajemen referensi dan pengunggahan artikel ke jurnal ilmiah. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman Pra-Pelatihan 62,25% menjadi Pasca-Pelatihan 72,38%. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk mendukung proses penulisan ilmiah yang lebih efisien dan berkualitas. Abstract

Technological developments in supporting the implementation of learning are a challenge in an effort to provide quality education services. Teachers must be able to adapt to technological developments through various innovations in learning, both related to strategies, methods and media that are integrated with technology in order to be able to meet the needs of students and answer the challenges of technological developments. However, not all teachers are able to quickly implement digital-based learning to meet these demands. This community service activity aims to strengthen the competence of teachers at SMK L'PINA East Jakarta through training on the preparation of digital teaching materials. The methods carried out in service activities are in the form of training, mentoring, and evaluation given to pre-teachers. The results of the service showed a change in the improvement of teacher competence before and after carrying out community service activities, which was 16%. This pre-training and post-training evaluation showed an increase in teachers' confidence and skills in making digital teaching materials. This activity has proven to be a positive contribution in supporting the role of dedicated lecturers to work together in improving the quality of education, especially improving the ability of teachers to provide digital-based teaching materials. Service activities held in the form of training and mentoring as well as continuous evaluation are able to be a catalyst for digital transformation in the school environment. This activity ultimately also strengthens collaboration between universities and partner schools in encouraging innovation in learning and teaching activities.
